Boutique townhouse, modern, pool, WiFi

Local to all eateries and shops for essentials (grocery, bread,milk) and gifts. Enjoyed our stay . Could have done with a couple more days . Very safe environment and lovely local people .

We stayed here for 2 weeks and even though the pictures do the house justice, we were blown away by how good this place is when you see it for yourself. Fantastic location on a quiet street in the old town, masses of space inside with high quality fixtures and fittings, no expense has been spared. It’s really well designed so even though it’s in a residential area you still get the sun on the deck from just after 10am each morning until just after 6pm at night (we stayed in July), the pool is just great and much more than just a plunge pool. The communication with Pollentia Rentals was first class and a special mention to Michelle for being super responsive and so helpful. Outstanding!

Great house in a great location. Exactly as advertised. The pool is a welcome relief and luxury to have in a property that is right in the town. Awesome air conditioning too!! Thanks to Charlie & Ben for being amazing hosts & looking after us so beautifully! This beautiful townhouse is in a fabulous spot in the historic town of Pollença, with its many shops and restaurants and is a Mecca for cyclists. We will definitely return.

It’s a great house with an ideal living space. Location is perfect on a quiet street but 5 mins to main square, amenities and pretty much all you need. Outdoor space is better than in pictures. The pool although small is perfect to cool down I found dealing with polentia highly professional and slick.

We felt very comfortable, everything was conveniently furnished. Pool and rooms accessible via narrow, partly steep stairs. No problem for mobile people, but otherwise maybe a little sophisticated. Super fast and reliable response to concerns to the Landlord. Friendly and very customer-oriented. Translated from German Show original
