Habíamos reservado un apartamento cuyas fotografías nos indicaban que era un apartamento luminoso, limpio, bonito pero cuando llegamos a la recepción nos dieron una llave y nos mandaron a un edificio contiguo, viejo y en un segundo piso sin ascensor, con un aspecto poco agradable. La puerta del apartamento rayada y con la cerradura estropeada que impedía cerrar con llave y al entrar un apartamento muy raro, largo y estrecho, paredes sucias n baño pequeño y poco cuidado y en general con un aspecto que nada tenía que ver con las fotos. Eso sí, la ubicación muy buena, en plena plaza mayor. Nos hemos sentido estafados y hemos puesto una reclamación en consumo. Te engañan con unas fotos atractivas y luego te meten en un apartamento turístico de pésima calidad. Yo que siempre voy a hoteles y quiero evitar los apartamentos turísticos, este es un hotel que disfraza estos apartamentos pareciendo que están en un hotel. Me siento engañada y estafada.

Our apartment had the best terrace in town overlooking the main square and just a handful of steps from the medieval old town. The quadruple room had a pullout sofa bed which we made in less than two minutes. Kitchen, bathroom and overall cleanliness was flawless. Only hassle was that check in was at the hotel property about a hundred steps away, but very minor inconvenience. Plenty of eateries around and parking by the city only a few blocks away was easy if you're driving.
