Grand Bursa Hotel

The Hotel was ok, I asked twice for batteries for the remote control, they were duds. I left the Hotel a Day early as a bus load of teenagers descended they were running around two levels slamming slamming slamming doors including banging on my door until 3 am. Nobody put a stop to this behaviour teachers or staff. So left disgusted. I would like to be reimbursed for two days. Total disregard for myself and other independent guests

Amazing

Big rooms, breakfast included and best we have had in 5 cities! Close to historical sites. Mountain/city views. Staff is great and really helpful. Liked it so much we decided to stay another night in Bursa.

Old hotel. In need of some maintenance. Staff friendly.

The hotel a little bit old, reseptionist not agree to give late chick out, breakfast medium, furniture old. Location good only city view and parking easy to be used.
