Whittier Cottage

We loved the house. The back sunroom is the best! We saw so many deer wandering in the creek below and in the woods. It was incredibly relaxing. The house is roughly a 5 min walk to the beach and 5-7 mins to the root barrel. The location is perfect for beach or walking into town.

Very clean and well stocked house in Douglas that was a close walk to the beach. Convenient location to restaurants in Douglas as well as Saugatuck. Great get away!

Couples weekend away- the location of the house is perfect! A short walk to the beach to see the sunset is a must! We took advantage of the fire pit every night. The kitchen is fully stocked. The only downside is the 3rd bedroom didn't have A/C. The check in and check out process was simple and seamless. Communication was perfect.

My husband, friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Whittier cottage. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need for cooking. The upstairs balcony area was great for having drinks and playing board games. We made great use of the bonfire pit each night of our stay. And the walk to the beach is only 5 minutes. Plus, the local A&W root beer and hot dog stand was super cute and delicious! Would definitely stay again
