Great home, great location at a great price!

Great location that was surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping etc.....but very peaceful neighborhood to relax in. We all thought the beds were comfortable and enjoyed using the hot tub and pool after a full day of golfing. The outdoor patio is shaded with a TV outside so we could hang out inside or outside at our pleasure.

The outdoor area of this place was great for our group complete with pool, hot tub, TV, furniture, turf and games. The supply line to the downstairs toilet leaked the first morning, causing a minor flooding situation in the bathroom and hallway. Fortunately we were there, so it didn't cause a major problem and Jose sent maintenance right away to fix the supply line and clean up the head. We appreciated the prompt response and solution!situation in the bin the bathroom and hallway

Great house for a great vacation. This house was the perfect place for our family vacation.located close to shopping, attractions and restaurants. It’s clean spacious and equipped with all our needs. The pool was amazing the shades that cover it so you can come out of the blazing sun if you needed was a great addition.Communication with the owner was quick and efficient.definitely recommend this property and would stay here again

Had a great stay at this property , outdoor space in the back was fantastic to relax in and the pool and hot tub were a nice touch! Good location and neighborhood , within 30 min of most places. Would book here again

We only stayed one night, but would have been very happy to stay longer. The pool was nice, and the back patio had multiple entertainment options, but bc it was so hot outside we didn’t get to take advantage of those things. We were looking for place with a garage and this house has full 2 car that was wide open and clean.

The check-in process was hassle free and we were able to get in right on time. The pool and outdoor area provided hours of entertainment for our group. The house was located in an area that was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed during our Spring Break week with our 4 kids (ages 18mo-8yrs) and it was great. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and included spices, paper plates, etc which a lot of homes don’t. Appliances were all newer and worked without issue. Pack n play was already there and easy to set up. Pool is fenced off so no worries about small kids wandering off. Pool is not heated but the hot tub was great. Lots of casual restaurants near by and about 20-25min from downtown attractions. Would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely loved staying at this property. We have two young girls, 9 & 7, who had a blast in the backyard the entire stay. Home was very clean and as advertised. We will definitely consider staying here again next trip to San Antonio. The only issues we encountered were very minor, pool lights were not working, making swimming after dark with little ones pretty much impossible. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

This is a beautiful well kept house in a quiet, residential San Antonio neighborhood. Pool was great. Even at end of February. It is not heated but was clean and refreshing on hot days during our stay. We are New Englanders so used to cold water, but our Texas family also enjoyed pool. Out door area is fantastic. The hot tub got utilized nightly. This home close to restaurants and stores. We spent a great deal of time downtown and at Riverwalk, less than 20 minutes by car. Lots of towels for guests. Jose, the host, responded rapidly to questions and requests. He gets in A++. I was impressed with his immediacy. I would highly recommend this space for family vacation. Plenty of space to hang out together and plenty of rooms for personal space too.

tithe house a nicely redone in 2022 and is set up well. Great location to get everywhere. The owner Jose was very friendly. It was misleading on the pool usage, we come from the north and wanted a pool we could use. very where it say “ enjoy the pool, bring things for the pool. We found out the day we were arriving that it wasn’t heated. We rented a house with a pool for a reason. If you want a house with a pool only rent this one in the dead of summer.

I absolutely loved this place. It was very nice and clean. We only had one issue with electrical but with the assistance from the owner we were able to figure it out. I would rate it a 10!

This was one of the BEST VRBO I have stayed at! The house was amazing, it is very well kept, spotless and very comfy. Jose was fabulous to deal with, he was so responsive and helpful. Our holiday was myself, my 19 year old son and my sister. As soon as we walked through the door we were all in love with the house. I have never had such a well stocked VRBO home. There was spices, all pots and pans, bowls, everything that you would need in a home. Lots of towels, pool toys, games lots of things to do. We had plans to do some sightseeing, but we narrowed that down to two mornings, because the house was such an oasis. The hot tub was kept at a cooler temperature as it was very hot out, but we lived in the pool and hot tub. Checking in and out was very easy, there were no bad surprises! I would 100% recommend this rental to anyone coming to San Antonio!! I will definitely be back!!

Our family was looking to stay near Lackland for our grandson's BMT graduation. We easily got to the two days if ceremonies within about 24 minutes. There's a convenient Walmart close by. The check-in process was a breeze and the host was accessible and responsive to any questions. Driving in, it appeared to be an older, established neighborhood, but walking through the front door, was a modern delight! A large family room, kitchen, dining area accommodated our family of 8 plus we hosted a graduation lunch for other family staying close by. Room for conversation, dining and cooking while being all together. Our grandson didn't even want to go out...just hang with his family in our comfie digs!. Everthing was very neat and clean in all areas of the home. The kitchen was a delight..drawers outfitted with all you could need, and a wonderful coffee station with a Kuerig. Updated appliances and a large walk-in pantry were so appreciated. The large covered patio/pool/combo was a definite plus after the heat from the outdoor graduation ceremonies and we used the grill to cook out. Loved the lights over the pool at night. The bathrooms were especially nice, thoughtfully designed and the host provides complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotions. There's not an excess of bedroom furniture, but that keeps an uncluttered look with plenty of walk-in closets to use with some key storage pieces. Many conveniences and personal touches helped make this a wonderful family memory.

Very clean. It looked like the pictures. It was by everything too! Had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable too. Need to have holders in the showers to put your stuff tho. Had enough dishes and seasonings. The ice maker barely worked on the refrigerator. Might grab a bag of ice. Also they only had decaf coffee pods. So if you need caffeine bring your own. The pool and hot tub was beautiful! Plenty of space for 7 people. The garage door openers didn’t not work for us but we still used the garage. The owner was pretty responsive and professional! Most definitely would book again! Loved it!

First thing I did was unplug the literal 14 scent plug ins that were turned up full blast lol my eyes still burn.Property has definitely aged and deteriorated since last photos were updated. The San Antonio mural no longer says San Antonio, the doors that the home does have either do not close or are not on the hinges. One was just leaned against the wall (the one to keep cleaning supplies and extras locked away) and we were not warned of this. The sliding barn door that I assumed was functional to cover pantry also was not functional and has to stay open. Definitely some foundation issues along with several not up to code items like electric receptacles pulled from the wall and extension cords from ceiling. The lock on the patio fencing also was broken and could not be closed in. The hot tub and pool were nice, minus the eye lash extension left by I’m assuming previous guest and occasional dead roach here and there.King bed was super uncomfy after being in it for longer than 30minutes, but the smaller one in the front bedroom was comfy!Was very nice to have a garage to park in and clickers to open and close! Full size fridge was nice to put our own waters and toddler foods as well as them providing a high chair, pack and play, and toddler dish and silverware! Towels were plentiful! And washer and dryer was very nice to have along with being provided detergents.

House was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. Backyard was really nice with in ground pool/ hot tub. Enjoyed the backyard patio. Kitchen also well stocked. Biggest issue was lack of bath linens. Party of six and only had 4 washcloths! Had to throw the towels/wash cloths in the washer every day to accommodate everyone. Small issue. Beds/pillows not very comfortable although were very clean. Especially the pillows. Overall nice place to stay.

The property was very clean and the linens and mattresses and pillows very comfy. Jose was very easy to work with and responded to questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book a property with Jose again!!

Very nice place, would stay again. Only things would be link to WiFi couldn’t get in and need those pool canopies so water can stay cool. Hot tub and patio were so nice! 😊

We had a party of 13. It was a greay stay and loved that it was pet friendly. The pool was amazing and had a deep end of 8 ft which my kids loved. The back patio was amazing and where we spent most of our time. Big spacious back patio with fans to keep you cool. The beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked with towels.and beach towels. We didnt even need to use our own towels. Its about 5 minutes from walamrt and heb and theres a liquor store right down the road as well.. i would definitely recommend this place of you want somewhere to hang and have entertainment for kids this house would be a great pick.

The property was perfect for Spring Break for 3 moms and our 6 boys!! Really enjoyed all the amenities throughly and found the home to be perfectly located 20 minutes away from all attractions. Communication with host was fair as I believe he was either away during the week and not available to answer questions. Overall our stay was beautiful and children enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor games. Although the home was nicely equipped we would have appreciated more towels and paper towels as there definitely wasn’t enough for the 9 of us so constantly had to do laundry and do target runs. Not sure if it’s still off season but disappointed the grass was not cut or groomed around the pool and that the umbrella was old and broken. Various TVs were not working and no available batteries to replace on remotes to check. Since host was not available we didn’t bother to request assistance. Overall our stay was super special and home really beautiful. Just a few details that would have made it a little easier during our stay. Having a binder with local attractions, restaurant recommendations, check out instructions would have been ideal too!

My family of 8 enjoyed our staycation here. We needed a short drive from our night at fright fest with tired kids. The house was clean, big enough, had everything you needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool!

My family and i rented the house for a short staycation. Communition with owner was excellent before booking, after booking and during stay. House manual provided answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for us and had everything we needed. Check in/out was simple. House was clean and ready for use.

House was very well furnished, beautiful property, well taken care of. Would have been nice to have a late checkout option as we were only there one night, but we knew that booking. Other than that, the host was responsive, the house was as described, and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The house was very nice. It was very clean. The owner was very quick to respond. We had an issue with the A/C and he had someone come that afternoon to take care of it. Overall the house had everything we needed. They had pans for cooking except spices. I would definitely recommend this home.

A small group of us came out for a week of golf and relaxing getaway and found that here. All the things we needed to have a home base were either provided or easily found at stores nearby. Everything we needed to create some amazing meals was already there (even a good start on spices and basics). The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept. The location was great for golf (or probably Sea World/Six Flags) and getting downtown quickly. Overall, great stay and met or exceeded expectations across the board.

Myself, My Husband, My Sister and her 21+ sons stayed here for my nephews Basic Military Training graduation and this house was PERFECT. I would recommend it to anyone with or without an agenda in San Antonio. This house was 25 minutes from Lackland AFB and 15 minutes to the airport without traffic. My family would definitely stay here again!

This was our first trip to San Antonio, and we absolutely loved it! The house was set up for guests to feel right at home. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and outdoor tv. The neighborhood was quiet and was a quick exit off the expressway. So many fun things to see and do!
