A complete review is not possible for me/us, as we did not move into the apartment. The reason for this was the extreme heat in the apartment. The website shows a bright, modern apartment, which is not what we found. We were also unaware that the building in which the apartment is located could not be reached by car, as the streets are largely equipped with electronic barriers. Based on the landlord's advice, we packed our luggage for the stay in a sports bag. We would have had to leave the rest of our luggage in the car. The parking space advertised on the website was not available.

The listing is very accurate and there are a lot of stairs. But once you're inside the apartment its so comfortable. The location is perfect to see the Centreville of Rennes.

I very much enjoyed my stay in Rennes in this well-equipped, well furnished, nicely decorated apartment. It is very clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of the rooftops from the salon and bedroom. It is conveniently located on a quiet street an easy walking distance from historic sites in the center of town, as well as great shopping and excellent restaurants. It is also a quick walk to the métro with direct access to the Rennes train station. It offers a comfortable bed and modern kitchen, bath and WC. I had no problems checking in or out thanks to Véronique’s clear instructions. She is a thoughtful and responsive host who was able to arrange for prompt assistance with a minor problem with the internet connection.

This rental was perfect for us. It matched the description and photos in the listing. The directions for checking in were easy to follow. This is a great location in the heart of Rennes and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very cozy and equipped with all the essentials. The location in the middle of the old town of Rennes next to the cathedral is just great.
