This was quite frustrating and unprofessional experience as u reached to hotel, the receptionist clearly said that they do not hold booking for online without any prior payment. Since it is swain time they will book through counter only or advance payment booking. I was forced to book hotel at higher rates of 6.5k on counter with compromised rooms availability. Seeing their attitude, it was looking fishy behaviour so I’d decided to go for other option. It wasn’t a good experience. One of the front guest was very rude to start with, room didn’t have complimentary water bottles, no free breakfast, TV wasn’t working even after several calls, no lift, had to pay for AC room at the front desk ( thought that I booked a room with AC), no parking, the towels weren’t fresh and dogs were barking all thru the night and we couldn’t sleep. The list goes on. In the same trip, I stayed in Delhi and Agra and rooms were very good for the same price…
