フロントの方の接客が良かった。温泉は、気持ちよかったが、夏にゆっくり入るには熱すぎると思った。(エレベーターを出た瞬間熱気がすごくて驚いた) 冬はちょうど良いのか…？家族3人でゆったり楽しく過ごせました。

ご飯めっちゃくちゃ美味かった。部屋食でおばあちゃんの誕生日だから誕生日プレートご用意して頂いた。サービス、接客がとにかく丁寧で、担当していた若い男性の仲居さんはとても好印象でした。良い思い出をありがとうございました。

Very kind and helpful staff! The room was lovely and our futons were already set up for our arrival. It was an amazing first ryokan/Onsen experience. Overall an awesome stay, would stay again!

Unfortunately I didn't book half board, so I can't comment on the meals. But the hotel is gorgeous, the hot spring baths are beautiful, and luxurious.

Staff was great… room wise could do some improvement as it feels rundown. Toilet was small. When check in and gone to the said level the lights on the floor were off… had to turn on our mobile phone lights to get to the our room.

Beautifully-maintained property. Very nice except the big bath on the 7th floor. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast too. Well done.
