The staff was friendly. However, management took advantage of us. We were charged 10x the normal rate for certain services (for which we did not get the price for until after our stay). When I raised concern about this the owner threatened us and wouldn’t allow us to leave until we paid what they asked for. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

Stunning hotel with a gorgeous pool and gardens. The food was incredible especially lunch and dinner. Our room was great with two double beds and a huge balcony. Close enough to daytrip to Marrakech if you want (40 mins) and the desert (20 mins). Great base especially for children if you want some calm.

Nice place, very very friendly staff and host with great view, but it’s overpriced since it doesn’t include dinner or transportation to the hotel or activity locations. Transportation, camel and quad activities are priced at least 3500 MAD, more than other sites such as GetYourGuide.

Very nice place to stay in if you're planning to visit Agafay desert. Not far from Marakech. Owner did a great job on renovating and decorating the place. Staff and nice and helpful
