To me, this resort couldn't be better: the two large clean swimming pools, the oceanfront location, the friendly staff who make you feel right at home, the excellent breakfasts, big comfortable rooms. Perfect.

Positive points: The staff is very nice. 2 beautiful and large swimming pools. Negative points: The beach and the sea are a real garbage dump. It feels like a landfill is placed a few meters away. Not the fault of the resort but the beach is impractical. The worst: the resort welcomes groups of tourists and companies for team building every day. These are sound systems at full blast from morning until evening. An absolute HORROR. And when the music stops, drunk people scream in the middle of the night (and also during the day). They move furniture, preventing you from sleeping. Look at the videos I attached. They pay a reduced price while you pay full price. It’s unfair to have your stay ruined like this. Very mediocre breakfast compared to competitors. Served until 9:00 am in a room too small. After 8:30 am, you won’t have much left. In general, the finishes of the entire resort are catastrophic, it is difficult to say if the resort is not finished or if it is already very degraded. I think it’s a bit of both. Daily room service that sometimes passes at 8:00 pm and the next day at 9:00 am. Water games for children that would be banned in many countries. Screws sticking out, rust, sharp or pointed pieces… Frankly, go elsewhere preferably to a place without permanent group or team building.

The property was fine. The grounds outside my door was heavily polluted with clothing and wash up feminine products from the sea. I mean hundreds of pieces as far as you could see. The ocean there I didn’t dare put my foot in, heavily polluted with 1000’s pieces of clothes. They lost electricity and water half of the day, no ac or water to flush toilet. When we checked out they gave us a coke.
