Historic District 2BR on 2nd Floor near Cleveland Clinic ~ Safe & Quiet Area

Arrived at unit found to be a little outdated. But very clean. Stairwell lights did not work when we arrived but I notified Brian the host and we immediately fixed the issue. Parking is a little inconvenient but worked for the two days we had to be there. The lack of electric outlets in the unit were a little inconvenient. Only one in the entire kitchen, so you have to move appliances around to use them in this unit with limited countertop space around the one plug to do anything with. In a pinch we would stay again. Clean, convenient to what we were there for however I think some updates need done.

Close to where we were working, clean, quiet. Only issue was the other tenants did not respect the parking rules, had 2 vehicles in a narrow driveway blocking other spaces and there's no parking on the street from 2-6AM so I had to pay the Uber driver extra to move my vehicle into the driveway both nights. But that's not on the host or the property.

Brian’s place in Shaker heights was a delightful point from which to explore the Cleveland area. A beautiful historic neighborhood on a quiet street - the area has much character and charm.Wonderful stay.

The place matched the description. The owner communicated clearly and responded. I would stay here again.
