All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being kind and professional. We particularly appreciated Julia's caring touch, to proactively looking after comfort of the guests who were yet to arrive at the hotel late at night, and offered an upgrade of our room. We also appreciated Ethan's helpfulness and kindness with his bellman service, handling our luggage from our room to load up to our cab all by himself. Eunkyung from the restaurant, Demetre, was also very nice and friendly, recognizing us from having breakfast everyday and serving us coffee daily proactively. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience that we hope to come back for a long term stay.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo Residences was exceptional and provided the perfect start to our South Korea holiday. After arriving on an evening flight from Sydney, it was wonderful to check into a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment-style room with excellent facilities, including a kitchenette. The hotel is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. The staff were welcoming, professional and always happy to assist with any questions we had.

My wife's Chanel earrings were literally stolen right out of our room. It was there on the table and then boom when the room was cleaned, they were gone. We notified the staff that they were missing right away. I know it's our fault that we didn't place them in the safe, but this is Korea--one of the safest place in the world and the 5-star hotel should train their cleaning staff better so that travelers can feel much safer. This is the third time we are there--for a two weeks stay each and I wish I could leave better comments because it was fine otherwise.
