This house was perfect for a group of moms visiting our kids at KState. The home exceeded all expectations. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so many extras like a coffee bar, camp chairs, and monogrammed tumblers. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and the living room had a huge tv for cheering on the Wildcats. We walked to Aggieville each night. 5 Stars for sure!

We had a great experience during our stay here. House was as good as described and they welcomed us with fresh cookies and wine. All the accessories in the house are quality and even branded to match the house name. Even the lawn was immaculate. Highly recommend on your next stay in Manhattan!

Everything is, as advertised! The house was great, we used the porch every morning for coffee and yard is perfect for little ones. The weather was perfect and we got props from the wedding party for the great location. 5 Star all the way around!

The Holders House rental is located within walking distance to Aggieville and campus. Perfect place to stay with a group, the individual bedroom/bathrooms provide plenty of privacy. Sufficient parking spots for a group with multiple cars. Well furnished and clean, would stay here again.

This historic property was beautifully decorated. All rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a pantry stocked with many pots, pans, storage containers and much more. Appliances are new and of high quality. The living room felt super comfortable with its large, leather sectional, comfy pillows and blankets.

Due to a college graduation we had family from many States gather in Manhattan to see our son play baseball. The goal was to stay in a place that encouraged family time, had enough beds for all, and was a central location to campus and shops. Holders House was perfect! There was enough room for us to serve meals on the kitchen island, play games at the dinning table, watch a little TV, have a good nights rest, and enjoy coffee on the porch. In addition, communication was exceptional prior to check in, and the process of checking in and checking out was simple. The Host considered the needs of a large group and there was ample coffee, homemade cookies, towels, and utensils!!! I can't say enough great things about Holders House! Thank You for creating the perfect environment for our family celebrations!

The Holders House was absolutely perfect for our guys trip back to Manhattan for a golf trip and Homecoming. With six guys there was a bed for everyone and the house came furnished with everything we needed to cook in or take a short walk to Aggieville. The Big screen TV and large dining table for games is perfect for when we just wanted to hang out at house.

We were in town for our sons' Mom's Day festivities. The Holders House is such a great location - close to where our sons live, campus, and Aggieville. It has such a warm and comfortable feeling. We all loved hanging out on the porch in the morning for coffee or around the huge kitchen island for snacks. The Holders House has everything you could need for a weekend away and is very clean. This was the perfect spot for family to gather for a graduation celebration. We had everything we needed to entertain and plenty of room to spread out. BONUS: I texted the owner why we were there (to watch our nephew play OSU vs K State Baseball--and she left us two tickets to enjoy (we needed two more for the Saturday game). How cool is that? Wonderful home for large group of friends! The bedrooms were well decorated and very comfortable. It was an added benefit that each bedroom had a bathroom, with 2 being en suites. Kitchen and pantry—gorgeous! All the tools were there and lots of storage. Great place to explore Manhattan and the surrounding area. It was close enough to walk to KSU. Worth every penny!

We were in town for a basketball game and to see our son in college, and traveling with 5 kids ages 12-17, and the house suited us perfectly so that all kids got their own bed! Walking distance to campus and Aggieville was a big plus for this property. Host could not have been nicer, and the house is perfectly appointed with everything one would need! Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful, unique property right in the heart of K-State. It has everything you want, need and more. Our entire family enjoyed the house and the area. We ranged in age from mid 50’s down to 7 years old and there was enjoyment for all.

Wonderful home for large group of friends! The bedrooms were well decorated and very comfortable. It was an added benefit that each bedroom had a bathroom, with 2 being en suites. Kitchen and pantry—gorgeous! All the tools were there and lots of storage. Great place to explore Manhattan and the surrounding area. It was close enough to walk to KSU. Worth every penny!

The Holders House rental is located within walking distance to Aggieville and campus. Perfect place to stay with a group, the individual bedroom/bathrooms provide plenty of privacy. Sufficient parking spots for a group with multiple cars. Well furnished and clean, would stay here again.

We LOVED this house! Very updated/clean/spacious but also cozy. Was very close to Aggieville! Excellent communication from the owners. Very easy to get acquainted with procedures. We will be staying here again!

We loved our stay here--comfortable, lovely and lots of room for our large family. The kitchen area and family room were our favorite spots. It was a great plus to have lots of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Comfortable beds, great showers and lots of little perks--coffee bar, cookies upon arrival--we felt special. BONUS: I texted the owner why we were there (to watch our nephew play OSU vs K State Baseball--and she left us two tickets to enjoy (we needed two more for the Saturday game). How cool is that? Will be back, for sure. Thanks for the great hospitality and fast messaging!!

This house was perfect for a group of moms visiting our kids at KState. The home exceeded all expectations. It was well stocked with everything we needed and so many extras like a coffee bar, camp chairs, and monogrammed tumblers. The front porch was our favorite place to sit and the living room had a huge tv for cheering on the Wildcats. We walked to Aggieville each night. 5 Stars for sure!

We had a great experience during our stay here. House was as good as described and they welcomed us with fresh cookies and wine. All the accessories in the house are quality and even branded to match the house name. Even the lawn was immaculate. Highly recommend on your next stay in Manhattan!

This historic property was beautifully decorated. All rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen is a cooks dream with a pantry stocked with many pots, pans, storage containers and much more. Appliances are new and of high quality. The living room felt super comfortable with its large, leather sectional, comfy pillows and blankets.

Due to a college graduation we had family from many States gather in Manhattan to see our son play baseball. The goal was to stay in a place that encouraged family time, had enough beds for all, and was a central location to campus and shops. Holders House was perfect! There was enough room for us to serve meals on the kitchen island, play games at the dinning table, watch a little TV, have a good nights rest, and enjoy coffee on the porch. In addition, communication was exceptional prior to check in, and the process of checking in and checking out was simple. The Host considered the needs of a large group and there was ample coffee, homemade cookies, towels, and utensils!!! I can't say enough great things about Holders House! Thank You for creating the perfect environment for our family celebrations!

The Holders House was absolutely perfect for our guys trip back to Manhattan for a golf trip and Homecoming. With six guys there was a bed for everyone and the house came furnished with everything we needed to cook in or take a short walk to Aggieville. The Big screen TV and large dining table for games is perfect for when we just wanted to hang out at house.

This was the perfect spot for family to gather for a graduation celebration. We had everything we needed to entertain and plenty of room to spread out. The owners have paid close attention to the little details and the house was super clean. We had a great experience at the Holders House and would stay again without hesitation.

We were in town for a mother’s and son weekend. The house was beautiful, beautifully decorated and clean.! The home was very well organized with all of the amenities within reach! I have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and this one had everything imaginable! It made our stay so easy! I would suggest reading the fine print, there are two rental units above, which unfortunately creates noise issues! This was an issue for our young college students that came over in the evening, we were very respectful by turning down our music. But you just need to know going in that there is a 11 o’clock quiet time.! Otherwise, I would suggest renting this property 100%.
