A newer property that needs to iron out some issues that have a negative impact on the customer. There is only one elevator which causes significant delay in accessing the rooms. Hate to see if the elevator broke down or was taken out for service. The breakfast is the usual fare. Unfortunately one morning had to wait over 10 minutes for the hot items to be replenished. Access to the swimming pool is controlled by the front desk. To enter the pool area you have to sign in at the front desk then they have to walk you to the pool room and card you in. Never experienced this before.

The only complaints we had was that the room was damp. What I mean was that the sheets felt wet and the clothes that we had hanging in the closet felt wet. It was very muggy in the room,felt like it needed a dehumidifier. The air conditioning was good, nice and cool,but it didn't matter what temp it was set at,it still felt damp. Also, to use the pool, you had to wait for the front desk person to let you in to the pool. That seemed a little time consuming as they were checking people in and we had to wait for them to finish.They were apologetic and very friendly, just seemed odd. The breakfast attendant was amazing,friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have a little variety, but what was there was good.The facility was very clean and the location was great. I would like to say that we would stay there again, but the dampness of the room made it feel uncomfortable.

Hotel staff nice, but then, one of our room keys did not work, the room had a bad odor, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, the shower would not drain and would fill the tub. Breakfast was disappointing. Nowhere outside to sit beside 2 chairs.

Breakfast was barely worth trying. Staff did not clean tables as guests vacated them. Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. TV was the best I have ever had in a hotel. Air conditioning was extremely noisy! Shut it off, but then room was too hot. No way to win this one .

We picked this hotel because it’s brand new and from the outside it looks amazing. It was beautiful and clean but unfortunetly that’s where the good review ends. There is ZERO sound proofing in this place. When I tell you I could fully hear every conversation happening in rooms around us I’m not exaggerating. We could hear every single footstep made in the room above us and every single door closing. Nightmare for trying to sleep. And the beds.. if you want a backache this is the place for you. Yikes. Never again.

If you are driving through Carleton Place or need a place to stay this is the place for you. The staff are incredible they are extremely kind and hospitable. I didn't get the chance to get the names of everyone but special shout out to Dreamie and Pranash for always being so awesome as well as the house keeping and breakfast staff! I really appreciate you.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Dreamy checked us in and was super friendly. Room was clean comfortable and the AC unit worked great. The breakfast provided was extremely well run: it was organized, clean and the attending staff were very accommodating. They noticed the coffee was low and immediately refreshed it with a fresh dispenser. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend. I would certainly stay there next time I am in the area

The heat didn’t work in our room, the fan was just blowing cold air. When we called the front desk, her answer was “we don’t have anyone around to check it out” - and that was that. We’re the ones that had to ask to be moved to another room.

Our party was pleasantly surprised with the room quality and cleanliness. We were just there overnight and not planning to utilize the free continental breakfast. Two in our party scoped it out in the morning and were not impressed, so as long as expectations are low, I think you’d be fine. It’s not really near much- a little more grassland/power station industrial if I remember correctly, but quiet area, clean, and fresh. Worth the price.

Everything was perfectly fine apart from breakfast. Could be improved. A few more hot options maybe. It was the same two days in a row. Also ran out of a few things and didn’t seem to replenish straight away. Wouldn’t stop me from staying in future. Everything else was great. Just feed back to take on board. Thanks

The staff at the comfort inn are friendly, professional, and polite. Facilities are very clean. My only complaint is that the breakfast offered with the stay was lacking in options. Other than that, wonderful stay.
