Hôtel très bien situé et chambre très spacieuse avec une vue mer exceptionnelle Toutefois, les services proposés par l’hôtel étaient quasiment tous hors service : restaurant / piscine / spa / salle de sport… Autant dire que pour ce prix on reste sur notre fin

Fitnessstudio existiert leider nicht und Klimaanlage kann nur über die Rezeption gesteuert werden. Leider funktionierte das Telefon nicht an der Rezeption, deswegen musste vor Ort das Anliegen geäußert werden. Schöner Strand direkt vor der Tür.

Hotel Split is a beautiful modern hotel with amazing views over the Adriatic Sea, especially the sunsets. The staff could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, due to it being so early in the season, there were some issues with air conditioning, the safe etc, which they weren't able to resolve, so they upgraded us to two lovely superior rooms. The breakfast and dinner were limited menus, but everything we had was delicious. There's also a few good food 'huts' along from the beach in front of the the hotel. A few things to note: 1. As it was early season the gym and swimming pool weren't open. 2. Car parking would be limited in high season (and is charged for). 3. Despite the name the hotel is located a few miles outside of Split itself.

Excellent facilities, all rooms sea view right next to the actual beach front less than (15meters). Staff all genuinely polite & helpful. Hotel via uber average 16mins travel into Central split town centre (cheaper than calling a direct taxi almost half the price. Optional bus service very cheap with bus top 5mins walkway. Highly recommended location of stay for both families and couples. Marina near by walking distance to bars, restaurants, local supermarket shop, coffee shop. Water sports hire facility on beach and near by excursions booking office less 10min walk away.

A pleasant stay lasting 3 nights. Well equipped for beach, bathing in the rooftop pool and tanning. Hard to get refreshments as bars were mostly closed at the hotel. Maybe due to the time period as the season was ending? Breakfast was underwhelming. Not a superb selection, machine coffee was dreadful. Good selection if your breakfast preference is yoghurt-based. All of the hotel staff we met were super.

Great hotel, perfect location, everything is so stylish. Rooms are perfect, good breakfast. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooftop pool is astonishing, great view and literally on the beach. Couldn't ask for more

Jeg er meget skuffet over der står at der er en pool bar, men den er ikke åben det vil sige du faktisk skal seks etager ned, for at få en sodavand, når du ligger og soler ved poolen. Det er meget dyrt at spise og drikke der, priser er som i Danmark og servicen i deres restaurant/ bar var ikke specielt venlig.. Når vi er en familie på tre, og betaler for et familie værelse til 4 ( 18 tusinde for en uge) så synes jeg det er skuffende at opredningen er en madras på gulvet, som er stenhård vitterlig elendig at sove i. Rengøring var ikke ude på terrassen en eneste gang hele ugen, det er heller ikke okay når man betaler for rengøring hver dag. Og der bliver spist på terrassen.

Fräscht hotell precis vid stranden. Trevlig personal och en riktigt bra frukost. Om något var negativt var för få solsängar och parasoller på takterassen och att de skulle ha €30 för en solstol på stranden (extern leverantör).

Overall, we had a frustrating stay at the hotel as we didn’t the experience that was promoted. This is how the site we booked on promotes Hotel Split ‘…grab a bite to eat at L'Aroma restaurant, which serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A rooftop terrace, a bar/lounge and a fitness centre are other highlights at this upmarket hotel.’ The L’Aroma restaurant was closed so breakfast was served in a room with a view of the car park, and food was available from 3pm from the Lobby bar – which to be fair has a great view of the sea. The pool wasn’t also wasn’t open, although other hotels nearby did have their pools open. I know it was early in the season but we only found that these facilities were not available out when we got there. I would have expected to be told before we got there. We booked a Superior Double Room with a sea view and Terrace. The patio directly outside our room had not been cleaned, possibly for months as not only was it dirty but the drain was blocked. There were a number of issues with our room including a safe we couldn’t lock, cupboard lights that wouldn’t go out (making the room quite light at night time) and the main curtains missing some hooks. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss – some days the carpets were vacuumed, some days surfaces were cleaned but not every day. We have mentioned these (and other) the issues with the hotel. Die Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht kein 4*-Hotel. Wir sind mit vielen Erwartungen gekommen und wurden eher enttäuscht als positiv überrascht. Wir waren fünf Tage dort und es wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer gesaugt, die Toilette geputzt oder das Zimmer desinfiziert und das zu Corona-Zeiten! Die Minibar wurde auf Wunsch von uns erst am letzten Tag repariert, weil sie nicht gekühlt hat. Wenn man in diesem Hotel eigenständig nichts einfordert, ist das Personal leider nicht gewillt, zu helfen. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Buffet sehr vielfältig. Die Liegen und Schirme reichen leider nicht für alle Hotelgäste aus, sodass einige Hotelgäste, die morgens um 8:00 Uhr nicht ihre Liegen reservierten auf dem Kiesstrand liegen mussten. Sauberkeit lässt in diesem Hotel leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer Hauptstraße. Bitte Vorsicht - vor allem mit Kindern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keineswegs und man hatte das Gefühl, dass man als Hotelgast nicht willkommen ist. Sehr schade..

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer und das Bad sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Es hat einen eigenen Zugang zum kleinen weißen Kieselstrand. Lage ist ca. 20min zum Zentrum von Split entfernt. Es gibt es eine Busverbindung. Nur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, der nächste Supermarkt hat nur bis 14h geöffnet. Alles in Allem tolles Hotel, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

We had a very relaxing stay. Overall the service was good. The TV in our room didnt work and the reception manager came to assist, was very thorough and offered us the room next door when the issue couldn't be resolved. Great views, super clean, good breakfast.

This place smells horrible. The carpet in the rooms is disgusting. The elevator button onnmy floor didn't work, so I had to walk to a different floor to call it. Outrageously gross & dirty where only half the stuff works

Good overall Friendly staff Small hotel. Great views on the beach 1. AC did not work . I found out that I have to tell front counter to turn it in?! 2. No soap or shampoo in bathroom 3. People partying at 2am in the morning on breach - adjacent property - could not sleep. Overall. I think if the above is addressed. Good hotel for the money.

Lovely modern hotel. Excellent staff so helpful and friendly. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. 15 mins by car to Split , use Uber or Bolt otherwise 30/40 euro for taxi.

The hotel was lovely. I chose it for the seafront location and I was not disappointed! The sunsets from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The best thing about it, in my opinion!!! My terrace was right by the sea and the room was huge! The sea is crystal clear here but the beach is all pebbles. The hotel's rooftop restaurant serves delicious food with the most beautiful views and I also had a nice massage in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the mini bar/fridge is a nice touch in the room. Most of the staff at the hotel were friendly too. Breakfast offered a nice variety (loved the mini muffins!) and there were some seats outside too. Podstrana itself seemed quite small (there was a convenience store or two and a couple of fast food stands and one tiny souvenir shop on the harbour but not much else nearby), but it was lovely and peaceful for just a couple of nights peace-and-quiet stay, before I headed off to Split centre for the rest of my week to explore more and attend a hen do.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte hier. Super Lage mit Strand und jedes Zimmer hat Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren im Zimmer mit grosser Terrasse - das war eine Gemeischaftsterasse für alle Zimmer im untersten Stock. Das Hotel ist gut, essen lecker. Schade dass man an einigen Stellen sieht, dass das Hotel eine Auffrischung (Teppich, Kanten, Abnutzung) notwendig hätte. Wir waren in unseren Kroatienferien in besseren Hotels - habe aber auch deutlich mehr bezahlt. Fazit - für diesen Preis ein Hotel am Strand neben Splitt ist gut.

Tolles Hotel, schöne Lage aber die Klimaanlage war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt, Zimmertausch nicht möglich (ausgebucht)… zumindest war das Personal sehr bemüht und hat versucht, mit Ventilatoren Abhilfe zu schaffen - jedoch ist es ohne Klimaanlage bei tagsüber über30 Grad etwas schwierig, nachts zu schlafen - ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert

Comfortable enough. Room was okay, flooring seemed a polymer type that was not comfortable if you did not wear slippers. Scene was beautiful as we had sea view. Hotel overall strikes me more as a 3.5*. Did the job though.

Die Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht kein 4*-Hotel. Wir sind mit vielen Erwartungen gekommen und wurden eher enttäuscht als positiv überrascht. Wir waren fünf Tage dort und es wurde kein einziges Mal das Zimmer gesaugt, die Toilette geputzt oder das Zimmer desinfiziert und das zu Corona-Zeiten! Die Minibar wurde auf Wunsch von uns erst am letzten Tag repariert, weil sie nicht gekühlt hat. Wenn man in diesem Hotel eigenständig nichts einfordert, ist das Personal leider nicht gewillt, zu helfen. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Buffet sehr vielfältig. Die Liegen und Schirme reichen leider nicht für alle Hotelgäste aus, sodass einige Hotelgäste, die morgens um 8:00 Uhr nicht ihre Liegen reservierten auf dem Kiesstrand liegen mussten. Sauberkeit lässt in diesem Hotel leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Hotel liegt inmitten einer Hauptstraße. Bitte Vorsicht - vor allem mit Kindern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keineswegs und man hatte das Gefühl, dass man als Hotelgast nicht willkommen ist. Sehr schade..

We had a very relaxing stay. Overall the service was good. The TV in our room didnt work and the reception manager came to assist, was very thorough and offered us the room next door when the issue couldn't be resolved. Great views, super clean, good breakfast.

El hotel canceló la reserva sin avisar. teníamos una reserva una habitación para omar juarez. sin problema. omar juarez le comunicó al gerente del hotel que teníamos una reserva adicional con 2 habitaciones para vianey juarez. se iba ocupar más tarde por que hubo un retraso en vuelos etc. el gerente confirmó y aceptó que ya estaban listas para ocupar. al arribar vianey juarez al hotel. el gerente negó que existiera reserva de ninguno. ni omar ni vianey. aún estando omar alojado en el lugar. se negó a llamarle a la habitación para confirmar los hechos. el gerente del hotel nos ofrecía pasar solo una noche en el restaurante. una burla para nosotros. no tuvo disposición de llamar a expedía . tuvimos que buscar alojamiento en otro lugar. necesitamos primero la devolución del pago de la reserva cancelada por el hotel. hablar con el responsable del hotel para deslindar responsabilidades. porque esto evidentemente es fraude. favor de informarnos sobre este reclamo gracias att oscar juarez

Hotel via uber average 16mins travel into Central split town centre (cheaper than calling a direct taxi almost half the price. Optional bus service very cheap with bus top 5mins walkway. Highly recommended location of stay for both families and couples. Marina near by walking distance to bars, restaurants, local supermarket shop, coffee shop. Water sports hire facility on beach and near by excursions booking office less 10min walk away.

Overall, we had a frustrating stay at the hotel as we didn’t the experience that was promoted. This is how the site we booked on promotes Hotel Split ‘…grab a bite to eat at L'Aroma restaurant, which serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A rooftop terrace, a bar/lounge and a fitness centre are other highlights at this upmarket hotel.’ The L’Aroma restaurant was closed so breakfast was served in a room with a view of the car park, and food was available from 3pm from the Lobby bar – which to be fair has a great view of the sea. The pool wasn’t also wasn’t open, although other hotels nearby did have their pools open. I know it was early in the season but we only found that these facilities were not available out when we got there. I would have expected to be told before we got there. We booked a Superior Double Room with a sea view and Terrace. The patio directly outside our room had not been cleaned, possibly for months as not only was it dirty but the drain was blocked. There were a number of issues with our room including a safe we couldn’t lock, cupboard lights that wouldn’t go out (making the room quite light at night time) and the main curtains missing some hooks. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss – some days the carpets were vacuumed, some days surfaces were cleaned but not every day. We have mentioned these (and other) the issues with the hotel. A pleasant stay lasting 3 nights. Well equipped for beach, bathing in the rooftop pool and tanning. Hard to get refreshments as bars were mostly closed at the hotel. Maybe due to the time period as the season was ending? Breakfast was underwhelming. Not a superb selection, machine coffee was dreadful. Good selection if your breakfast preference is yoghurt-based. Otrevlig man i restaurangen på bottenvåningen men bara han som jobbade dagtid, på kvällen var det en mycket trevlig och serviceminded man. Inga bra restauranger i närheten. Solstolar till ockerpriser, 30 euro! Liten, smidig buss in till gamla stan. Vi är nöjda!

Podstrana itself seemed quite small (there was a convenience store or two and a couple of fast food stands and one tiny souvenir shop on the harbour but not much else nearby), but it was lovely and peaceful for just a couple of nights peace-and-quiet stay, before I headed off to Split centre for the rest of my week to explore more and attend a hen do.

We had a very relaxing stay. Overall the service was good. The TV in our room didnt work and the reception manager came to assist, was very thorough and offered us the room next door when the issue couldn't be resolved. Great views, super clean, good breakfast.

Nice hotel, at the beach with beautiful view. Very good breakfast and helpful employees. Quiet area and easy access to most needed shops, bus and food . Good access to strand promenade to walking /jogging along the coast. Good value in total.

The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were well kept and being right on the beach is a fantastic perk for sure. There were enough restaurants in walkable distances in all directions. The only things that were not that good was the gym having minimal equipment. Also, the breakfast had a decent amount of items to choose from. I visited during the offseason so the restaurant unfortunately was not open yet. Overall a great first experience to Croatia.

My low rating is because I only had 2 nights to stay in Split while driving thru and my first night was miserable due to the non-working A/C and not being able to get someone to fix is or move me to a different room. THEY DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE AT THE FRONT DESK 24/7 AND IT SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS LISTING!! While sweating and frantically trying to reach someone to fix the A/C for myself AND my friend who was in a room next door, I called their whatsapp number over 6 times, I emailed them. I messaged their FB page. Around midnight I found a guy at the front desk who said I should call their number if I need help (I had been). He tripped a breaker and I thought the A/C may be working. I was exhausted and went to sleep. Woke up sweating profusely around 6am and had to find help again because the A/C was blowing hot air. They eventually moved my friend and I both to different rooms in the morning where the A/C worked. They say the entire floor had an A/C outage. That would have been nice to know before wasting my first whole night trying to find help instead of enjoying time in Split. I also had to throw my shoes away after staying in the room without A/C. There was something sticky on the floor and my shoes smelled horrible like cat pee afterward. The woman who took orders and served breakfast with a smile should get a huge pay raise!! She alone took orders and cooked every single breakfast for a whole room of irritated hotel guests. With a smile.
