整體整潔，樓層有冰機及冰水機，美中不足沒有熱水

泊車費用非常貴，附近亦冇什麼方便嘅停車場，清理房間是任何酒店必須付大的服務，不適宜用環保的藉口，還要限制客人於10點前把綠色纖維牌放在門外？酒店也沒有足夠餐廳選擇，酒店附近也沒有什麼東西可以吃，整體不方便。

The hotel was nice but far from everything else, public transport is at least 10 minutes walk. Nice interior, good water pressure and what would expect from a 5* hotel. Although they didn't refill the drawers once teabag has been used. The shuttle bus is every 30 minutes. When the bus is full despite joining the queue prior, you have to wait for the next one in 30 minutes and no one informed the travelers in the queue. No alternative and just wait in the car park.

Shuttle bus service and driver are the worst experience. Otherwise, the hotel is great

Beautiful property!! Staff were fabulous!! But - Being that this is a new hotel it is quiet far from everything. Our Uber drivers kept getting lost coming back from the downtown area. No restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel outside of the ones in the hotel. I was also very disappointed the pool was closed for the season when I specifically booked a hotel - this roof top one especially- with a pool in my search filter.

We couldnt use The pool at the hotel because they don’t have licences yet, that was very disappointing!!!

Hotel is pristine and luxurious feeling. It is between an arena and sports complex which would be great for concerts and sports. There is a free shuttle to mall which isn’t too far away. Very convenient to ship port for cruisers.

Alt i alt bra, men rooftop baren åpner ikke før 17.00, så hvis du vil nyte en øl eller drink i sola på dagtid så må du finne et alternativ. Man kan sitte ute i 2 etg ved restauranten, men det er ikke det samme.

Das Hotel bietet ein kostenlosen Shuttlebus für Hotelgäste an.Der Bus pendelt alle 30 min. von der Airsidemall wo auch die U-Bahn Station Kai Tak liegt zum Dorsett Hotel.Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett machte einen guten und sauberen Eindruck.Das Badezimmer mit Standdusche war modern eingerichtet und auch sauber.Der Dachpool bietet dem Gast eine coole Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Kai Tak Sportarena auch hier besonders bei Dunkelheit sehr cool.Was negativ aufgefallen ist das der Pool schon um 19 Uhr zu macht,was ich persönlich als zu früh empfand,der Frühstücksraum zu klein geschnitten ist, so das man teils 10-15 min Schlange stehen musste weil nicht genügend Plätze vorhanden sind und das man häufig aus den Schlaaf gerissen wird weil die Reinigungskräfte doch sehr laut am Arbeiten waren.

10月底入住，職員說因為冬天所以關掉泳池泳池. 但是室外氣溫26度…. 房間非常非常非常少,而酒店的酒廊非常之窄，很不舒服的感覺 食品種類非常少，數量更加少. 職員拿着一碟西瓜出來，三個客人已經夾光了. 交通非常不方便

This is not a 5 star hotel, not sure who claim this as a 5 star. The service level is not 5 star, the staff barely spoke English fluently. It is not clean, the room is tiny, there’s only one restaurant and one bar in the entire building, super inconvenient location literally nothing’s around, you had to Uber a taxi yourself as there is no taxi station, the hallway smells like sewage for the last two nights I stayed there on 9th floor, they didn’t even clean my room when I clearly turn the indication light to green for cleaning. I am particularly upset with them not cleaning my room when I requested it to be clean, they left a postcard at my door saying it has passed the cleaning time and they will clean it for tomorrow. Who’s cleaning time? I left before noon, you saw my light turned green request for cleaning, so instead of cleaning it as it supposed to be since you pride yourself as a 5 star hotel, you decided to not clean it and left a postcard telling me that you are not cleaning it…that tells me the staffs are pretty lazy here. And when I made the complaint to the front desk, they tried to call back at 11pm and argue with me…no, there’s nothing to argue about, your staff didn’t do their job and that’s that. Nothing about this place is 5 star standard. The material and amenities they chose to use for the construction of this hotel is not 5star standard as well. Max 3 star. I tell you what is 5 star standard, Lotte Seoul is a true 5 star, rosewood in Hong Kong is a true 6.

The overall experience is great! The cleanliness of the hotel room is guaranteed as Dorsett Kai Tak was opened in Aug 2024. I like the infinity pool the most as you can enjoy the sunset view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel should improve the quality of the breakfast.

The hotel is new. Very good service, all the staffs are nice. Since everywhere nearby are not fully open yet, we rely heavily on the shuttle bus and it does come on time and comfy. However, they finish very early, so basically we need to take taxi/uber back every night. I guess the good price of hotel offset with this inconvenience. Oh one thing I had to mention which is quite rare. The daily cleaning on next door done really loud, I got woke up by the first room they made up, by the time they did the room surrounding us, the whole family woke up. I think its a small thing that it can be improved

部屋はそれなりに広く、シャワーの水圧も良く、無料の水があるのが良かったです。 啓徳駅までは無料のシャトルバスもあるし、宋皇臺駅も歩いて行けるので非常に便利。

Well designed, clean rooms. The hotel was also quiet.

部屋は綺麗でタクシーの手配等もスムーズに対応していただき快適でした。

Shower leaked. No amenities, not even water. Definitely not a 5 star in every aspects.

很新但房間小了點 交通不是太方便 到地鐵還要走一段路

洗手間問題很不方便。沒有獨立空間，開放式洗手間雖然可節省位置，但私隱就完全沒有。洗澡的的地方內，沒有位置掛衣服。所以都要光著身取衣服。動間很有壓迫感，放了行李箱都影響走路。跟本比4星級的酒店更差的感覺。

職員有禮貌，upgrade 咗去套房，景觀十分開揚，房間簡潔，乾淨，舒服。

Room was clean and in good condition. However, we can hear the noise from the corridor clearly as well as the noise from the air conditioning system. The overall sleeping quality was pretty bad during our stay

This hotel staff is nice and the shuttle service to the MTR station is a plus. However, the room size is really small and the premier view of the harbor isn't really premier level. I was looking forward to the "PREMIER" part of my booking which I felt was missing. Other than this fact, a good stay. I would choose to stay closer to the city center next time.

Check-in 過程也算是方便快捷，但是這間酒店沒有提供任何牙刷牙膏，若果有需要則要到樓下的販賣機使用一元購買。 另外酒店的走廊比較窄，房內空間尚可，只有一個枕頭(枕頭比較軟)，冷氣機比較大聲，需要使用耳塞，睡得不夠好。 另外洗手間內的毛巾及洗澡後要更換的衣服沒有位置可以存放，比較不方便 check out沒有像平時其他酒店一樣有快速退房辦理箱，沒辦法可以直接放房咭入箱退房，需要到櫃檯前辦理 交通方面可以在宋王臺站D出口直走上天橋，上天橋直走，見左邊電梯走下去，看見酒店門口方向直走即可，過程大約要7分鐘左右吧

Very tiny room for such a high price, was expecting better for the price tag. Breakfast buffet was also underwhelming

We were fortunate to receive an upgrade when checking in. The suite was very spacious and stylishly designed and decorated as is the whole property. Very comfortable bed and nice linen. The only let down was the very noisy in-room aircon - all I can say is thank goodness we packed our earplugs as it would have been impossible to sleep otherwise.

Shuttle bus makes more convenience, although a short walk can access to train station. Room size are so reasonable in Hong Kong. Bath Tube are so nice with good enough water pressure. No self laundry room but some laundry shop are within 10 mins walk.

員工服務質素根本沒有五星標準。對於打尖嘅客人，他們亦會優先處理。就算投訴了，亦沒有任何道歉的說話。前台員工服務水準，根本不達標。 上落的士時，沒有人幫手拿行李。當值時公然用粗口辱罵的士司機。 住宿前，突然扣賬，而沒有任何通知，而簽約條款上，亦沒有講明，會提前扣賬。

Upon check in, tried to make me pay again even though I paid online already. 3 rd day shower clogged and over flooded into hotel. They did clean it up but no compensation for a 5 star hotel. Asked late check out, none. Didn’t even offer to move us to a different room. Had to pay for some items what should be free. If you were not out of room by 10am, there will be no housekeeping.

Staff very efficient and helpful. Everyone spoke English for better communication !

The room was perfect as this is a brand new property, however lacking in terms of overall guest services and communication.

Friendly staffs

Nice view. Not a 5 star hotel service. We stayed for 2 nights and no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparantly there is also a busseevice but no one informed us. Rooftoppool is nice. We couldn't use it the 1st day because of a typhoon warning. Communiation about this was very poorly also.

The Hotel is super convenient if you are attending events at Kia Tak Stadium, you literally walk from the hotel into the stadium, it was brilliant in that respect when we watched the Hong Kong sevens recently. However if I was in Hong Kong for any other reason I probably wouldn't bother, it's overpriced for a tiny room, it's a bit out of the way, the food is expensive and mediocre. I didn't come to Hong Kong for average European style food which is twice as good and half the price at home, they should embrace local style food.

The area is new and it’s not that convenient yet, especially difficult to find eateries after 9pm. But the hotel is in a very good location !

酒店職員親切友善，配套環境尚可， 唯酒店處於體藝館附近位置稍為偏僻， 酒店進出口更沒有明顯標示並只有僅僅一個行人出入口，體驗很差尤如遊花園才找到入口處， 希望能夠加以改善。

If you are attending events at Kai Tak Stadium, its perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants. Or else still

A bit far from station

Right in the middle of the Kai Tak Sports Complex and stadium. Not close to nearby MTR stations. Dorset did offer free shuttle bus between 11am to 7pm to Airside mall (MTR station). Outside of that period, Uber/taxi is probably the best solution.

Lovely Hotel. Hideous breakfast experience. Lovely hotel great location but the breakfast experience is dire/hideous. Tiny facility poor selection and massive waiting times and coffee that barely passes as coffee. Oh and at €20 a complete rip off
