Nice interior, the ocean-view suite was excellent! Beds were so comfy and I love the ambience. I like the buffet breakfast too!! Bonus point was free roundtrip shuttle from hcmc and we could enjoy multiple pools in the Grand Strip complex. Minus point was no beach access, had to take a short ride by golf cart to neighboring resort where there was sandy beach. However, the sand was quite rough, many shells and hard particles. It was jellyfish season in May too, I got stung but thankfully it was not dangerous, only mild burning sensation for a couple of days.

It is very greatly to stay in the apartment. The facility is great with huge swimming pool. It would be greater if the apparent provide the washing machine and dryer machine. Or at least we have self service area for laundry. I and my kids would like to stay longer if we have that service.

Small family of three with 8 month old baby traveling from Norway to Vietnam for the first time and we could not have chosen a better hotel. What a fantastic experience, such a lovely , family friendly place and staff. Everyone was so welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. Everyone took the extra step to make sure we had everything we needed. Our baby loved everyone there, she barely wanted to spend time with us and only wanted to play and be with the staff from the hotel. We had a very nice room with a private pool, very child friendly, but there were many great public pools as well. Best massage we have ever experienced, and the playrooms were such an amazing bonus. Food was so great, the mango smoothie and mango/avocado smoothie is the best I’ve ever had. We already miss everyone and can’t wait for our next time! Thanks to every single person who made our stay unforgettable. Until next time, Jonathan, Elin and Sarah ❤️

Staff was beyond excellent (An in the main restaurant came to mind).. but policy is below average.. We rented a villa with the intent of eating family meal together but instead, the kitchen is optional (another $200USD/night)and even then no seafood is allow. A villa with no kitchen access? Beachfront villa and cant enjoy seafood? Restaurant is way overprice.. $5USD for a coconut? $15 for cheese pizza? Almost forgot .... razor sharp edge in the form of ceramic tiles all around and IN the pool. Overall, looks good but not worth the money.. If it was not for the staff this hotel would only get 2 stars

進房間就看到蜘蛛絲在天花板厚厚的好幾處，還有一條像棉線垂下來，很可怕。馬上有請櫃檯安排人員清潔。戶外的水池也都是小昆蟲死在裡面，根本無法下去做水療，所以自行加價升等也無法使用房內設施。

IXora resort is definitely a 5-Star resort. The staff was very professional l, friendly, and courteous. Good choices of food selections at SeaSal restaurant. Free transportation to the resort makes the trip so easy. I would highly recommend this resort. This was my first time at Ixora.

Ixora is a great hotel with good rooms. The service and food were both excellent. Closeness to Grand hotel area with bars, casino and club easily accessible with free buggy or bus. I would recommend this for a great, quiet, and relaxing place to stay.
