Allt va bra förutom parkering. Står iofs att parkering finns på gatan, va bara det att det var knöckfullt flera kvarter bort. Så fick ställa oss lite fel i en korsning men receptionisten sa att det nog va OK och det gick bra :)

El aparcamiento es un poco complicado porque hay que circular por calles de un solo sentido, mientras que el aparcamiento está a 2 minutos andandoEs prácticamente imposible aparcar en las calles más cercanas al hotel, ni siquiera los fines de semana y menos entre semana. Room and bathroom were large and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location was great for walking to restaurants and sights. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was there is no place in front of the hotel to unload/load luggage and the underground parking was a fair distance away.

Trevligt och fräscht hotell väldigt centralt och nära fästningen i Santa Pola. Väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Vi hade bokat rum med 2 separat sovrum vilket det ena hade fönster mot gatan och det andra "fönster" mot hiss-schaktet. Varje gång någon skulle åka hiss så tändes ljuset i hiss-schaktet så det var inte så kul mitt i natten att bli väckt av det. Väldigt lyhört var det också. Annars tycker vi att det var det mest välstädade hotellrum vi någonsin har bott i och vi reser väldigt mycket.Bra frukost. Bra område med nära till det mesta.

Conveniently placed in the centre of town however, one of the two rooms we booked was claustrophobic (107). Also the towels smelled sour, vinegar. This was the 2nd time we booked this hotel. It was fine the 1st time, but very disappointing the 2nd time. Need to keep an eye on their laundry service.

"My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one, largely due to its excellent location. Situated right in the heart of the city center, it was just a short walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and even the beach and port. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Hotel Narcea! Andra gången vi är här, första gången som par och nu med familjen. Hotellet är rent och fräscht och ligger nära centrum och flera restauranger. Frukosten som ingår är en mindre frukostbuffé där vi alla kunde hitta något som föll oss i smaken. Servicen på hotellet är också fantastisk! De hjälpte oss att boka taxi till flygplatsen och ordnade även med picnic till oss då vi skulle åka tidigt. Vi återkommer gärna!

Beroende på en försening av flyget så kunde vi inte hinna till Hotellet innan receptionen stängde för incheckning 23,30, Jag kontaktade receptionen och med viss språkförbistring så stannade personen kvar tills vi anlände 00,20. The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast was very good something for everybody. The language barrier could be a bit of an issue when wanting information. The two male receptionists were lovely but the young girl on reception was not friendly. I was very disappointed that my sons phone charger was taken from our room and we had to go out and source another one. We declined housekeeping on the last full day as a result of this. We didn't report this as we struggled with the language barrier.

The hotel was in perfect location, central to everything we wanted to see. We arrived early, which wasn't a problem for them, we were hoping we could just drop our bag's off and check on later, but everything was ready for us. Really friendly staff, one of the young girls helped us with the busses for our onward journey. The apartment was spotlessly clean, it had everything you needed to cook a meal, we didn't as we only stayed two nights, but very impressed with what was there. The breakfast was really lovely, more than enough to choose from. When we are next in Santa Pola, we will definitely stay here again

El hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas. Buena limpieza, habitación espaciosa y nada ruidosa, cuarto de baño grande, buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado en habitación, camas y almohadas cómodas, desayuno completo y abundante. Para nosotros lo mejor ha sido el personal del hotel tanto en recepción como en el comedor. A mejorar.: Aire acondicionado general del hotel estaba demasiado alto por lo que la temperatura era demasiado baja en las zonas comunes del alojamiento, esto además del gasto energético es mirar poco por el medio ambiente. Con una temperatura un poco más alta se estaría igual de cómodo pero con menos gasto energético. Otra cosa a mejorar y mucho es el Zumo de Naranja que se ofrece en el desayuno. Por último quizás no vendría mal que el hotel tuviese algunas plazas más de aparcamiento, yo al final tuve la suerte de tener una por una anulación de última hora porque es muy difícil aparcar en la zona si no es en un parking público. Pero en general vuelvo a repetir, superó nuestras expectativas para bien. Totalmente aconsejable alojarse en este hotel y cuando vuelva por Santa Pola seguro que será el primero que mire para alojarme.
