Both Afternoons while entering the Lobby we had complimentary Sangrias red and white mixtures. The Staff were helpful in restaurant choices and directions. The pool was clean and you could see the sunset since it is a rooftop swimming area! Parking was really convenient since the hotel is located two blocks from the boardwalk, we barely moved the vehicle until driving to Lewes that was only 5mins yes away to local bars !!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Their pool on the 3rd floor was nice and it had an outdoor patio. We’d absolutely come back here again. The only downside is that their garage is very very tight, so you need to be careful when you park.

The property is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. Easy access to the boardwalk, beach, restaurant and bars. Parking is included with your reservation which makes it a great deal as you can go in and out without having to pay any additional fees. The pool and rooftop are also a plus. Great location. Nice room. On-rite parking, but limited and tight for larger vehicles. Can't count that against them, but worth noting. Restaurant inside the property is really good too. We will be back!

This is a recently renovated property now owned by Hilton. Everything was great. Feels like a new hotel, friendly service and location was perfect- right on the main blvd and a 5 minute walk to boardwalk. Indoor outdoor pool deck was amazing. One tip if planning to eat at Soccoro, the on-premise restaurant, make reservations early as it fills up fast.

Loved the heated indoor pool and deck. Space in room was good. Nice hot shower and ample space for toiletries. Parking facility was good but unfortunate to have to pay a daily fee to park. Dining was mediocre for breakfast. Out of pancakes and bacon. Decaf coffee was weak and lukewarm. Nice to have turkey sausage as an option. Front desk staff were friendly. Light in room by bed could not be fixed.

Great location In the heart of Rehoboth. New, Modern and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job. No carpets in the hotel rooms, which we saw as a plus, especially at the beach. Front desk staff, bartenders and waitresses were very attentive and informative. Can bring your cooler to the front desk and they fill with ice (at no charge) before heading to the beach. Great bar hours and food options at the onsite restaurant. Happy hour complimentary Sangria was a great start to the evening. Few cons: elevator is very slow, wait at the restaurant during breakfast was painfully slow- when just a handful of tables were occupied.

Room was very nice, the staff was excellent, the location is right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to dining and shopping. But the parking lot was very difficult to navigate through and signage for the hotel is terrible.

Hotel was very clean. Location is walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the beach. The cleaning staff especially Joseph Garcia was very helpful and provided us with the supplies we needed for our room. The only thing needed was a working ice machine. We would definitely stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the wood floors and no carpet. Makes such a difference! We ordered breakfast off the menu which was included in the price. Great location near the water and shops and restaurants. Check out Blue Hen for dinner and Coffee Mill for excellent coffee. Can’t wait to come back! Complimentary parking was a nice perk as well!

The staff here are wonderful but housekeeping is starting to lack within the rooms. We have stayed here each year since they opened and there is definitely a difference in how housekeeping used to clean your room vs. now. The pool area is great, restaurant is wonderful, and I love that there is no carpet in the rooms. Housekeeping just needs to remember to clean the floors for guests staying for a week here.

Great hotel stay for our family! Will stay again. Great location, rooms are good sized and very clean, staff was friendly and responsive. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. Also an additional sink & mirror outside the bathroom - which is a huge plus if you have a family member that takes forever in the bathroom. Parking spots in the garage are very tight, so be careful if you have a big vehicle. But once you’re in you can walk everywhere.

I would highly recommend this property. In June of 2024, the furniture, flooring, etc in the room and hotel looked new. It was quiet despite being on the main street. It’s also only a short walk to the beach.

Nice staff, nice room. Gave us a room that the light at the bed did not work. It took a day and 1/2 to bring us a new light. We like to read in bed at night. Liked the salt water pool and the location of the hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean and new. I liked the modern, non-fussy decor where it was not trying to be fancy, but was very functional with quality materials. The bathroom was very modern, with nice fixtures and amenities. The hallways were much more luxurious than any other hotel I've been in at the beach.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Coast hotel. The whole place is updated and smells so good! The room was perfect and the tv was able to stream Netflix and Disney. Staff was very nice. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice. My only complaint is the elevator is extremely slow.

I was surprised how difficult to turn on the lights and how complicated the TV was very difficult to find stations have stayed in many Hampton Inns and never had a problem after a long drive just wanted to chill and watch TV

Service was amazing, Cyrus at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or friendlier. Room was very nice, great use of space. The pool and outdoor deck were fantastic. Love that the pool was saltwater. 10/10 would recommend to even the pickiest of friends

Great hotel stay for our family! Will stay again. Great location, rooms are good sized and very clean, staff was friendly and responsive. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. Also an additional sink & mirror outside the bathroom - which is a huge plus if you have a family member that takes forever in the bathroom. Parking spots in the garage are very tight, so be careful if you have a big vehicle. But once you’re in you can walk everywhere.

We have stayed at different hotels in Rehobeth but this was our favorite. Reasonably priced, less than a mile to tbe boardwalk and bike rental, clean, and friendly staff.
