Kawa z ekspresu do śniadania dodatkowo płatna. Monotonne śniadania z małym wyborem. Mały basen i taras do opalania jest na pewno na minus. W łazience nie schodzi woda w prysznicu nawet po interwencji personelu hotelowego. Szafa rozsuwana, rozsuwa się z problemami i to duży problem dla kobiety. Bardzo małe łóżko. Byliśmy w hotelu z początkiem maja wiec nie możny ocenić jakości plażowania, chociaż plaże wokół hotelu są jedne z najlepszych z jakich korzystaliśmy w północnej Chorwacji.

We arrived on Saturday, September 13 to find a large group convention underway. The group reserved the entire pool and sauna for the day and evening. It was off limits to the remaining guests. We booked back in February precisely to enjoy the pool and sauna. No compensation was given. In fact, they didn’t even offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer.

Der Wellnessbereich war ein Traum, wir haben Ihnen täglich genutzt. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken beim Frühstück war sehr groß und alles war sehr lecker. In Punkte Sauberkeit sind uns aber doch ein paar Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, die bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel und bei so einem Preis eher nicht passieren sollten. Wir haben Sie beim Check Out angemerkt und hoffen, dass sich dies bis zu unserem nächsten Besuch verbessert. Im Whirlpool war Sand, dieser wurde während unseres gesamten Aufenthaft nicht gereinigt, auch die Ränder am Pool und in der Dusche des Wellnessbereiches sowie die Tische auf der Terasse waren etwas schmutzig. Unser Zimmer war Tip Top sauber, ledigleich unter der Schlafcouch war sehr viel Staub und schmutz (was für das Personal aber bestimmt schwer zu sehen ist). Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location.

It was a perfect holiday - very clean hotel, friendly staff, good food and nice location. The rooms are perhaps a bit small for five stars - but this is renovated hotel that was build in 1906 and some of its charm would be lost if rooms were bigger.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good for adults, for kids they do not cater at all. The room is appointed in a modern minimalistic fashion. However, the ac is right above the third bed so either the person there is freezing or the others in the main bed sweat. The instant coffee is a joke. Not enough towels. They’d charge €30 euros to use the pool. Per person! The beach is directly across the hotel but the hotel does not have a deal with any of the rentals. Not that the beach is particularly nice, it is very overcrowded. I felt it was a really good 4* hotel but not more than that!

Indoor Pool, and outdoor balcony sunbathing was Unique. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Great service everywhere - pool, front desk, restaurant, bar.

W naszej ocenie hotel zasługuje co najwyżej na 4*, odnowiony w 2021 i na pewno z zewnątrz, lobby, palarnia i obsługa to 5* natomiast ocenimy całość i tylko 5* Hilton w Gdańsku był gorszym pięciogwiazdkowym hotelem jaki odwiedziliśmy.Nie podobało się nam brak napojów do koalicji wliczonej w cenę, nawet woda była dodatkowo płatna. Kawa z ekspresu do śniadania dodatkowo płatna. Monotonne śniadania z małym wyborem. Mały basen i taras do opalania jest na pewno na minus. W łazience nie schodzi woda w prysznicu nawet po interwencji personelu hotelowego. Szafa rozsuwana, rozsuwa się z problemami i to duży problem dla kobiety. Bardzo małe łóżko. Byliśmy w hotelu z początkiem maja wiec nie możny ocenić jakości plażowania, chociaż plaże wokół hotelu są jedne z najlepszych z jakich korzystaliśmy w północnej Chorwacji.

Buffen dag 1 var inget särskilt, mycket pasta, hamburgare . Dag 2 var den väldigt bra, kalvfile, tonfisk, sallad. Bubbelpoolen var inte så ren, och det var mer paus än att den var igång. I bastun skulle man vara naken vilket innebar att ingen bastade. Servicen var superbra.

Beautiful balcony room. Wonderful check in services and pool and spa. Parking easy. Luggage carts available . Huge dinner and breakfast buffets !

A lovely hotel, ideally located. Though advertised as 5 star, the housekeeping was limited (clean towels and bed made), no replenishment of coffee or water. Great breakfast spread, though the hot breakfast was like warm at best. However, these are minor grumbles as we had a fantastic long weekend.

The foods were so good. All staffs were nice. Mr. Slobodan, the chef, was the best, he made sure we all got perfect fishes everyday :) will definitely come back!

Hotel antiguo, pero en buenas condiciones. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Personal atento. Habitación grande y camas cómodas. Hay bastante sitio para aparcar cerca (aunque hay que pagar ORA en parquímetro). Cena y desayuno de muy buena calidad y variedad.

Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location.
