Very poor communication. Got a message in French on how to check in after hours. Requested the have that message sent in English, but no reply, so we had struggled to find location, the key codes, the boxes which had the room key in. It’s a Uni campus, very complicated to get to, to check in and when speaking to other travellers/customers, they found the whole check in process very difficult. Do not recommend, unless you like a challenge.

It was good overall, nothing to complain about , little overwhelming on the parking bit and no air conditioning, reception staff were very helpful

Had a very hard time finding how to get to front door of property. Our room was not very clean. Light bulb in entry way of our room kept flickering. Kitchen area had not been cleaned very well. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming.

We did not stay at the property. We turned around and found a decent room ar another hotel. Inacurate description - stating it is extended stay hotel, while it is more a student dorm with filthy room and faulty smell.
