- Frühstück Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl am Buffet und es war stets alles frisch und lecker. Ebenfalls war das Ambiente im Frühstücksbereich sehr angenehm und schön durch die sogrsam ausgewählte Deko. - Parkplatzsituation Es gibt am Hotel 4 Parkplätze die aber immer Belegt sind. Für 12€ pro Tag kann man ebenfalls in die Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns aber, auf Empfehlugn des Hotels, für einen Parkplatz 5min fußläufig direkt gegenüber vom Hotel hinter einem weiteren Gebäude entschieden. - Strandnähe Der Strand ist in 5min fußläufig zu erreichen und auch wirklich schön. Zu beachten ist allerdings, dass eine relativ steile Treppe dort hin führt, was aber in der gesamten Region so ist durch die wunderschönen Steilküsten. - Lage Generell die Lage des Gotels ist perfekt. Man kann innerhalb von 10min Laufweg sämtliche Restaurants direkt am Strand erreichen. Ebenfalls ist Portimao als Stadt die ideale Ausgangslage um die Algarve zu erkinden (direkt mittig zwischen Sagres und Faro) - Generelles Genrell war der Aufenthalt durchweg positiv. Das Hotel konnte uns auf ganzer Linie überzeugen und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. - Fazit

We had a fantastic family holiday here in September 2025. Great location on the edge of Praia da Rocha and a short walk from Praia do Vau. We love the family friendly atmosphere and accommodating nature of Portugal which made our trip with a 9 month old easier than we expected. The hotel is well styled and gives a sense of luxury the moment you step inside. Our room was perfect with plenty of space for a cot bed and playtime. The room was very quiet apart from a little traffic noise which can’t be controlled. Our bathroom had a bath which was ideal for our baby. All parts of the hotel were thoroughly cleaned by the lovely hotel staff. The hotel pool is small but perfectly adequate for a relaxing dip to cool down, and with the beaches close by, it was never too crowded. We had a great time and believe the whole experience was great value! Special thanks to Vivian on front desk for being so lovely with our daughter! Would definitely recommend a stay here and we would certainly go back!

Lovely boutique hotel, much better than all those high rise buildings about the place. Love the decor with everything tastefully decorated, even the dining room and its crockery etc. Very nice pool and bar area. Close to beach and so many dining options with great food, Portuguese, seafood and other. Really enjoyed the Wednesday night Portuguese entertainment (we had the guy singer with guitarists, all exceptional) with tapas & dessert platters in bar area.

Nice clean new modern property, but don't be fooled as we were by the claim of a sea view. I would recommend for it's newness, cleanliness and walking distance to beautiful Beaches, also the bustling shops, restaurants and night life of Praia Rocha. Food at breakfast is great however as there is no restaurant the space for breakfast has been kept to a minimum and so gets quite crowded at peak times. The pool is cold water and gets very breezy, its location isn't very appealing to relax in. The hotel felt more like a good new Premier Inn rather than a four star luxury hotel, missing little things like tissues and and an iron in the room or a gym. I really don't see how they can claim sea views, the primary reason I paid extra, the hotel is around 300 meters from the front and behind another building. We were given a ground floor room with terrace which we were told is an upgrade, the only view we had was of scrubland. Obviously I can't comment on what you can see from higher floors but I can only imagine you might get a flash of blue in a corner. So overall nice hotel and location just misrepresented by claiming sea views.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two Signature rooms we booked for our family were incredibly clean, spacious, and airy, each with a small balcony. Despite some reviews mentioning the breakfast wasn’t great, we found it to be excellent with a wide variety of choices, including continental and full English options (buffet style). It did get busy at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The pool area was lovely and mostly quiet, as many guests preferred the local beaches, which are plentiful and within walking distance. The hotel provides towels with a €30 deposit per person, which you can change as often as needed. There are a few areas for improvement. One of our rooms had poor Wi-Fi, only working near the door, despite reporting this issue a couple of times. Not a major issue and perhaps seen as a blessing for some! Additionally, there is no restaurant on-site, although snacks and drinks are available during the day. This wasn’t a major problem as there are plenty of dining options nearby, but having a restaurant at the hotel would be a nice bonus for occasional convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and great location.

It is very close to the beach as well. That being said, the hotel is quite small. Rooms are very small, with small bathrooms and tiny balconies. The breakfast area is quite small and breakfast, while fresh and delicious, was always the same. The swimming pool is also quite small and very cold as it is quite shaded from the sun. I would say this is more of a hotel for a short stay. It is just a base to sleep and go explore.

abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti presso questo hotel. pregio assoluto: la posizione, a 100 metri dalle spiagge più belle di portimao. ok: wi-fi e colazione (che però è servita in spazi eccessivamente piccoli quindi c'è praticamente sempre coda ai buffet). camera non grandissima ma ok, abbastanza pulito. staff non eccessivamente cordiale. parcheggio della struttura pieno (ho contattato l'hotel per prenotarlo in anticipo, mi è stato scritto di chiederlo al check-in, quando l'ho fatto mi è stato detto che andava prenotato in anticipo...). camere con scarsa insonorizzazione interna (quando sono arrivati alcuni ragazzini nella camera di fianco abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di intervenire per fare smettere i rumori notturni). Di sicuro non vale il prezzo pagato (se non per la posizione)

The bathrooms are super small. The parking garage is horrible. It is so tight down there that many people have damaged their car. This hotel is nearby the beach and a few restaurants which was the only good side.

The hotel is new and modern. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the beach. The reception and breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious, and the balcony was a nice addition. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, desde a rapidez do check-in ate nossa saída. Quartos super limpos, banheiros tbm. Lençóis perfumados, toalhas perfumadas, trocadas tds os dias. Cafe da manha muito bom, pessoal atencioso. Da p ir a pé p a praia da Rocha que é mto linda. Recomendamos com certeza.

We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal for one of the best beaches, close to a supermarket and easy access for taxis or buses. The premium room was definitely worth the extra, we loved the ourdoor area and the views. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, everything in the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast service. It's hard to think of things to improve on. Definitely, at least from an outside look, one of the best in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Dit is een fijn hotel met grote moderne schone kamers, fijne douche/ badkamer en balkon. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, veel fruit, veel beleg, div. broodjes en zowel warme gerechten als yogurts en muesli / noten etc. echt top! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand bij het strand, met mooie rotspartijen, ietsje doorlopen dan kom je op de drukkere boulevard die helemaal naar Playa de Rochas loopt ( groot breed, veel drukker zandstrand) Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nemen de tijd voor je als je iets van de omgeving wil weten, en geven goede suggesties waar heen te gaan. Heerlijk verblijf!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hôtel absolument parfait ! Idéalement situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes de Praia da Rocha, l’emplacement est vraiment top. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, tout sent bon, que ce soit les couloirs, l’entrée ou la chambre. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours agréable, mention spéciale pour l’équipe de ménage au top ! Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : produits frais, de qualité, et largement au niveau — voire meilleur — que certains palaces 5 étoiles que j’ai pu tester ailleurs. En chambre, tout est pensé pour le confort : gel douche, shampoing, crème pour le corps, crème pour les mains, eau et même café offerts. Bref, une expérience excellente du début à la fin. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hôtel absolument parfait ! Idéalement situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes de Praia da Rocha, l’emplacement est vraiment top. L’établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, tout sent bon, que ce soit les couloirs, l’entrée ou la chambre. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours agréable, mention spéciale pour l’équipe de ménage au top ! Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : produits frais, de qualité, et largement au niveau — voire meilleur — que certains palaces 5 étoiles que j’ai pu tester ailleurs. En chambre, tout est pensé pour le confort : gel douche, shampoing, crème pour le corps, crème pour les mains, eau et même café offerts. Bref, une expérience excellente du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, sûrement l’un des meilleurs de Portimão !

Modernes Hotel in der Nähe der Promenade. Nachts sind wie beschrieben manchmal sehr laute Autos zu hören. Parken geht nur Für wenige Autos, mit Glück ist in den Nebenstraßen etwas frei. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend und frisch. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam. Vivien hat uns einen tollen Check in mit Zimmer upgrade ermöglicht. Danke nochmal dafür! Leider wurden wir in Sachen Fahrrad-Abstellung trotz vorheriger Abklärung am Ende enttäuscht. So wurde uns erst eine kostenlose Abstellung in einem Nebenraum der Rezeption zugesagt, beim Checkout wurden dann tägliche Gebühren für die Tiefgarage berechnet, die wir für das Rad nicht benutzt haben und erst recht nicht für ein Auto. Schade, das ist leider nicht so gut gelaufen.

We had a fantastic family holiday here in September 2025. Great location on the edge of Praia da Rocha and a short walk from Praia do Vau. We love the family friendly atmosphere and accommodating nature of Portugal which made our trip with a 9 month old easier than we expected. The hotel is well styled and gives a sense of luxury the moment you step inside. Our room was perfect with plenty of space for a cot bed and playtime. The room was very quiet apart from a little traffic noise which can’t be controlled. Our bathroom had a bath which was ideal for our baby. All parts of the hotel were thoroughly cleaned by the lovely hotel staff. The hotel pool is small but perfectly adequate for a relaxing dip to cool down, and with the beaches close by, it was never too crowded. We had a great time and believe the whole experience was great value! Special thanks to Vivian on front desk for being so lovely with our daughter! Would definitely recommend a stay here and we would certainly go back!

Nice clean new modern property, but don't be fooled as we were by the claim of a sea view. I would recommend for it's newness, cleanliness and walking distance to beautiful Beaches, also the bustling shops, restaurants and night life of Praia Rocha. Food at breakfast is great however as there is no restaurant the space for breakfast has been kept to a minimum and so gets quite crowded at peak times. The pool is cold water and gets very breezy, its location isn't very appealing to relax in. The hotel felt more like a good new Premier Inn rather than a four star luxury hotel, missing little things like tissues and and an iron in the room or a gym. I really don't see how they can claim sea views, the primary reason I paid extra, the hotel is around 300 meters from the front and behind another building. We were given a ground floor room with terrace which we were told is an upgrade, the only view we had was of scrubland. Obviously I can't comment on what you can see from higher floors but I can only imagine you might get a flash of blue in a corner. So overall nice hotel and location just misrepresented by claiming sea views.

Un personnel tres agréable et aux petits soins. Ambiance générale calme, même à la piscine ! Notre chambre côté figuiers était calme et la literie d'excellente qualité. La chambre confort est spacieuse, idéale pour un séjour longue durée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, à la fois en grande proximité avec l'agitation nocturne de la station balnéaire mais aussi un peu éloigné pour s'y soustraire ...Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, quelque soit l'heure.

Great breakfast options and clean, quiet and comfortable room in a great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. As mentioned to the front desk, the shower was not well thought out. The whole floor of the bathroom got wet whenever we showered and it was difficult to turn on and adjust without getting wet. WiFi was spotty and the switch to open the garage door from the inside should not be white on a white wall. Other than these small issues it was great.

We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal for one of the best beaches, close to a supermarket and easy access for taxis or buses. The premium room was definitely worth the extra, we loved the ourdoor area and the views. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, everything in the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast service. It's hard to think of things to improve on. Definitely, at least from an outside look, one of the best in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two Signature rooms we booked for our family were incredibly clean, spacious, and airy, each with a small balcony. Despite some reviews mentioning the breakfast wasn’t great, we found it to be excellent with a wide variety of choices, including continental and full English options (buffet style). It did get busy at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The pool area was lovely and mostly quiet, as many guests preferred the local beaches, which are plentiful and within walking distance. The hotel provides towels with a €30 deposit per person, which you can change as often as needed. There are a few areas for improvement. One of our rooms had poor Wi-Fi, only working near the door, despite reporting this issue a couple of times. Not a major issue and perhaps seen as a blessing for some! Additionally, there is no restaurant on-site, although snacks and drinks are available during the day. This wasn’t a major problem as there are plenty of dining options nearby, but having a restaurant at the hotel would be a nice bonus for occasional convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and great location.

It is very close to the beach as well. That being said, the hotel is quite small. Rooms are very small, with small bathrooms and tiny balconies. The breakfast area is quite small and breakfast, while fresh and delicious, was always the same. The swimming pool is also quite small and very cold as it is quite shaded from the sun. I would say this is more of a hotel for a short stay. It is just a base to sleep and go explore.

Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir konnten bereits früher einchecken. Das Frühstück war lecker und für uns vollkommend ausreichend. Die Lage fanden wir super, da es nicht mitten im Trubel war, aber doch sehr zentral. Teilweise war es etwas hellhörig und mir persönlich war das Bett etwas zu weich und die Kopfkissen waren auch nicht so ganz mein Fall, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Simplement parfait ! Le personnel est souriant, disponible, efficace et de très bon conseil ! Le bar, la piscine et le nettoyage des chambres est tout simplement impeccable ! Le tout a quelques minutes à pieds de la mer, d’une balade le long des côtes, de petits resto sympathiques ! La chambre est grande, lumineuse, équipée de la climatisation, d’un balcon et d’une superbe salle de bain, elle est également très bien isolée ! Le petit déjeuné est bon, varié et disponible sur une large plage horaire! Je recommande ++++

Poor service & money hungry — staff didn’t seem to want to be there maybe because it’s off season & not exciting. No direction or advice ti give us on what to do. I got message before trip saying there would be 52€ tax on top of hotel room charge, but they retracted. I was told 12€ parking charge per night, but found out parking is free. At checkin the guy came up to us & offered us a welcome drink— we got 1 wine 1 latte but st checkout we’re asked ti pay 7.5 € ——actually I would like that money refunded to me. I had forgotten my toothbrush & asked reception if they could provide — she says 3.5€ — No consideration for guest

abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti presso questo hotel. pregio assoluto: la posizione, a 100 metri dalle spiagge più belle di portimao. ok: wi-fi e colazione (che però è servita in spazi eccessivamente piccoli quindi c'è praticamente sempre coda ai buffet). camera non grandissima ma ok, abbastanza pulito. staff non eccessivamente cordiale. parcheggio della struttura pieno (ho contattato l'hotel per prenotarlo in anticipo, mi è stato scritto di chiederlo al check-in, quando l'ho fatto mi è stato detto che andava prenotato in anticipo...). camere con scarsa insonorizzazione interna (quando sono arrivati alcuni ragazzini nella camera di fianco abbiamo dovuto chiamare la reception per chiedere di intervenire per fare smettere i rumori notturni). Di sicuro non vale il prezzo pagato (se non per la posizione)

- Frühstück Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr sehr gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl am Buffet und es war stets alles frisch und lecker. Ebenfalls war das Ambiente im Frühstücksbereich sehr angenehm und schön durch die sogrsam ausgewählte Deko. - Parkplatzsituation Es gibt am Hotel 4 Parkplätze die aber immer Belegt sind. Für 12€ pro Tag kann man ebenfalls in die Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns aber, auf Empfehlugn des Hotels, für einen Parkplatz 5min fußläufig direkt gegenüber vom Hotel hinter einem weiteren Gebäude entschieden. - Strandnähe Der Strand ist in 5min fußläufig zu erreichen und auch wirklich schön. Lovely boutique hotel, much better than all those high rise buildings about the place. Love the decor with everything tastefully decorated, even the dining room and its crockery etc. Very nice pool and bar area. Close to beach and so many dining options with great food, Portuguese, seafood and other. Really enjoyed the Wednesday night Portuguese entertainment (we had the guy singer with guitarists, all exceptional) with tapas & dessert platters in bar area.

We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The location is ideal for one of the best beaches, close to a supermarket and easy access for taxis or buses. The premium room was definitely worth the extra, we loved the ourdoor area and the views. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, everything in the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the bar and the breakfast service. It's hard to think of things to improve on. Definitely, at least from an outside look, one of the best in the area. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

The property was in an excellent location, walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond during our stay and were so kind. The room was comfortable and the pool area was lovely. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

The rooms are very clean, bedsheets spotless, same with towels and robes. You can tell everything is new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a good location to explore the algarve area. It is very close to the beach as well. That being said, the hotel is quite small. Rooms are very small, with small bathrooms and tiny balconies. The breakfast area is quite small and breakfast, while fresh and delicious, was always the same. The swimming pool is also quite small and very cold as it is quite shaded from the sun. I would say this is more of a hotel for a short stay. It is just a base to sleep and go explore.

Dit is een fijn hotel met grote moderne schone kamers, fijne douche/ badkamer en balkon. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, veel fruit, veel beleg, div. broodjes en zowel warme gerechten als yogurts en muesli / noten etc. echt top! Het hotel ligt op loopafstand bij het strand, met mooie rotspartijen, ietsje doorlopen dan kom je op de drukkere boulevard die helemaal naar Playa de Rochas loopt ( groot breed, veel drukker zandstrand) Het personeel is uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nemen de tijd voor je als je iets van de omgeving wil weten, en geven goede suggesties waar heen te gaan. Heerlijk verblijf!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two Signature rooms we booked for our family were incredibly clean, spacious, and airy, each with a small balcony. Despite some reviews mentioning the breakfast wasn’t great, we found it to be excellent with a wide variety of choices, including continental and full English options (buffet style). It did get busy at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The pool area was lovely and mostly quiet, as many guests preferred the local beaches, which are plentiful and within walking distance. The hotel provides towels with a €30 deposit per person, which you can change as often as needed. There are a few areas for improvement. One of our rooms had poor Wi-Fi, only working near the door, despite reporting this issue a couple of times. Not a major issue and perhaps seen as a blessing for some! Additionally, there is no restaurant on-site, although snacks and drinks are available during the day. This wasn’t a major problem as there are plenty of dining options nearby, but having a restaurant at the hotel would be a nice bonus for occasional convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and great location.

Le personnel est souriant, serviable et toujours agréable, mention spéciale pour l’équipe de ménage au top ! Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : produits frais, de qualité, et largement au niveau — voire meilleur — que certains palaces 5 étoiles que j’ai pu tester ailleurs. A localização é ótima, o meu quarto que dizia vista para o mar tinha vista para o horizonte azul e para o chafariz da praça (lindo por sinal). Fica na Praia do amado e o por do sol ali nos bares a beira mar é maravilhoso. Agora o café da manhã era restrito com poucas opções e pouca quantidade para se servir, num local apertado cheio de gente, meses e cadeiras muito coladas umas das outras. Se a pessoa ao lado espirrasse vinha no seu prato. Péssimo.

This hotel was spotlessly clean despite all the traffic that there must have been going through it. The breakfasts were delicious, with lots of fresh juices and fruit, breads and cooked breakfasts. Everything was replenished regularly. The bar staff were very friendly. Pool / beach towels were provided for a deposit. Room staff and reception staff were so attentive, pleasant and helpful.
