Newport Oceanview House w/ Rooftop Decks

Loved everything about the house. Great stay!

Host was very responsive. House was wonderful. Beds super comfortable. We accidentally left a shirt there and they found it and are shipping to us - thank you thank you thank you

Home is located inside blocked community which doesn’t allow parking for third vehicle. House did not have a garage remote which made entry very difficult.House was large enough to sleep us all. 4 of 5 propane tanks were emptied but maintenance folks came and refilled along with resetting a circuit breaker to stove which was behind a picture which I would never of found. Requested a garage door opener but was told owner was tired of replacing lost remote. No happy about that inconvenience but was nice place and plenty of room. Loved the rooftop setting area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was located approximately 4 minutes away from Pismo Beach. There is plenty of curbside parking, for those with more than two small vehicles which fit in the garage. Communication was a breeze, very timely. The house was immaculate. Tastefully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.

Very comfortable and clean home with large indoor and outdoor common spaces. There were 6 in our group. Kitchen and dining area were great for cooking and sharing meals. The property manager was attentive and quickly handled 2 minor issues that arose. The only caution we would offer is this is not near the beach. You can see the ocean from the rooftop porch but not the beach.
