The rooms smelt of dampness with black mold in places, some of the staff were very moody. They only left us one towel the first couple of days. The girl waitress (Lilly) was fantastic at the beach bar and also Christina and Sotiris in the main bar.

Beach area / grass verge requires a sweep of cigarette butts and clearing of glasses etc when customers have had drinks etc. This is what is expected of high end hotels. Sweeping common areas to ensure they are clean and tidy would also be a benefit. Other than this the hotel is nice but not to high end expected standards

The hotel is advertised as a beach hotel ? There is no beach ? When my wife and I saw the hotel on the Hotels site we thought this looks amazing celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary this looks perfect. How wrong we both were when we got there!. Thhotel is gorgeous but the suroung areas and the fact that there is no beach just dropped our expectations of a great holiday. Theirs a walkway at the seafront side that it suppose to keep you off the roadside when walking . Hundred metres down it's blocked off because of the walkway has collapsed into the sea . We asked if there were any restaurants nearby or bars . The receptionist looked very sheepish when he told us there were two and only one was recommended When we walked up in the evening we had to walk on the road because the pavements wasn't finished car coming by us we had to climb up off the road . Later we crossed the road (a duel carriageway) No shops on the hotel side so you have to cross the road. I got across ok but my wife had to stop in the middle of the road as a car swerved to go past her. No infrastructure! There is nothing there if you want a holiday. It's a transit hotel. NO BEACHES? We ended up leaving the next day cutting our losses and going elsewhere. This hotel gives the wrong impression. It's not a beach hotel as advertised. We were offered no money back from which we paid. We lost 6 days of purchase . A big company like The Radisson group . I felt sorry for the embarrassment of their receptionist

The hotel itself and the lobby look great — they are well kept, clean and give a very good first impression. However, considering this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, I was very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of our room. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which we only noticed the following morning. We reported this to the manager, who assured us that all the sheets would be changed. However, when we returned, the bed had simply been made and the same stained sheet was still on it. We spoke to the cleaner, who said she had not been told to change the sheets, so we asked her to replace everything, which she did. The bathroom was also disappointing, with unusual stains on the walls and what appeared to be black mould around the shower silicone. By the second day, there was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was very basic, and given the price of a three-night stay, I found the overall experience underwhelming and certainly not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. To be fair, the manager did send us a bottle of Brut as a gesture, which we appreciated. However, this did not make up for the issues we experienced during our stay.
