The location is great. The property and staff are good and nice. The only issue is that this hotel doesn’t have AC. In the afternoon it was very hot. While the fan provided made it survivable, it was not enough. It cooled off deep in the night/morning. Great for October to April perhaps. Otherwise, book at your own risk.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y las habitaciones cómodas. El servicio de recepción es excepcional. Lo único que deja que desear son la regadera y el tamaño de los baños. Para alguien alto, estos pueden resultar un poco incómodos. La ducha necesita urgentemente ser reemplazada, ya que el agua sale disparada en todas direcciones.

The location was fantastic with quick access to the Metro and the Metro bus. The room we had was exceptionally quiet, which was helpful. Given the World Cup noise. The staff were kind helpful. There were a few things that the could improve on - you need slippers for the room unless you’re comfortable walking in shoes because of the flooring, the room came with a free bottle of wine, but no wine opener. We had to request one, the kitchen is not well equipped, and we would have preferred larger coffee cups as opposed to small teacups. Finally, I think the room needed a water kettle for tea. We ended up buying one - however the staff tried to find one for us at another location for us. Overall, we would stay again however I probably would need to bring some of the things I mentioned above with me to have a more comfortable stay.

There were a few things that the could improve on - you need slippers for the room unless you’re comfortable walking in shoes because of the flooring, the room came with a free bottle of wine, but no wine opener. We had to request one, the kitchen is not well equipped, and we would have preferred larger coffee cups as opposed to small teacups. Finally, I think the room needed a water kettle for tea. We ended up buying one - however the staff tried to find one for us at another location for us. Overall, we would stay again however I probably would need to bring some of the things I mentioned above with me to have a more comfortable stay.
