great place and location

The place was as described and met our needs. Pros: fireplace with plenty of firewood. seperate rumpus room for kids to play and watch tv. Wifi. Good communication. Property Manager was very helpful and quick to respond to our bedding needs. Con’s: fairly small, ok for 4 but would be a bit squishy for anymore. Flyscreens in toilets were blocked with dust. You have to supply your own towels and sheets (an oversight on our behalf). Overall, we would stay again and if it was better weather it would be even better as we would have got to use the out door area.

What a little gem! The perfect last minute getaway with 3 mum's and our 5 kids. We had a wonderful 4 night escape exploring sorrento back beach rockpools, Rye carnival, arthurs seat and the peninsula beaches. Perfect quiet location with plenty of room for a family of 3 in each bunk room. Short drive for daytrips to lots of wonderful adventures. At night mums kicked back upstairs whilst the kids had a ball in the rumpus room. It was even big enough for a nerf war. We were worried having 5 kids in one house with no big yard but it never felt too small. The fire pit to toast marshmallows was a huge hit and we were very thankful everything was supplied from matches, newspaper and firewood. Thank-you we loved our stay. Hopefully we will find our way back again!

St Andrews Beach is a great property for families. The house is well equipped and comfortable, and the location is perfect for a beach holiday. We had a great time staying there and would highly recommend it to others.
