Stayed 10 nights

I give this hotel 3 stars, mainly because of the positive experiences: The staff were sweet, friendly, and helpful. The pool was large and very nice, and the breakfast offered a wide selection in a spacious restaurant. Unfortunately, several things brought the overall experience down. Around the pool area, it was almost impossible to get anything good to eat or drink. It seemed like most guests had all inclusive, and regular guests could only buy the same boring options: drinks poured from cans and lukewarm beer served in plastic cups. Food had to be picked up from a separate room with mostly cakes and very basic toast sandwiches with ham and cheese or tuna salad. It was far below expectations. In addition, the water supply stopped several times during our stay — sometimes for up to 30 minutes. We also heard other guests complaining about the same issue, and one guest said they had already reported it over an hour earlier without it being fixed. There is also a major building renovation taking place directly across from the hotel. If your room faces that side, like ours did, you can expect loud construction noise starting around 7 AM. The hotel itself is also in need of renovation. One of the floor tiles in our room was broken, and the exterior facade looked dirty and worn out. Overall, this hotel feels much more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star hotel.
