Henlopen Oceanfront Hotel

It’s a nice place.

We were pleased with everything except the noisy in-room air conditioner.

Great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Not an Ocean View from the room unless you are standing on the balcony, but it is advertised as such. Room was clean, but rather small, good TV with ability to change sources to enable access for plugging in your streaming devices etc. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed here in the past and will return in the future.

At check in the person helping us was very nice and made us feel welcome. Room was very clean and we had a real nice side view of the ocean. Air conditioner needed some work. Noisy and chattered. Not a big deal. Not our first time at this hotel. We will be back again. Wife loves the coffee machine in the lobby.

clean but rooms and hallways old, dated. only amenity was the access to the beach, vending and ice machine. beach view was minimal.
