Meget simple men rummelige værelser. Det var en stor bonus at der var vaskemaskine da min rejse blev forlænget. Roomservice fungerede rigtig godt og der blev gjort grundigt rent hver dag. Fitness centeret fungere ok for et hotel at være og udsigten er super.

Friendly and help staff with a great discount for long stays. Also has a pool and sauna. I stayed for five weeks and was very comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every two days.

Front desk and managers were really accommodating and welcoming. I got an upgrade to a apartment suite it was clean and has everything that I need for a short term and long-term stay. I use the gym every day and it was a nice touch to have a rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in dubai. The food options around were really good and lots of markets next door

Best location and the staff was very decent. Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful with all amenities. The hotel has its own private beach and shuttle service which was very good for saving money. Provided me water bottles whenever I requested.

My first time in Dubai and I've really enjoyed my stay at First Central Suites. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus. As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote.

As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote.

The hotel is in a great position. Short walking distance to the Metro and plenty of supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close. The rooms are Aparthotel and our room consisted of a sitting room with two small sofas, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with bath and shower over and a bedroom with a large bed. The kitchen had a two rings and a microwave. There was plates cutlery for two, only one bowl. No glasses which was annoying but we managed. Our kettle was missing one was brought up to our room quickly. The whole hotel is very clean not posh and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had an issue with our safe (which was including in the room at no extra cost) but it was fixed with a smile and good humour. On arrival there's the tourist fee to pay and we were asked to pay a 200 dirum deposit in cash which we didn't have at that time this didn't cause an issue and we weren't hassled for it. The roof pool is fairly small and there are sunbeds up there; again very clean. The sun doesn't get to all parts of the roof all the day so there is shade which we didn't need as it was February and 30C. Pool was warm with clean changing rooms and a gym and spa which we didn't use. There are buses to the various shopping Malls and Palm which we didn't need as were visiting a friend. The hotel states on its website that it runs a free bus to the Palm to their beach, this wasn't the case so don't book based on that. Breakfast was ok but busy. To sum up we would recommend.

The hotel suite we got had bedbugs, reported it to the management team but they treated us with disrespect and the customer service was bad. We had to check out right away the moment we found bedbugs. They even refused to reimburse us for checking out early due to bed bugs. They offered to transfer us to a different room but who’s to guarantee the other rooms don’t have bedbugs? It was disgusting. The rooms were so small and it was nothing like advertised on the website or Expedia. The AC barely works, it was suffocating. Worst experience ever.

There was some miscommunication between a few staff members and myself about late check-out procedures (I was given conflicting information by multiple people), but otherwise the staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and they take care of every detail when cleaning your room. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at; I would absolutely stay here again.

The dervice was horrible, the room was not equipped as advertised, no microwave, limited pots pans and utensiles, the hallway smelled very bad and management did nothing. We were locked out of the room for over an hour due to a faulty lock i had to go down 14 floors 5 times before they got us into the room

Hotel is zeer gedateerd maar personeel is vriendelijk en alles is schoon en netjes. Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie en dicht bij de metro dus je bent zo op alle mooie plekken van Dubai. Ook de toegang tot de stranden van hotels op de Palm is prima. Het hotel zal echt op kort termijn een update moeten krijgen om gasten te trekken. Nu is het echt een budget hotel met veel Russian gasten. Ook de reviews op Expedia ( met een maximale 5) die geloof ik niet. Het verval is overal zichtbaar dus ik ben bang dat die gemanipuleerd zijn.

Just got back from a stay at First Central. Overall the stay was amazing, all of the staff were friendly, the friendly cleaners, the breakfast team and also the concierge team. We had a baby and a toddler and they were always great with them and helping us in/out of Taxis. Mark at breakfast was especially great with the kids so thank you from Amelia The classic King room we had was very spacious and ideal with children, breakfast was always good too.

This is the fifth time I book in this hotel. It is beautiful, comfortable and well serviced. It is clean and the room has a washing machine, a microwave and a heating surface for cooking and heating. It's a small whole house, with all the basics plus great service. A small note only the room needs to renew the sofa set in the rooms has become a little degraded

The roof pool is fairly small and there are sunbeds up there; again very clean. The sun doesn't get to all parts of the roof all the day so there is shade which we didn't need as it was February and 30C. Pool was warm with clean changing rooms and a gym and spa which we didn't use. There are buses to the various shopping Malls and Palm which we didn't need as were visiting a friend. The hotel states on its website that it runs a free bus to the Palm to their beach, this wasn't the case so don't book based on that. Breakfast was ok but busy. To sum up we would recommend.

Just got back from a stay at First Central. Overall the stay was amazing, all of the staff were friendly, the friendly cleaners, the breakfast team and also the concierge team. We had a baby and a toddler and they were always great with them and helping us in/out of Taxis. Mark at breakfast was especially great with the kids so thank you from Amelia The classic King room we had was very spacious and ideal with children, breakfast was always good too.

The hotel suite we got had bedbugs, reported it to the management team but they treated us with disrespect and the customer service was bad. We had to check out right away the moment we found bedbugs. They even refused to reimburse us for checking out early due to bed bugs. They offered to transfer us to a different room but who’s to guarantee the other rooms don’t have bedbugs? It was disgusting. The rooms were so small and it was nothing like advertised on the website or Expedia. The AC barely works, it was suffocating. Worst experience ever.

There was some miscommunication between a few staff members and myself about late check-out procedures (I was given conflicting information by multiple people), but otherwise the staff are very helpful and friendly. My room was exceptionally clean and they take care of every detail when cleaning your room. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at; I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Most especially Sukaina ans Marian from Front office & Shamira and Imran from housekeeping. They made sure we were comfortable and all our needs were attended to properly. Will surely come back when we return to Dubai.

Front desk and managers were really accommodating and welcoming. I got an upgrade to a apartment suite it was clean and has everything that I need for a short term and long-term stay. I use the gym every day and it was a nice touch to have a rooftop pool. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in dubai. The food options around were really good and lots of markets next door

My first time in Dubai and I've really enjoyed my stay at First Central Suites. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus. As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote.

The hotel is in a great position. Short walking distance to the Metro and plenty of supermarkets and reasonably priced restaurants close. The rooms are Aparthotel and our room consisted of a sitting room with two small sofas, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with bath and shower over and a bedroom with a large bed. The kitchen had a two rings and a microwave. There was plates cutlery for two, only one bowl. No glasses which was annoying but we managed. Our kettle was missing one was brought up to our room quickly. The whole hotel is very clean not posh and the staff are very helpful and polite. We had an issue with our safe (which was including in the room at no extra cost) but it was fixed with a smile and good humour. Hotel is zeer gedateerd maar personeel is vriendelijk en alles is schoon en netjes. Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie en dicht bij de metro dus je bent zo op alle mooie plekken van Dubai.
