We had a great time here, and Leukerbad is just amazing. The staff was super nice, and we had fun and friendly interact with Isobel, e anvery nicJimmy and Nuno. The spa area is very nice and the restaurant is top notch. Highly recommended.

Fuyez. Service client particulièrement décevant et aucune flexibilité, même en basse saison. Malgré un certificat médical justifiant l’impossibilité de voyager, l’hôtel a refusé tout report ou geste commercial, en se retranchant strictement derrière les conditions d’un tarif « non modifiable ». Une politique appliquée sans aucune considération pour la situation humaine, alors qu’un compromis aurait manifestement été possible. Très mauvaise expérience et service client que je ne recommande pas. Avoid this hotel. Extremely disappointing customer service and absolutely no flexibility, even during the low season. Despite providing a medical certificate confirming that travelling was impossible, the hotel refused any change or goodwill gesture, strictly hiding behind the “non-changeable” rate conditions. A policy applied with no consideration for the circumstances, despite the fact that a reasonable compromise could clearly have been found. Very poor experience and customer service that I cannot recommend.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es fehlte an nichts. Auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Wellness Angebot, übersichtlich . Es hatte alles was man braucht. Jederzeit wieder!
