Der Innenarchitekt bekommt eine 1 mit *. Schönes modernes Ambiente zu einem fairen Preis. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Kommen wieder. Das is was besonderes ! einen Punkt Abzug, weil sich der Fernseher im Wohnbereich nicht einschalten lässt, da die Fernbedienung ein Problem hat...... ;-)

Der Innenarchitekt bekommt eine 1 mit *. Schönes modernes Ambiente zu einem fairen Preis. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Kommen wieder. Das is was besonderes ! einen Punkt Abzug, weil sich der Fernseher im Wohnbereich nicht einschalten lässt, da die Fernbedienung ein Problem hat...... ;-)

Grundsätzlich eine richtig gute Unterkunft. Sehr schade dass doch einiges Abgewohnt ist und die Sauberkeit nicht zum schicken Design passt. Bei uns war das Besteck und Geschirr teilweise dreckig im Schrank. Türgriffe wackeln und die Regendusche hatte eine lockere Schraube sodass sie ständig von der Wand kippte. Klimaanlage sehr laut und man muss wissen dass es keine Fenster zum öffnen gibt. Was uns super gefallen hat war der Garten hinter dem Chalet. Wenn das Chalet ein bisschen Besser gepflegt wäre hätte ich gerne noch einen Stern mehr gegeben.

The Self check in got us worried but was really simple after all. Fantastic accommodation in pleasant surroundings. Only gripe would be the loose door handles on bathroom door making it nervous to shut the door!!! And kids had to keep switching the battery between two tv controllers 😂 Would definitely stay again and are already searching their other properties.

We struggled with the self check-in, and ended up having to call them for help. Booking this place trough hotels.com is not recommended, all personal info except your name must be registered during check-in, which makes the process even worse. We were five adults. And had three towels to share. For two nights stay! When we talked to customer service, they promised house keeping would deliver the next day. We saw no house keepers.. The coffe machine was dirty. Old water in it and at least six used capsules in it. Obviously not cleaned. The bathroom floor was not washed, we found debris from previous guests on it. And there was only two drinking glasses, and forks and knives for four people. Again, we were five adults. And we were traveling with family. They were two adults and three children. They had booked a superior cabin, and received a regular one! With one bed on the open loft and a sleeping sofa. Sleeping arrangements for four people! One of the children ended up sleeping on the cushions from the sofa, and had no bed linen. They would not deliver this the day we arrived. They did however promise that they would get a bigger cabin the next day. They did not.. and they were promised towels and linens when they couldn’t get the bigger cabin. Noone showed up with this.. so they too were five people with three towels, and four beds! We are so sad that this place ended up being this terrible, because it has great potential. But the customer service is the worse ever!

Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen cloths to wipe counters and spills or wash some dishes by hand. There was no dishwasher soap. Just a few essentials would have made the stay more pleasant. I went to the store to buy a few things. Staying with kids you need these things. But overall the stay was pleasant and price was good. Thank you.

Schwarze Oberflächen und Jalousien sind sehr staubempfindlich. Im Bad lag noch ein vermutlich benutzte Kopfkissen Bezug. Es fehlt eine Info appear mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugstipps, Badeplätze. Auch Extra Handtücher kann man mangels Rezeption vermutlich nicht bekommen. Der Automaten Check In hat Probleme mit Umlauten die telefonisch gelöst wurden. Klima-Anlage ist schlecht und laut. Kühlt nur nachts mit Austausch mit kühler Umgebungsluft. Tagsüber bei warmer Luft eher wärmer... Duschgel war wässrig, ich habe dann die Handseife aus der Küche verwendet. Schlafsofa war gut für unsere Kids. Im Smart TV waren leider die Mediatheken (ARD, ZDF) nicht eingerichtet. Erwachsenenbett ist oben und für unter 50jährige ok. Geringe Deckenhöhe. Manchmal schwingt dass ganze Haus kurz. Preis / Leistung war sehr ok.

Il lavandino del bagno troppo piccolo per poterlo usare, abbiamo dovuto usare quello della cucina per poterci lavare. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, abbiamo anche trovato roba nel frigo di chi era stato prima. Finestra nel soppalco poco sicura. Le note positive sono che è ben attrezzata come cucina e accessori necessari.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und gut eingerichtet. Man hat kein beengtes Raumgefühl. Die Küche war auch recht gut ausgestattet: Wasserkocher, Backpapier im Ofen, Spülmittel usw... Der Check in hat auch super geklappt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war alles super soweit. Das große Aber ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Das war z.T. echt ekelig. Schade, dass kein größerer Besen oder Staubsauger vor Ort ist.

Die Unterkunft ist modern und gut eingerichtet. Man hat kein beengtes Raumgefühl. Die Küche war auch recht gut ausgestattet: Wasserkocher, Backpapier im Ofen, Spülmittel usw... We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste from the previous guests in the trash can (what?). The most absurd problem occurred on the morning of our departure. Before checkout time, two cleaning staff members asked if we were already leaving. We noticed that they were waiting in the car for us to leave, making us feel pressured to leave the chalet. Then exactly five minutes before checkout time, they knocked on our door, pressuring us to check out: “at 11 you leave,” which even sounded like a threat. The two men stood at the door waiting for us to leave; we had to close the curtain to have some privacy. It was the first time this had happened to us; we had never been kicked out of a place before checkout time, especially after having so many problems with the check-in. We left at 11:05 am.

Grundsätzlich ne nette Unterkunft….aber sehr kleines Bad mit Toilette. Waschbecken ist so groß wie ein DIN A4 Blatt. Bad/Toilettentüre öffnet direkt in die Küche. Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Fussnagelreste, Haare von Vormietern und jede Menge Staubfusseln. Die Wohnung hat 2 Fernseher…aber nur eine Fernbedienung funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Können diese Unterkunft so nicht weiter empfehlen. Da ist noch jede Menge Luft nach oben.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber! Der Abfluß in der Dusche ware mit Haaren verstopft und das Wasser konnte nicht ablaufen. Staub hat man auf allen Gegenständen gefunden. Die Ausstattung war nicht komplett. Zum Beispiel war nur eine Tasse vorhanden.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber! Der Abfluß in der Dusche ware mit Haaren verstopft und das Wasser konnte nicht ablaufen. Staub hat man auf allen Gegenständen gefunden. Die Ausstattung war nicht komplett. Zum Beispiel war nur eine Tasse vorhanden.

Sehr Nett gestaltet, Unterkunft war etwas klein und für die vorgesehenen Personenzahl sich deutlich zu klein. Wir waren nur zu 2. mit Kleinkind unterwegs, dafür war es Super !

The kids loved this place. Fantastic beds and mattresses for everyone. Easy check-in/out. Very cool place.

The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again.

Grundsätzlich ne nette Unterkunft….aber sehr kleines Bad mit Toilette. Waschbecken ist so groß wie ein DIN A4 Blatt. Bad/Toilettentüre öffnet direkt in die Küche. Wohnung war sehr schmutzig. Fussnagelreste, Haare von Vormietern und jede Menge Staubfusseln. Die Wohnung hat 2 Fernseher…aber nur eine Fernbedienung funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes. Für den Preis hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Können diese Unterkunft so nicht weiter empfehlen. Da ist noch jede Menge Luft nach oben.

Der Auto- Check in funktionierte nicht, Automat defekt. Obwohl ab 14 Uhr beziehbar, waren die Zimmer im 17 Uhr nicht gereinigt. Nach Anruf und Warteschleife nach drei Gesprächen, wurde der Anruf jeweils einfach unterbrochen. Das Zimmer hatte ein Hochbett , wobei ich als Rentner über meine Frau zur steilen Treppe steigen müßte. Der Schalter der Klimaanlage war abgebrochen, bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur und 150 cm Höhe vom Bett zum Dach nicht lustig. Am Ende könnten wir das Zimmer kostenfrei stornieren, ein Lichtblick immerhin..

Leider haben wir abends nach langer Autoreise 1,5h vor der Unterkunft gestanden und versucht, den self-Check-in am Automaten zu vollenden. Nachdem das Geld der Kreditkarte bereits belastet worden war, scheiterte der Automat an der elektronischen Schlüsselkartenausgabe. Es folgte eine Stunde Warteschleifen in der Telefonservice-Hotline mit unqualifizierten aber auch qualifierten Mitarbeitern, aber am Ende sind 1,5 Std zum Beziehen einer Unterkunft absolut inakzeptabel. Auf Beschwerde-Email wurde in 4 Tagen bislang nicht reagiert. Ansonsten war das Chalet gut ausgestattet und mit komfortablen Betten und schickem Design eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Die automatische Lüftung des Bades ist zuweilen zu laut, die ganze Whg scheint unter Zug zu stehe n.

We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste from the previous guests in the trash can (what?). The most absurd problem occurred on the morning of our departure. Before checkout time, two cleaning staff members asked if we were already leaving. We noticed that they were waiting in the car for us to leave, making us feel pressured to leave the chalet. Then exactly five minutes before checkout time, they knocked on our door, pressuring us to check out: “at 11 you leave,” which even sounded like a threat. The two men stood at the door waiting for us to leave; we had to close the curtain to have some privacy. It was the first time this had happened to us; we had never been kicked out of a place before checkout time, especially after having so many problems with the check-in. We left at 11:05 am.

Waren für eine Nacht dort, 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder. An sich ne schicke Unterkunft. Am Self Check-In aber gabs Probleme, trotz vorheriger Bezahlung musste man 45 Min rumtelefonieren, dass man ins Zimmer kommt. Das sollte organisatorisch dringend verbessert werden. Tel. konnte dann aber geholfen werden. Unterkunft für eine Nacht ok, aber leider dreckig, Staub in allen Ecken und noch Haare im Bad. Kein guter Eindruck. Im Sommer auch sehr heiß, außer man lässt die Klima nostop laufen. Würden wir nur bedingt weiter empfehlen.

We struggled with the self check-in, and ended up having to call them for help. Booking this place trough hotels.com is not recommended, all personal info except your name must be registered during check-in, which makes the process even worse. We were five adults. And had three towels to share. For two nights stay! When we talked to customer service, they promised house keeping would deliver the next day. We saw no house keepers.. The coffe machine was dirty. Old water in it and at least six used capsules in it. Obviously not cleaned. The bathroom floor was not washed, we found debris from previous guests on it. And there was only two drinking glasses, and forks and knives for four people. Again, we were five adults. And we were traveling with family. They were two adults and three children. They had booked a superior cabin, and received a regular one! With one bed on the open loft and a sleeping sofa. Sleeping arrangements for four people! One of the children ended up sleeping on the cushions from the sofa, and had no bed linen. They would not deliver this the day we arrived. They did however promise that they would get a bigger cabin the next day. They did not.. and they were promised towels and linens when they couldn’t get the bigger cabin. Noone showed up with this.. so they too were five people with three towels, and four beds! We are so sad that this place ended up being this terrible, because it has great potential. But the customer service is the worse ever!

Great value for money. It lies in what appears to be a housing neighbourhood, but thats ok. We did have one guest throw out a cigarette from the upper floor that hit our car - and it made a burnmark.. so dont park next to the stairs.

Self check in didnt work on arrival. 2 phone calls later we finally got in. There is a really unsafe gap between the apartment and the stairs where I got my foot caught in and ended up at the hospital with ligament damage. No communication back from the owners regarding the situation. The apartment itself was nice enough but the shower was filthy and everywhere was dusty. Really didnt want to stay but after getting back from the hospital at 9pm didnt have much choice. Out again at 8am thank god. Please avoid!

Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen cloths to wipe counters and spills or wash some dishes by hand. There was no dishwasher soap. Just a few essentials would have made the stay more pleasant. I went to the store to buy a few things. Staying with kids you need these things. But overall the stay was pleasant and price was good. Thank you.
