Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!

We wanted the experience of staying in a cave hotel on a hillside and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful spacious room (but no window), gorgeous room for breakfast inside and beautiful outside terraces. The breakfast was incredible- everyone very lovely. Highly recommend!

O Hotel tem quartos muito bons e uma vista bonita. O serviço de quarto contudo, deixa a desejar. Não há um restaurante do hotel que entregue comida no quarto. Outro inconveniente é que como fica perto de uma mesquita, bem cedo pela manhã havia uma caixa de som com a voz de um homem realizando orações em turco. Isso pode incomodar quem tem um sono leve. Outro ponto, para quem vai com carro, é que o hotel não tem estacionamento. Apesar disso, é fácil deixar o carro bem próximo à entrada.

We had an amazing stay at Vie Cappadocia! The location is the best in Ortahisar with an unbelievable view of the old town and castle. We rented a car and were so happy we stayed here rather than the tourist zoo's of Goreme or the other towns. It is very quiet and the room is very comfortable. The Turkish breakfast is simply the best and eating on the terrace is exactly as pictured in the hotel ad! Cesar and his staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Vie Cappadocia!!!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town which we like ; the view from terrace is amazing , perfect location to see sunset . Within 10 minutes walk we can reach to the busy part of town with good choices of cafe and restaurant. We stayed in a cave room which is a very interesting experience. The staff is wonderful , gave us really good advice regarding how we spent our time there

The cave room with pool was just out of a fairy tale, just memorable! The breakfast was like a buffet at the table, so much food and so delicious. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Cappadocia deserves not being seen in a rush and definitely in a beautiful hotel like this. Ask for the cave room with pool.

Everything went so smooth during our time at Vie Cappadocia. We appreciate Rezzan & Onder's hospitality and efforts to make us feel at home, and sure we felt so! Our room was perfectly designed, clean and so comfortable. We enjoyed the numerous terraces with an amazing view of Ortahisar. The breakfast at the terrace was so tasty and delicious, one of the best you can have in Turkiye! I also want to thank all the attendants for their prompt and friendly services. And Isaac, you are aaaamazing! We long to see Rezzan and Onder's twins in person next time we visit them. You guys are so kind, see you sooner!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The owner assisted us in getting a ride to and from the airport. The room was not only spotless and beautifully designed, but also carved into the rock in that signature Cappadocian style—totally magical. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Can’t recommend it enough!

Me and my fiancée stayed in their "comfort room" and it was not a comfortable experience at all. The second we walked into the room, we asked about the smell. We were told it was probably stale air so we did everything we can to ventilate the room for 2 days and the smell did not go away. We finally found the problem on our last night and their was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom! A layer of black mold on the wood on the ceilings. We had gotten sick here and could not enjoy the couple of days we

Eşimle birlikte çok keyifli 2 gün geçirdik, odalar tertemizdi, konsept çok hoş ve detaylar çok iyi düşünülmüş. Kahvaltı çok lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Konum olarak her yere yakındı ,ulaşımımız rahat oldu. Otel doluydu ama sanki kimse yokmuş gibi sessiz ve konforluydu. Ayrıca çok iyi bir işletmeciye sahip, bir sonraki konaklamamızda tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

I had an unforgettable stay at this Cappadocia hotel! From airport transfers to check-out, the service was exceptional. The reception team was friendly and helped me upgrade to a beautiful room at a reasonable price. The room itself was a dream – unique, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The mattress and shower were fantastic, and the private pool was the perfect treat. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. When I missed breakfast due to a late morning, they still managed to prepare something for me. They even arranged a ride to a recommended restaurant for my birthday dinner, where I received a surprise free dessert a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was top-notch. As a solo traveler who's stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this one is the best. The hotel staff is very kind. We didn’t have any concrete plans of what to do and received recommendations from staff. They also helped us book our tours and taxi to locations we wanted to go to. They made suggestions about foods or places to eat. I had my laundry washed while I was there and they made it very convenient for me. Their BREAKFAST is AMAZING! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had during my entire travel to Turkey. The downside is that not all the rooms have a/c so I would double check with the staff to make sure that if you need a/c you get a room with a/c. The view from their terrace is spectacular especially at night! Loved it!

From the time of hotel confirmation, the team had been in close communication to ensure they could accommodate our needs. The team arranged personalized activities incl all transportation- all this was well executed. The room was beautiful- bathroom spacious, water was hot and shower water pressure impressive!!! It is located in a quiet spot, but easily accessible to quaint village, castle. Breakfast was outstanding! The staff were all exceptionally attentive and friendly.

Me and my wife decided to escape for a few days from our daily routine. I have to say this has been one of the best experiences of our lives. I travel a lot for work and spend half of my life in hotels, and from my experience, this hotel has the most incredibly amazing, warm hearted, dedicated and hard working people I have ever met. What They have is something you can’t just learn in College or with work experience. Their incredible hospitality is so deep and warm, that within a couple of days we were already blown away by their kindness. Sezer (I believe he is the hotel Concierge & front desk manager), made sure that every single day our stay was as worry free, relaxed and comfortable as possible. I have never felt so well taken care of in my life. Its like he knew exactly what me and my wife needed every single day! He has really good taste when it comes to recommendations, and wow he nailed it. Aysun and Ayşegül (they are in charge of breakfast and I think they do the Housekeeping too)….. I will just say, WOW. It felt like they were the Turkish version of my mother and my aunt taking care of us! I mean wow they really know how to cook!! What a delicious breakfast we had every day! Their scrambled eggs are delicious, loved their Gözleme and their Meze (Specially the ones they make in their kitchen). The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located near the touristy area of Goreme, but in a much quieter and relaxed area (great view). We Loved it all!! Thank you!!!!

I absolutely adored my stay at Vie Cappadocia. The view is outstanding, the property beautiful, the rooms comfortable, and the included breakfast is delicious. However, the real star of Vie Cappadocia are the staff. Irem and Sesar were so helpful, arranging for transportation and tours and making sure that I felt welcome. The rest of the staff are wonderful, too. If you are looking for a cave hotel with an incredible view that's quieter than the bustle of Göreme, Vie Cappadocia is for you!

Beautiful property and helpful staff. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because staff not readily available in early evening. I would have liked to have access to good coffee early in morning not just instant coffee. But overall this is a great hotel in an enchanting setting.

We had an amazing stay at Vie Cappadocia! The location is the best in Ortahisar with an unbelievable view of the old town and castle. We rented a car and were so happy we stayed here rather than the tourist zoo's of Goreme or the other towns. It is very quiet and the room is very comfortable. The Turkish breakfast is simply the best and eating on the terrace is exactly as pictured in the hotel ad! Cesar and his staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Vie Cappadocia!!!

The hotel is located in a quiet part of town which we like ; the view from terrace is amazing , perfect location to see sunset . Within 10 minutes walk we can reach to the busy part of town with good choices of cafe and restaurant. We stayed in a cave room which is a very interesting experience. The staff is wonderful , gave us really good advice regarding how we spent our time there

We had a wonderful few days here. The staff were super helpful, friendly and spoke good English and gave us recommendations of places of interest. Excellent breakfast every morning. Great view literally overlooking the castle. Not for people with walking disabilities as there are many steps. Away from the busy tourist area of Goreme. The only down side was a really annoying dog barking across in the town that echoed round the hillside. Good ear plugs sorted this problem.

Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!

Our experience in this lovely hotel was just outstanding! The service we received even before arrival was very thoughtful, they made us feel very special from the very beginning. A wonderful place with a beautiful view, clean and cozy rooms, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast is freshly prepared and has the delicious taste of homemade food. It is quiet and relaxing, with soft, calm music adding to the atmosphere. One thing to keep in mind is the location: if you want to get around quickly on foot, be prepared for some walking uphill and downhill. If you are not in a hurry, there are easier routes around. Overall, a peaceful and comfortable stay with great views, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel if you want to spend your time peacefully!! Gorgeous terrace with amazing views. The breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety of food. If you looking for more actions and nice hikes you need to be in Göreme Taxi ride need to Goreme about 400 to. Is not far about 5 k but unfortunately not so recommended to walk. You need to take a taxi. . We did some nice hike near by the town,(very small town) couple stores and restaurants. You can climb the castle ( but not all the way up) We also found on the street a nice home restaurant. It was located on the second floor and the lady turned her room to seating area for guests and she was cooking and preparing the food in her kitchen ( nice experience) name iof the restaurant is: GüNDOĞUMU cafe& Restaurant .
