The property is in a great location with easy access to Wrigley field, restaurants, bars and stores and the area feels very safe. The kitchen as well as the rest of the house is well stocked with supplies. The property manager was very responsive. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are in the basement and temperature control was very difficult and they are uncomfortably cold regardless of adjusting the thermostat so I would recommend extra heavy blankets. Also I would suggest securing the newel post and railing at the top of the stairs as they are very wobbly. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This VRBO is the first floor and half-basement of a very nice "brownstone" style building. It has an up-to-date interior that is nicely decorated overall with a well-supplied kitchen and good-looking bathrooms. The half-basement has high ceilings, glass block windows, is climate controlled and has very comfortable bedding and sheets. This large home easily handled our group of 9. It\'s location is within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and commercial districts in addition to Wrigley Field itself. Parking on the street was never an issue, and the host provided appropriate permits. We would definitely rent it again.

This was the perfect property for our family of 6 - the Cubs stadium is three blocks away and the Addison train stop is like 4 blocks away. There is a Jewel Osco grocery store three blocks in the other direction. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and even if you aren’t going to a game, walking around during a home game is a cool experience. The area felt safe to walk back after the night games. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels and hand towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked - the house had everything we needed which was fantastic if you’re flying into Chicago. The only cons are that there was only one TV in the living room (that’s just a personal preference). The bedrooms downstairs were great (there’s room for 7 down there) but they got really cold at night. The kids wore pants and there were plenty of blankets, so they were fine. The check in and check out was very easy! The communication from the owner was great too! We would totally stay there again- literally one of the best properties we’ve stay in!!

Michael is a wonderful host. Great location, and make sure to use the two street parking stickers that are provided. I've known this community well all my life. I'm retired in Arizona and mid 60s. Historic community with so much to do within walking. Youthful, and short walk to Wrigley. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet at night, which was important for us. Thank you Michael. I hope to return.

8 ladies had a wonderful stay at this home during a 40th birthday getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and large. The back space was perfect for outdoor breakfasts and drinks. And neighborhood was great and a quick 15 minute Uber to the city. We loved it!

The home could not be more conveniently located, just blocks from Wrigleyville and the stadium. Situated on a quiet street, it's incredibly convenient yes has all the creature comforts of a well-appointed home. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and supplied, and it had a cozy and welcoming vibe.

This clean and cozy house was perfect for us while visiting our daughter in Chicago. There was so much room for everyone and we had 11 people in our group. Each bedroom was perfect so it didn't matter which room you slept in. Cotton sheets and blankets made for comfortable sleeping. Wrigley Stadium, great shopping and dining all easy walking distance. Chicago Zoo lights, Shedd Aquarium, and Skydeck were all amazing things to do for our New Year's weekend. Last year for our summer trip we enjoyed the boat tour through the city skyscrapers while the sun was setting and the evening lights were coming to life. Next trip we will be back to hopefully take in a Cubs game. This home was total relaxation and I wish we had more time to just stay in and enjoy. Thank you for a great vacation!

The house was beautiful and the host has all the necessary items you can think of! It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to Wrigley field which was our biggest selling point! The neighborhood is surrounded by places to eat and shops all within walking distance. Depending on traffic the drive to downtown and Navy Pier were only about 30 minutes, which we also appreciated. We had 2 families of 4 and everyone was comfortable and had an amazing time! Would stay again!

The neighborhood feels safe and clean first of all. The apartment was just as described and very well stocked. Lots of cooking gear and plenty of table settings. Very quiet - never heard any other neighbor. Two bedrooms on the main and three downstairs. Every bed was comfortable too. My family loved it. Thanks so much!

The property manager was very responsive. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are in the basement and temperature control was very difficult and they are uncomfortably cold regardless of adjusting the thermostat so I would recommend extra heavy blankets. Also I would suggest securing the newel post and railing at the top of the stairs as they are very wobbly. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The home could not be more conveniently located, just blocks from Wrigleyville and the stadium. Situated on a quiet street, it's incredibly convenient yes has all the creature comforts of a well-appointed home. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and supplied, and it had a cozy and welcoming vibe.

This was the perfect property for our family of 6 - the Cubs stadium is three blocks away and the Addison train stop is like 4 blocks away. There is a Jewel Osco grocery store three blocks in the other direction. There are tons of great restaurants in the area and even if you aren’t going to a game, walking around during a home game is a cool experience. The area felt safe to walk back after the night games. The house was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, plenty of bath towels and hand towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked - the house had everything we needed which was fantastic if you’re flying into Chicago. The only cons are that there was only one TV in the living room (that’s just a personal preference). The bedrooms downstairs were great (there’s room for 7 down there) but they got really cold at night. The kids wore pants and there were plenty of blankets, so they were fine. The check in and check out was very easy! The communication from the owner was great too! We would totally stay there again- literally one of the best properties we’ve stay in!!

9 of us had a 3 night stay here so we could visit Wrigley Field, and threw in the White Sox, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park Zoo and Chinatown for fun! It’s the perfect location!

This is a wonderful, cozy location for a large group, with an incredibly convenient location - just a short walk from dozens of local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and Wrigley Field. The host was very nice and communicative.

The house was beautiful and the host has all the necessary items you can think of! It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk to Wrigley field which was our biggest selling point! The neighborhood is surrounded by places to eat and shops all within walking distance. Depending on traffic the drive to downtown and Navy Pier were only about 30 minutes, which we also appreciated. We had 2 families of 4 and everyone was comfortable and had an amazing time! Would stay again!

Beautiful home, & a perfect short walk from Wrigley. Lovely neighborhood! Super comfortable 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths - all are more than adequate. Gorgeous backyard sitting area. I genuinely loved the kitchen - used it for a large family weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation! Everything well stocked and I was able to cook large family meals all weekend. Would recommend highly!

Host was very easy to work with and responded quickly each time I reached out. We had an early flight in and he allowed us to drop off our luggage so we would get out and explore.
