Unfortunately our stay was a disaster. When we got there it was 85* in the house. Since the house has a nest thermostat, I would have thought that the host would have turned the a/c down for us so it was cooler inside upon arrival. The next morning we had a knock on our door from the utility company saying they needed to access the pole in the backyard for routine maintenance work. They also in formed us that the power was going to be shut off until 5pm. When we came beck to the house, the a/c wouldn’t turn on and I spent 2hrs trying to troubleshoot it. Even with all the windows open we were miserable, tired, and cranky. The Guest Equity did a great job and was able to find us a different property to move into so we could finish out our stay. They were really the saving grace of what started off as a really bad experience. Hopefully they got the a/c fixed because it was a really nice place.

Location was great for our day trips to Sequioa. The neighbourhood was nice and the house was excellent - exactly as advertised.
