Es Baladre

Great place to stay in alcudia - walkable to the beach and local street shops. The actual house has so much room and the garden/seating area is great for hosting/bigger groups. Lots of utensils/things in the kitchen to cook with with. We stayed during the Ironman 70.3 race and it was a fantastic location for that. Would recommend for a stay in Alcudia

Great place, walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in Alcúdia and a ten min walk to the beach. Plenty to do in the area, we had a brilliant stay.

The house was large and nicely furnished. It also had a nice large outdoor area. Good location close to the beach and the action of Alcúdia. We had a great time there.

We really enjoyed our stay and especially our kids loved all the toys.

C'est une très belle maison , bien située , proche de la plage dans un quartier "plutôt" calme (dépendant des arrivées du voisinage)La maison est identique a l'annonce. Les enfants étaient ravis car très bien équipée pour eux. Le jardin et le hamac est un plus ! Si je dois donner des axes d'améliorations , ce serait d'avoir une cafetière ( avec filtre et non avec capsule) La maison était vraiment très propre a notre arrivée, cependant (c'est un détail mais qui fait la différence...) les draps étaient très froissés.Le contact avec l'agence est vraiment Top , ils répondent à nos questions ultra rapidement et efficacement et c'est vraiment super appréciable. La procédure d'entrée est simple et très bien expliqué grâce au livret. Si nous revenons a Alcudia, nous pourrions relouer cette maison car c'est une valeur sûre. Merci d'avoir fait de notre séjour de jolies vacances.
