Good rooms! Good breakfast, good isolation. It says there is pool. However during my stay both pools were closed! Which is a bummer since i wanted a hotel with pool! No clarification why the pool were closed. They gym as well is very simple!

Very nice stay,the breakfast buffet and restaurant are always great 👍 Gym was quite dirty and weights all over the place although the people using the gym should keep it clean but there should be staff members checking the gym every 2 hours or so just to make sure it is upkept. Otherwise everything was lovely and good 👍😁

Lovely views from the restaurants. Problem is getting to them requires an elevator & they are awful!! Plan @ least 10 minutes to call and get where you want to go. Need to meet a cab at 9:30? Leave your room by 9:20 or you’ll be late! Housekeeping for sleeping rooms is fantastic! Like the coffee machines in the hall on each floor.

Stayed with my family for a treat, had a lovely time with a good bar meal on the 26th floor followed by a swim on the 20th floor and the next morning a sky ride on the roof, the staff were all very helpful

O hotel é bem localizado, proximo a regiao do waterfront e distante 18 minutos do aeroporto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionario Navron. Uma pessoa educada, gentil que fez questao de nos ajudar na primeira vez em Cape Town. O hotel tem 2 piscinas, pequenas, mas a vista da Table Mountain compensa tudo. O cafe da manha achei muito repetitivo. Todos os 3 dias que ficamos no hotel... as opcoes foram exatamente iguais. O quarto eh muito pequeno e bastante estreito. Para quem tem muita mala fica um pouco desconfortavel. Mas o que achei mais desvantajoso eh nao ter frigobar no quarto. O estacionamento eh gratuito.

Excellent hotel just 5/10 minutes walk to marina. Room was very comfortable- the coffee machine on each floor - superb. A great bar area and drinks were very reasonably priced. Service was excellent from everyone.

I liked that it was close to the convention centre i needed to attend. Breakfast was good but basically the same daily. I really like the biscuits. The view from the restaurant and swimming pool on the 17th floor are stunning. The room was ok but the bed was a bit snug so you can't easily maneuver around it. The bath isn't sealed enough so placing a towel on the floor was essential to prevent the water leaking all over. I would recommend giving yourself an extra 10 to 15 minutes headstart with the elevator especially when the hotel is busy because it may take a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also check-in and check-out are very fast. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the waterfront.

Accessible room very clean but we wanted 2 singles not a 5' double bed. Pillows quickly flattened although extras were supplied as soon as requested, Shower facility not really suitable even for an ambulant person, everything high up and out of reach while seated, also in wrong place for a carer to use. Great idea to have free coffee machine on each floor with good coffee! Breakfast and dinner were very good. Service everywhere was prompt and smiley. Great value and would certainly recommend Sky hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location, easy walking to the V&A waterfront and the markets. Very clean entrance and communal areas. Having the coffee machine on each floor is a very good touch. We had a room with twin beds located on the 10th floor it was a little on the small side and poorly design, after using the bathroom you have to open the door to go to a very small sink to wash your hands, there was no closet space for hanging so that was a little inconvenient. We stayed for a week housekeeping replenished on a daily basis towels shower gel etc, but never vacuumed the room during our stay which was rather dissapointing because it was brought to there attention. The breakfast selection at the restaurant was very good and the staff worked well cleaning up after each guest left the tables. Overal nice hotel friendly staff from management to the day to day workers. I would recommend and would stay again

Clean hotel in the business district. Strange room layout which didn’t suit us. Shower suddenly went scolding hot midway through the shower and didn’t cool down for several minutes. The concierge made an announcement directly into our a room via a tannoy in the ceiling, like an Orwellian Star Trek computer. Very weird.

Very nice hotel. Fancy lobby, although our room was pretty small, it was hard to get to one side of the bed due to the narrow room with the TV above. The water temperature could not be controlled so showering took forever, waiting for the right cycle. Either too cold or scalding hot most of the time. And the sink faucet was installed at a bad angle right on the side of the sink, flooding half the counter at every use. Hopefuly only our room was like that. Other than those we had a great stay. I still highly recommend it. Very good, safe, convenient location. The Red and Blue sightseeing buses stop right there. Walkable to the V&A Waterfront (around 15 minutes). There are sidewalks. Our room had a water view. Opposite rooms had Table Mountain views that I would have booked had I known what the views looked like. You do get awesome views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and Signal Hill at the breakfast restaurant and at the pool areas. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, very happy with our stay and would probably stay there again next time.

Staff is amazing. Room is minuscule, overpriced and need upgrade. Leaky shower cubicle results in moldy walls, water fluctuating between hot and cold. Decor remind me of a cheap Nevada casino hotel.

It’s decent for a short stay hecause it's small. Could’ve been cleaner (lots of hair on the floor in the bathroom). Shower needs to be better sealed so water doesn’t leak out because the door to the room is the bathroom area. It’s crazy to me there’s only one small bar of soap for hand washing and i guess that's also for the shower? Luckily I brought my own.

The room was small, but that wasn't a problem. The colors are a bit off, as they can make the ceiling, walls, and floor black in such a small room. The shower was poorly placed, and water spilled out of the cabin into the hallway and room every time we showered. We stayed at this hotel for five nights, and almost every evening there was a terrible smell; we think it was from the air conditioning. The only things that were excellent were the morning breakfasts and the staff.

Camera molto piccola. Ho dovuto usare la scrivania per lavoro e non sapevo dove mettere la valigia (che era sotto la scrivania) alla fine l’ho messa in bagno. Spazi veramente ristretti, però il resto ok. Stanze pulita, colazione galattica con vista sulla città . Il problema più grosso forse è prendere l’ascensore. Al mattino nelle pick hr , si possono aspettare anche 10 minuti. Nel complesso però molto strategico ed economico rispetto agli altri

The best description would be to picture living in shoebox. There is no storage space or fridge. The outside coffee machine is a good idea I guess. There is a TV between the 2 double beds so you have to either squeeze between the first one to get to the second one; or roll over the first bed. The restaurant prices are extremely expensive. The breakfast was reasonable.

Very neat spot-funk layout but it works. Rooms are long and narrow, and city view with auto blinds were nice. The desk is behind the bed so 1 can work while another sleeps. Great views. And not critique is the elevator takes forever and stairs were locked.

Hotel Sky Cape Town was an entire vibe from the moment I walked through the doors. The décor is stunning, thoughtfully designed from the entrance all the way up to the rooms, giving the whole place a modern, vibrant feel. Breakfast was absolutely top-tier: fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options to start the day right. The staff were warm, hospitable, and consistently friendly, which really added to the overall experience. The location is also a major win, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around, explore, and enjoy Cape Town without any hassle. My room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, and if you’re lucky enough to snag a room facing the skyline, the sunrise and sunset views are truly spectacular, like watching the city put on a show right from your bed. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was pretty weak throughout the building and made staying connected a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was a great stay. Overall: 8/10 highly recommend, especially for the views and the vibe.

Noisy guests, slamming doors, incredibly busy and packed restaurant at breakfast. Elevators take forever and at times, there are 50 people queuing for the elevator from the lobby. No late checkout which is highly inconvenient as most international flights leave in the evening and the staff insisted that the room be vacated at 10am. Even when offering to pay a bit extra, they said that housekeeping would toss out one’s belongings and clean anyway. Fortunately, I had a friend at The Westin who allowed me to stash my bags in her room which had a late checkout time of 2pm at no extra cost.

Accessible room very clean but we wanted 2 singles not a 5' double bed. Pillows quickly flattened although extras were supplied as soon as requested, Shower facility not really suitable even for an ambulant person, everything high up and out of reach while seated, also in wrong place for a carer to use. Great idea to have free coffee machine on each floor with good coffee! Breakfast and dinner were very good. Service everywhere was prompt and smiley. Great value and would certainly recommend Sky hotel.

Room was good (although very, very small) and functional. Cleanup every day was something to appreciate. But the was staff at reception treat us during check in was terrible. Although properly staffed they made us to wait more than an hour (after a 23 hours flight). It was like they were waiting for tip, or a bribery to speed up things. Horrible service and customer service attitude.

The hotel is good in general and I enjoy staying there. The location is great and convenient to go anywhere, take tour buses, or walk to water front etc. I booked an airport transfer and the front desk told me 500 rand all included but the driver asked for double when I got there. Lesson learned here: DO NOT trust or use the front desk service.

Modernes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Hatte einen Unfall in der Stadt (Oberschenjelhalsbruch). Transport ins Spital über Ambulanz organisiert und Rollstuhl gebracht. Am nächsten Tag brachte mir der Hotelmabager Koffer etc ins Spital. Auch Autorückgabe zum Flughafen wurde gemacht. Top Service.

The hotel is in a good city location, across from the convention center for business travelers attending a conference or meetings downtown. A 15-20 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront, 5 min Uber ride. O hotel é bem localizado, proximo a regiao do waterfront e distante 18 minutos do aeroporto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionario Navron. Uma pessoa educada, gentil que fez questao de nos ajudar na primeira vez em Cape Town. O hotel tem 2 piscinas, pequenas, mas a vista da Table Mountain compensa tudo. O cafe da manha achei muito repetitivo. Todos os 3 dias que ficamos no hotel... as opcoes foram exatamente iguais. O quarto eh muito pequeno e bastante estreito. Para quem tem muita mala fica um pouco desconfortavel. Mas o que achei mais desvantajoso eh nao ter frigobar no quarto. O estacionamento eh gratuito.

Do terceiro dia em diante, não dá mais para comer porque enjoa. Apesar disso, hospedagem muito boa, localização ótima e conveniente, vista do quarto é maravilhosa.
