They had no ice machine but that is ok because they did not even have cups in the room. Ceiling had water damage everywhere and the carpet was gross, kept shoes on the whole time.

I wanted an affordable clean place for the night and this motel was good for my needs. It is next door to a Panera and close to a few other restaurants. It was not as updated as it looked on the photos, but I did find my room to be clean and the bed was comfortable. You do enter the room from outside the building which felt a little less secure than entering from inside.

The room was decent. The exterior was kind of sketchy because adult men were just sitting around outside. I wouldn’t go there as a single woman and with or without children. The price was great if you didn’t want to spend a lot, but you get what you pay for.

From the outside of the hotel I regretted booking this hotel but the interior was better than the exterior. It was a clean comfortable bed for less than other hotels and it was all we needed after a long day of driving. The bathroom had been renovated and the shower felt good. The location is perfect as it is close to the on and off exits of the highway. There are many choices of stores and restaurants close by and in walking distance to a large Krogers grocery store

There was bedbugs in room 250. Night staff was good to help me change rooms but the fear of getting more bites didn't help. Had a sleepless night. A note was made for the manager the next day but he was conveniently not available at check out time to discuss this issue further.

We picked this place because the pictures looked nice. False advertising! The rooms look nothing like the pictures posted! The room was outdated and dirty. There were stains on the sheets and gross looking brown stains on the chair. Even the soap containers were dirty! The thing that got us the most though was the used gum with hair stuck in it between the mattress and the headboard! We asked for our money back but were told no simply because we checked in at 6 and didn’t complain until 10. The reason for that though was because my husband had to work so we were not even in the room from 6-9:30. We discovered how dirty the room was at 9:30. The manager said the beds were unmade. How else would we have found the used gym? We even showed the worker pictures but still did not receive our money back. We left anyway because we refused to let our children sleep in such a dirty place! Definitely think twice before booking here! Absolutely disgusting!

Found a bed bug in our room. Gave it to front desk. She asked if I found it in the bed, I told her it was by sink. She told “that’s ok, as long as it wasn’t in bed”. As we got ready to leave, my son and I seen a man and woman fighting. He was hanging on hood while she sped around and slammed on brakes. They were screaming. Within 30 mins. The police, detectives, and ambulance was there. Never staying there again.

Stay away from this place. Room was dirty. Killed 4-5 cockroaches within about 3 minutes in the bathroom. Bed was dirty. There was a knife in the bed when I removed the covers. Ordered non- smoking room and room was full of smoke, hard to breathe, kids were coughing on entering, they were unable to breathe. Had to find another hotel for the night. You have been warned.

Surprised how bad the conditions were considering the price. It's obvious they attempted to refurbish the unit but it was poorly done. Behind the washroom mirror was a large hole. And we saw cockroaches in the washroom area. We felt unsafe and barely slept.

Do not stay here!! We left after 1 night and went home early. Found 2 roaches in the bathroom. People in front of us in the check out line were leaving because they found 4 roaches. No bags in the garbage cans, no cups and just dirty and gross overall. Will never stay here again. Learned my lesson, pay more for a nicer place. Yuck.

I didn't expect luxury, but did not get a room in good condition. AC didn't operate even though lights on, probably because air filter was caked with dust. There was mildew in the shower and the sink faucet was loose.

Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, house keeping changed towels everyday, no bedding change over a 6 night stay but not really a problem. Internet doesn't reach to the furthest rooms. Outside the place looks like it's falling apart but overall was an enjoyable stay

I was expecting a hotel when I registered for Days Inn, but this is also a Super 8 and it is actually a motel. I hate motels so I would never have stayed here had I known it was a motel. The furniture was probably from the late 80's. Everything looked cheap. We had checked in online so that it would be ready. We arrived about an hour later than expected due to traffic and the room was still not ready. Also, I had to do the entire check in process again inside so not sure why I completed it online because it didn't save time. We didn't have towels when we checked in so we grabbed dinner and when we came back we let the front know. He came up and asked to double check (I guess to see if we were honest??). The towels must have been added to the room after we had checked in. I won't stay at a Days Inn ever again after this experience. It was cheaper so I guess you get what you pay for.

wifi was not working for about 2 days. Room is ok. nothing more - nothing less. Beds ok, bath towels are looking a bit threadbare and are quite small. would stay there again, but only if there was nothing else around available.

Room did not look like any of the pictures posted, they gave us (two young females, traveling across country alone) an adjoining room, we did not know the people in the room over and they tried to open the connecting door multiple times. Did not feel safe, did not feel clean. We checked out within an hour of checking in to go to a hotel across the street which was much safer, cleaner and comfortable. After checking out not even a full hour after checking in, the front desk staff didn’t ask any questions. When we said we were just going to go ahead and check out, he just said “okay?” and took the room key.

I didn't like the fact they charged a security deposit without full disclosure on Expedia and I would not have booked this room if it had been disclosed. I asked for a copy of what I signed and they would not provide a copy when I requested it. The Days Inn Representative was not helpful and kept stating it was their policy. Their policy is not disclosed to the consumers and I will not stay at this Days Inn by Wyndham again. I asked for a credit receipt indicating I would be getting my deposit back and they would not provide this either. I did not enjoy my stay because of this issue and I have stayed at other Days Inn this year and I have NEVER encountered this. The mirror in the room when I arrived arrived was dirty. I took photos of everything and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

Room was disgusting and smelled like smoke, we asked for another room and that roof was disgusting and there was something that looked like bird poo and mold on the A/C vent. We booked 3 day and checked out a few hrs into booking because it was so nasty… on top of that the manager wouldn’t give me a refund for room I didn’t even stay in!! Finally after much hassle I got a partial refund… STAY FAR AWAY

So I got to the hotel, the rooms were nothing like what’s advertised. My first room had pubic hairs in the tube and around the toilet. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, I wanted a room that was in the pictures. He sent me to another room that was equally as filthy and said it was all new furniture, none of the rooms look like what’s advertised on Expedia. Then I asked for a refund and they would only give me a refund on the additional days I requested not that day, so they basically stole a night from me because I refused to sleep in filth.

They charge a $60 deposit on check in on top of the room rate that is not on the website anywhere. It is suppose to take 7-10 days to get back. The toilet is not screwed to the floor properly. The shower leaks water all over the floor. The door seal is awful loght comes straight through. The front desk staff is kinda rude and acts like your bothering them if you ask a question. The room was ok clean for the quick need we had but would not stay again.

When we got there, we saw it was attached to a Super 8, and since years ago I decided "no more hotels named after a single digit", I went in with my guard up. But I was pleasantly surprised! We got 2 rooms, and no complaints about either one. Cleaning staff found a couple items the kids accidentally left in the room after checkout and brought them out to us before we almost drove away. Thanks! Also, the breakfast was better than I was expecting for the price we paid for the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

It was ok but when it came to getting back my 60 dollar hold they called saying they could only refund half because blanket and pillow was missing which I did not take and they agreed to refund have which I still haven’t gotten.

The host and hostess were nice. Unfortunately, there were several issues. There was no coffee or means of making or drinking coffee in the room. The hot water for the shower never got hot. Breakfast selections were very limited. This property is two hotels spliced together... Fortunately, it is close to several places to eat, including Panera, and a Kroger.
