Meget god behandling

Under opholdet benyttede vi hotellets Vallet Parking. Da vi skulle bruge vores bil igen, havde personalet forårsaget store skader på bilen. Det er helt uhørt og uacceptabelt at et hotel ikke kan passe på de biler, som hotellets gæster har betroet personalet. Hvis du kommer med bil til Washington DC, så vælg et andet hotel!

a lovely hotel in the center of Washington DC, with very nice and comfortable rooms. They offered a glass of champagne upon check-in which was very nice. Loved the robes and slippers in the room. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. I loved having a table and chairs that were comfortable. Some suggestions- can the complementary in-room coffee have big cups instead of just the espresso-size cups. I made two and it was still NOT enough. And, can the in-room thermostat work? Mine was turned off and set at 68 degrees. BRRRRR.... And lighting in the room could have been better. Mostly reading lamps that were VERY BRIGHT (which is welcome), but how about a real lamp instead on one of the two bedside tables?

We were there for a short visit to go to the White House. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from the time of arrival to checkout and anything in between. We will definitely be back! Thank you Riggs!
