2 BR condo in the heart of Old Town

Wonderful stay at the Landmark. Friendly staff, spotless cozy room, great fire pit for fireside evenings with other guests and wonderful food. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Cooperstown!

When we were checking out of the property, we left the place as requested, put the towels in the washer and left the place as clean as when we got there. Lockbox was not working, so we put the keys on the middle of the kitchen table and took a photo. Despite that, the owner tried charging us $350 for not putting the keys in the malfunctionong lock box that was 20 feet away

The garage parking was a mistake on brochure. there is free parking on the street if you can find one. I couldn't find one until the night before we left. the unit is very nice and modern. the unit above is being renovated. they work on it even on Saturday night until 11 pm. we couldn't even have a conversation or sleep it was so loud. they could have a cute patio if was clean up. very, very dirty! the only thing going for it is the location and the unit in is very nice!
