A very welcoming personal hotel. Front of house staff welcomed us back from hot outings with welcome drink and moist cool towel. Pool was lovely , it does have a bar at the pool at 4 pm with happy hour . Hotel had its own tuk tuk . $2.00 into town or back Very helpful with tour guides if needed Breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western foods. No buffet, you select from the menu but you can choose as many items as you like We had booked a nice room with balcony but were upgraded to a large room on ground floor right in front of the pool . Very helpful , interested in our welfare and great umbrellas to borrow .

Hôtel très agréable Personnel souriant et serviable Petit déjeuner très bien Le restaurant est un peu cher avec des quantités un peu trop juste. Seul vrai bémol, la piscine était en maintenance. Pour en profiter il a fallu dans le deuxième hôtel Sala, pris en charge mais ça limite quand même pour en profiter

I felt like at home in sala suem reap hôtel,the recepción staff very hopefull and warmfull,they make the best to make my stay in very good conditions. swimming pool good,breakfast goid quality,hôtel staff and mainly miss Tiltil and miss kim Yang.I Recommend the hôtel that has a ghod location front of museum angkor and 10minutes by foot to pubstreet,next to the hotel there is big supermarket,ANGKUN ,try to.improve the gymroom fir next year. good luck for this hôtel!

I would definitely recommend Sala Siem Reap Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Close to all the tourist attractions. The hotel has a lift and a pool, which are both clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nous avions une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine. Hôtel calme et pas trop loin du centre (15-20 mn à pied ou 5 mn en tuk tuk pour 2$). Personnel incroyable et spécialement Kim qui nous a aidé pour toutes nos excursions. Leur chauffeur de tuk tuk est super. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour un européen. La chambre est grande et confortable. Bon massage au spa. Grande piscine avec bar très agréable après une journée de visites de temples. La salle de fitness est peu équipée mais je ne l'utilise pas. Le supermarché juste à côté est incroyable avec beaucoup de choix de produits français, une pharmacie et un distributeur de billets. Bien placé pour les excurions à Angkor Vat. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour de 4 nuits et nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un personnel incroyable

We were welcomed into the Sala Siem Reap by the most wonderful staff. And until we left the hotel we were treated like Royalty. I can't find the proper words to say how much my wife and I enjoyed our holiday. however what makes it different from other hotels is the friendliness of the staff, from the moment we entered the hotel we felt as if we were with family. it was a beautiful gesture. the hotel is in the best location in Siem Reap, everything is at your fingertips. A must to visit is Pub stret,We had a lovely room on the 1th floor overlooking the pool, everything is just lovely at the this hotel. Our room was cleaned to perfection everyday. It was a delight to go to breakfast each morning as the staff again welcomed us with beautiful smiles, we were always made to feel special, all the breakfast staff were lovely however if you see a beautiful waitress with a gorgeous smile.

When we arrived, the staff was very helpful. In the blistering hot day, they gave us a cold towel to wipe as well as a cool drink. Hotel was close to the main markets and restaurants. Overall the room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Will recommend

We had a great stay for 3 nights at the Sala. Reception was fantastic, especially Ms Kim, who remembered our names after only meeting us once. We enjoyed the room and the decor of the hotel. It’s only a 5min, $2 tuk-tuk to Pub Street, and there are always a few waiting near the hotel. It was super convenient to get around. There is a huge market/grocery right next door with a wide variety of foods and goods. Breakfast was fine, nothing you’ll remember, but the made-to-order coffee was fantastic, especially the latte and cappuccino. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great place!

This property is clean and in a great location close to the city but also not far from Angkor Wat. It is also usefully located next to an excellent supermarket and the Angkor Museum. The staff were kind and welcoming, always on hand to help. They assisted us with arranging a tour guide and driver for Angkor Wat which was the highlight of our trip. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon et vue sur la piscine. Hôtel calme et pas trop loin du centre (15-20 mn à pied ou 5 mn en tuk tuk pour 2$). Personnel incroyable et spécialement Kim qui nous a aidé pour toutes nos excursions. Leur chauffeur de tuk tuk est super. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour un européen. La chambre est grande et confortable. Bon massage au spa. Grande piscine avec bar très agréable après une journée de visites de temples. La salle de fitness est peu équipée mais je ne l'utilise pas. Le supermarché juste à côté est incroyable avec beaucoup de choix de produits français, une pharmacie et un distributeur de billets. Bien placé pour les excurions à Angkor Vat. First impressions from staff were superb. Kimpan and all staff were very welcoming from arranging airport transfer to booking tours and general questions. There are daily afternoon tea/snacks in the lobby and evening desserts that all add a nice touch. Gym is minimal with one bench and two sets of light weights. The hotel is also located next to a supermarket, across from the Angkor Museum, and within walking distance from Pub Street. Thank you Sala and your amazing staff! Pool was lovely , it does have a bar at the pool at 4 pm with happy hour . Hotel had its own tuk tuk . $2.00 into town or back Very helpful with tour guides if needed Breakfast had a nice mix of Asian and Western foods. No buffet, you select from the menu but you can choose as many items as you like We had booked a nice room with balcony but were upgraded to a large room on ground floor right in front of the pool . Very helpful , interested in our welfare and great umbrellas to borrow .

We had a great stay for 3 nights at the Sala. Reception was fantastic, especially Ms Kim, who remembered our names after only meeting us once. We enjoyed the room and the decor of the hotel. It’s only a 5min, $2 tuk-tuk to Pub Street, and there are always a few waiting near the hotel. It was super convenient to get around. There is a huge market/grocery right next door with a wide variety of foods and goods. Breakfast was fine, nothing you’ll remember, but the made-to-order coffee was fantastic, especially the latte and cappuccino. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great place!

I felt like at home in sala suem reap hôtel,the recepción staff very hopefull and warmfull,they make the best to make my stay in very good conditions. swimming pool good,breakfast goid quality,hôtel staff and mainly miss Tiltil and miss kim Yang.I Recommend the hôtel that has a ghod location front of museum angkor and 10minutes by foot to pubstreet,next to the hotel there is big supermarket,ANGKUN ,try to.improve the gymroom fir next year. good luck for this hôtel!

The staff here is so incredibly friendly and helpful especially my new friends Kimyan, Kim Song & Sann ! They made my stay . Always greeting me by name , arranging transportation or answering questions .
