Beautiful hotel, only downside is the pool shuts early compared to other parts of America. Asked at front desk n was told it's a state legislation, so not their fault. Been road tripping across the states for 3 weeks n this was theeee best hotel we had

I enjoyed my stay at Home2 suites, however, I was disappointed for my last day check out when I had to take cold shower before leaving because the warm water was not working. I called the help desk and I was told to wait 30 minutes for maintenance person which I couldn’t do that because of my flight.

5 mins for the clerk to come to the desk. Otherwise very nice hotel. Great breakfast options. Pool lovely and great showers.

Fantastic c place but they need to not allow giant boats to take up multiple parking spaces because parking is tight there. Maxed out last night.

The pool was closed and the hot water did not work. We had to wait an hour to shower

Overall it was okay. The pool was down the entire weekend. My 5 year old was looking forward to swimming. We were told the pH was off and it was closed. Room overall was good. We probably would stay here again.

The pictures definitely made this place look much nicer than it truly is. The pillows were yellow and very worn, there were dirty Q-tips, and other random trash located all around the room. I attempted to check in 30 mins early and was told they were cleaning, so I offered to come back in an hour and upon returning was told everything was ready but it looked like all they did was make the bed. The check in staff was very nice, as was the younger lady when I went down later for additional towels. There was an older lady on staff however, that was fairly rude and inquired of my every coming and going. I traveled with myself and my 2 young teenage daughters and she stopped us in the lobby and asked very sternly “where we were going” every time we exited the elevator. Then after returning one night at approx 10pm and we were laughing about our day as we walked in she began to get very rude and inquisitive as to where we had been and asked if we were a part of a company that was staying there because she wanted to talk to them. We were in no way unruly (no drinking, no cursing, no loud yelling/talking/laughing) yet she seemed very upset. After the 4th run in with her we began to use the back steps to avoid the lobby altogether. Personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

No a/c or heat! Could not use safe! Room was not very clean stuff in shower and under bed! Sheets in bed were not clean and not even made under the comforter!

Compared to other Home2s I’ve stayed at this one was the dirtiest. Our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, stains on furniture, bathroom wasn’t wipes thoroughly. I would have switched rooms if we didn’t get in so late and had a baby to get to sleep. Definitely won’t be staying at this location again especially not for the price.

There was trash in the hallway 3rd floor. There was dog urine in the lobby, the night clerk wiped it up after I brought it to her attention. The lobby is conjoined where you eat breakfast, not a good thing to see puddles. The food counter should be kept clear of spills. The after hour coffee was nice. Our air unit leaked water on the carpet so I had to exit the bed at the foot. Shared this with the clerk. Overall the stay was pleasant...things happen. Room 305.

The room was not clean when we arrived. Shower, dishes, and linen were dirty. I notified the hotel manager of these issues. The bathroom appears very outdated with old wallpaper. The rooms need to be updated or the price per night needs to be decreased. Also, the breakfast was not very good. I was disappointed in the Hilton brand.

We chose to stay here because of the cleanliness rating but not what I expected. Carpets need attention, sofa had an unknown stain on the arm, peanuts were on the floor apparently vacuuming wasn't done, and a dust ruffle was between the flat sheet and bedspread .

The shower walls were not clean but all other parts of the room and bathroom were clean.

property was easy to get to and parking was easy. the rooms were not as clean as most hilton properties. the coffee maker was very dirty with previous occupants coffee pods still in the maker. there was no shower soap after check in when i discovered getting into the shower late at night.

The room was not clean; Everything was dusty, smelled bad, no shampoo/conditioner/body wash available. The breakfast was horrible.

The room is very spacious with mini kitchen. Would be great for a family. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. Waffles were great. Staff friendly even though it was complete chaos with all people there for night of lights. We found our room clean. There was a bleach smell which wasn’t too pleasant. The walls were very thin and the hotel permits dogs so we dealt with dog barking. Overall a decent stay for the price. If I still had small kids would definitely recommend.

AC didn't respond to temperature setting... always too hot or too cold. Drainstop in bathroom sink wouldn't stay open...I had to prop it open with a spoon. Other than these two things everything else was great.

Room was good. Food bad. Hilton hotels want let you play game or use your fire stick on the tv. We want be staying at any hilton hotels.

This was a very last-minute stop for weather on our trip from up north. Have stayed at home to suites before so figured this would be a no-brainer but this location was different. Soundproofing was nonexistent. You could hear everybody’s sneeze talk walk or do anything in the hallways while you’re staying in your room, the rooms were in good shape. The bed was very comfortable. The appliances seemed a little cheap and maybe starting to show their age. The bathroom was phenomenal. Water pressure was great. Temperature was great love that part and the breakfast one of the best free buffet breakfast I have come across with all the different options you can have , and there was a pretty steep fee and you had to sign a waiver if your pet acted up but other than that was hoping for a little bit better quality from home to suites in this scenario. Overall, not the best but not the worst stay.

Good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly. The only downside is that our room was above the entrance parking lot. There was a sitting area there and we could hear people talk at night until 4 AM! Otherwise nice stay and spacious room.

Rooms were clean. Staff attentive and helpful. Receptionist Adam was particular helpful with recommendations and an engaging conversationalist.

We stayed at the St Augustine hilton home 2 suites. After a very long chaotic travel day from Newark,nj airport starting at 4am we arrived 3 hours earlier than check in. Corey at the desk could NOT of been any kinder to us. He greeted us and got us into a room with understanding of our long day. He also was extremely helpful the 3 days we stayed advising us what sites to see and restaurants to eat at. He’s awesome! The nite desk lady was pretty nice too - when we came in exhausted and getting a tea to go up to our room with she was helpful and fun to talk to. The breakfast was a nice and quick just enough before we started our day. The only issue I had was the cleaning service did not really clean my room- I chased them for 2 days and gave them my garbage from my room and asked for towels. They didn’t make the beds. Other than that I would go back and stay there again.

Never have lost power in a hotel during a storm. With hurricane helene the hotel did lose power for about 7 hours but the front desk staff made sure coffee and donuts(from dunkin). It just showed how much they care about thier guests. Will definitely be staying again

The front desk was not helpful at all. We needed to get ice and advised her the ice machine from the third floor ( where we were located) was not working. She told us to then go by floor by floor to find ice. Later on we asked if we can get extra blanket, at which she replied to go to the lobby to get them . Information reference the hotel was poor ans she seemed annoyed everytime we would ask for information. Terrible place

Best staff ever.

We arrived at 3:30p to find our room still wasn’t available. No biggie, it’s a holiday weekend so I’m sure they were busy. We asked for extra towels and blankets to be put in the room while it was being cleaned so we didn’t have to do it later. You’d have thought I’d asked for something wildly extravagant based on the response from the front desk. Keep in mind, we had 5 people in the room, so we needed at least 1 more towel and an extra set of sheets/blanket at a bare minimum. We finally got into our room after dinner - still no extra towels or linens. Called down to the front desk and they tell us there’s a shortage of towels (we only had 3) so they’d have to provide them later, and tell us the linens are in the dresser drawer… except they weren’t, we already checked. They tell us we will have to come to the front desk to get them. This was kind of the whole reason for asking 4 hours earlier, but I get it, staff is limited. I’m not sure who was staying in the hotel with us, but they were obviously from a different time zone. There were kids and adults running up and down the hallway from 11p-3a and we could hear everything. The maids were audibly fighting outside the rooms the next morning about who needed to clean the remaining rooms. The bathroom had hair on the counter, floor, and shower prior to my family using it. The sink faucet was detached from the counter so the water ran down it and on to the shelf below. Sheets and blankets had obvious discoloration.

Not what I’ve come to love about home2suites. Not as clean as most. Hard to find someone at the desk but when they were there they were very nice. Seemed a little understaffed. Again the staff that was there was great. Rooms aren’t as big as other home2suites we’ve been to.

Patricia was a rockstar! She was professional, had a lovely temperament, and was a wonderful representative for the Hilton family. Likewise, the property was exactly what we needed. The gentleman at the front desk on Friday evening was also pleasant and professional to the guests. Team members like this make a difference too!

The suite accommodations were impeccable & so roomy, kitchenette also! The amenities were really great. I have to say the staff were so awesome and genuinely concerned that our stay was great for us. Adam & Winnie @ the front desk were wonderful. So helpful, pleasant, and accommodating to us. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be going back and staying there when I an in St. Augustine 👍♥️😊

Great spot to stay if you want to shop and sight see. Centrally located, close to many amenities of the area.

Just an overnight stay, but Delivered on expectations. Close to I-95 but nice and quiet. Staff was accommodating when requesting extra pillows. Did not have breakfast there so no comment on food. Easy drive to old St. Augustine. Yes, we would stay here again.

Traffic issues related to construction in the area around the hotel were a problem for us. The hotel itself, and the staff were typical “Home 2” excellent!

It was the perfect option for our family of 5. We had a room with 2 beds and a pullout couch with a kitchenette. Location was great! Near I-95 with lots of restaurants nearby. Also only about 8 miles to the heart of St Augustine.

Clean property in a great location within driving distance to the historic district. Complimentary breakfast is good but could improve on variety. Overall, great option for families!

Right off the highway but still in a quiet area. Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and very spacious!! much better experience for us than our first.

Breakfast could of been better like more option . Like scrambled eggs , sausage patties, or bacon. The brioche buns were to toasty .

We stayed here for one night after a long drive. We loved the hotel and think it is one of the best ones we have ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, the location is fantastic, and we were very comfortable. The room was very spacious and we loved the thoughtful layout. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Yes the breakfast was great, the only thing is I wish there were more vegetarian options but honestly it was pretty nice with all the other stuff. Plus it's free so can't complain

I can't recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. The attention to detail is unmatched. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay – they were friendly, professional, and truly made us feel at home. And let me tell you, the breakfast was out of this world! The variety, quality, and taste were exceptional; we couldn't wait to start our day with it. This hotel has everything you could possibly want for a perfect stay. We'll definitely be back!

Check-in was fine and staff was nice. Room was very nice and roomy. Bed was comfortable. Parking was free. Unfortunately couldn't get the window blind down all the way exposing a couple inches at the bottom which makes a difference in the morning. Hair wash bottle in the shower was empty. What was bothersome was the breakfast. It was terrible. There were the usual waffles that turn out tough but in addition they had what I think were these pre-made luke warm scrambled egg "disks" (for lack of a better term) with what could be turkey (I'm guessing) sausage with unknown fillers, what looked like fruit loops, and yogurt out of a dispenser. After these choices nothing else offered was appetizing. I though we were at a Hilton company. Unfortunately for them it's the last impression you leave with. I joked with my wife that maybe soylent food pellets are next at all these name brand "breakfast included" hotels. You pay for the "free" breakfast somewhere in their rates and this wasn't worth it. We'll try another brand next time. Too much competition out there.
