Loved this hotel. Visited solo and stayed here as it’s in the heart of Patong and a 2 min walk to Bangla road. Even though it’s so close you hear no noise. Their rooftop bar is stunning and such reasonable prices too. Staff are super attentive and the cleaning ladies are so kind. Only negative the drains do smell at times in the bathroom but I just shut the door and it was fine, I wasn’t in the room much anyway. Bed was comfy, they leave 2 x water bottles a day in the fridge for you which is lovely. 7/11 is just opposite, and it’s so close to the beach too. Really enjoyed the stay and would absolutely return

La Vista was interesting. The staff was a 5/5 for friendliness and being accommodating. There is no pool, so the pictures were misleading. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed there. The room we had was basic but clean. A bit small, but I knew that going in. It’s definitely a 3 star, but it was decent for the price. The location was great in Patong.

The hotel is very well located, central to all the Patong nightlife, markets and beach. We felt very safe and cared for over our stay and enjoyed using the facilities like the roof top bar and pool. Staff were friendly and kept the rooms well maintained and clean for us. The only imperfection was that the walls are quite thin so we could hear all the noise from our surroundings which was fairly loud at night. Overall, this place was amazing, affordable and comfortable.

I stayed 4 nights here and the service was really good. The food is well priced and well done. If you are not staying here stop and try the wood fired pizza!!!! Room was comfortable and clean. Good location and an easy walk to everything Patong Beach has to offer but the right distance away from Bangla road to sleep comfortably. LOL I will definitely stay here again.

Ok hotel, hvis det altså var færdigt!!!!! Vi bookede hotellet, grundet deres spa og restaurant. Men da vi ankom til hotellet var det ikke færdig bygget, så ingen lobby, ingen restaurant og spa!!!!! Væggene imellem værelserne er tynde som pap! Bag hotellet er det en stor losseplads/byggeplads, med larm fra solopgang til sen aften.

Great location. Amazing kind staff. Great restaurant. Great fast wifi. Fantastic adjoining Spa. Hotel is old and needs a revamp. Showers are dangerous - tiles are slippery when wet. Angle of shower floor pushes water out of the shower area towards vanity / toilet making the entire bathroom floor wet & slippery. I nearly slipped and fell over twice. Fridge did not work.

Another great stay. This time the restaurant was open. I ate there every night. Place is in best location, rooms are very clean. Towels and linens are spotless. Staff are super friendly. I’ve stayed here before and definitely will stay here again. Close to Bangla street(3 minutes walk) also close to mall. Perfect place.

I had an overall good experience with few issues. 1- Sewage problem and smelly toilet. 2- Daily cleaning ( I had to ask for shampoo and body wash twice). 3- Really high price for few hours of late check out . I requested for few hours of late check out and reception was asking for crazy amount of money. 4-Customer service need lots of improvement.

It was a great experience staying at the La Vista Hotel Patong—overall, the property and service were quite pleasant. However, I’d like to share a couple of concerns from my stay. While the room initially seemed fine, it began to emit an unpleasant smell later in the evening, which seemed to be coming from the drainage system. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. I do look forward to staying again, hoping for a better room experience next time. Loved this hotel. Hotel mit guter Lage und netten Personal. Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist der Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Es rieselt sehr schwaches Wasser durch den Duschkopf.

Location great (except for noise at night, but they offer free earplugs which really helped :) Service really great, both at the front desk and at the restaurant for breakfast, very helpful front desk Bad smell in the bathroom, but it's not the hotel's fault, it's a problem which seems to affect all PaTong ! Cute hotel with rooms that exceeded my expectations. The little balcony, the bed, the size of the rooms, all were great. The bathrooms in the rooms could ise a bit of an update but its hardly a criticism. Overall for the price and location, i was very happy to stay here.

Lavista was ok for a few days but that was enough. Room was very small and balcony almost non existing. Breakfast was ok, that we prepaid for but limited choice. They said we would have to pay AGAIN if we wanted something from the cheaper menu. We are not big eaters and found it a bit overwhelming. We also didn’t like the food being served on dirty bits of wood so we asked for our food to be served on plates. Not a big ask and they obliged. Not everyone likes American Breakfast. Another issue was the chimney of the pizza oven was just outside our room so we were constantly covered in smoke making the very small balcony unusable most of the time. Hotel is in a good location but very noisy from the working girls outside and the traffic. Would we go back? Probably not. If you book please arrange your own taxi to airport. 900baht and worst driver I have ever had. Half an hour late and never off his phone, texting and talking literally none stop from before we left hotel until we eventually reached the airport. 1hour 35 minutes and never off the phone or faster than 30K per hour. We came close to missing plane but we had allowed plenty of time so we made it with about 5 minutes to spare. All together 2.5 stars.

The shower was with the small water heater that never hated the water properly. In addition, the water in the shower wasn't running properly and it suits the condition of the entire shower and sink that are almost unusable. The hotel is located above the main street, which is noisy most of the day into the early hours of the morning. I would expect double glazed windows to prevent that from happening. Curtains are not blocking the sunlight so you find yourself wake up early hours of the morning if you got any sleep at all.

Fräsch hotel med perfekt läge. Ligger bara några minuter från Banglaroad. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rekommenderar att ta rum mot innergården, så rummen mot gatan är högljudda. Inner gården är inte fräsch men är tyst. Wi-Fi är snabbt, mycket snabbare än många andra hotel.

Disappointed with my stay here for many reasons. The bathroom stank of mold and I cannot see how the people who clean the room cannot smell it. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, I just wanted to relax and recharge my phone and I could not do that because the power went out. I booked a day trip to Phi Phi island thru the hotel and it was utter chaos. Too many people and no consideration. We went from one spot to next and it was just for us to buy things and make money for the locals. Also I was not able to get the breakfast I paid for bc breakfast was at 7:30 and I had to leave before. They said they would provided it early for me but failed to follow thru. Also this place is on a busy street and noise goes on all day and night. Staff were nice but not enough for me to recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice staff, good resturant on the first floor. Seems like some of the rooms is still under construction, had a not to pleasant first night with sewage odor from the bathroom, staff did everything they could to help the situation and got another room the next day due to full capacity.

The hotel is very well located, central to all the Patong nightlife, markets and beach. We felt very safe and cared for over our stay and enjoyed using the facilities like the roof top bar and pool. Staff were friendly and kept the rooms well maintained and clean for us. The only imperfection was that the walls are quite thin so we could hear all the noise from our surroundings which was fairly loud at night. Overall, this place was amazing, affordable and comfortable.

I stayed 4 nights here and the service was really good. The food is well priced and well done. If you are not staying here stop and try the wood fired pizza!!!! Room was comfortable and clean. Good location and an easy walk to everything Patong Beach has to offer but the right distance away from Bangla road to sleep comfortably. LOL I will definitely stay here again.

Lavista was ok for a few days but that was enough. Room was very small and balcony almost non existing. Breakfast was ok, that we prepaid for but limited choice. They said we would have to pay AGAIN if we wanted something from the cheaper menu. We are not big eaters and found it a bit overwhelming. We also didn’t like the food being served on dirty bits of wood so we asked for our food to be served on plates. Not a big ask and they obliged. Not everyone likes American Breakfast. Another issue was the chimney of the pizza oven was just outside our room so we were constantly covered in smoke making the very small balcony unusable most of the time. Hotel is in a good location but very noisy from the working girls outside and the traffic. Would we go back? Probably not. If you book please arrange your own taxi to airport. 900baht and worst driver I have ever had. Half an hour late and never off his phone, texting and talking literally none stop from before we left hotel until we eventually reached the airport. 1hour 35 minutes and never off the phone or faster than 30K per hour. We came close to missing plane but we had allowed plenty of time so we made it with about 5 minutes to spare. All together 2.5 stars.

Great location if you are looking to be in the heart of Patong! The streets can be a bit noisy (it didn’t bother us at all) the staff are so amazing and friendly. Right on top of an amazing restaurant with a pizza oven and great Thai food. The room itself is okay, it’s a good price for just sleeping then leaving. The bathrooms smelt pretty bad and out toilet stopped flushing halfway through our stay. The rooftop is beautiful

Great location. Amazing kind staff. Great restaurant. Great fast wifi. Fantastic adjoining Spa. Hotel is old and needs a revamp. Showers are dangerous - tiles are slippery when wet. Angle of shower floor pushes water out of the shower area towards vanity / toilet making the entire bathroom floor wet & slippery. I nearly slipped and fell over twice. Fridge did not work.
