En general todo bien, la internet super bien, todo super limpio, todo el mundo muy amable. Solo si no les gustan los perros ladrando, pidan habitación que no este en piso de donde permitan mascotas, hay animalitos que se estresan mucho y estan ladrando todo el tiempo.

De inicio la habitación está en un pasillo que parece más de acceso a bodegas, el baño tenía una araña en la cortina, NUNCA pasan a realizar limpieza, no tiene ventilación tuve que pedir un ventilador y estaba todo quebrado. No tiene teléfono para comunicarse a recepción Estaban realizando arreglos a tuberías y durante 3 días tuve que pedir que pararan de realizar por el ruido a taladro en el cemento, o sea pésimo Me picaron chinches en el cuerpo Pedí salida tarde y se negaron a realizarlo Nunca pasaron a retirar basura del baño Las toallas del baño prismas y viejas En general PÉSIMA la estancia

Our one-week family vacation with two small children at this property was a complete disaster. We experienced zero rest or comfort in the unit provided. The sweltering heat upon arrival was unbearable, and we were shocked to discover the complete absence of air conditioning within the individual units – only the lobby was cooled! Relying on inadequate fans and open windows on the sixth floor with young children felt unsafe and ineffective. The unit itself was disgustingly dirty, with pet hair coating surfaces and a thick layer of dust creating an unsanitary environment. Sleep was an absolute impossibility due to the deafening noise from a nightclub directly across the street. To make matters even worse, incessant and disruptive street repaving, with round-the-clock construction noise occurred during our stay. Our street-facing bedroom offered no soundproof whatsoever. The noise was so severe that we were forced to spend a night in a hotel just to get a few hours of decent sleep. We strongly advise against staying here if you value peace and quiet.

O local é excelente! A localização é perfeita! A organização, o espaço, a limpeza, tudo isso é ótimo. Falta apenas um ar condicionado e lençóis melhores. A roupa de cama era de poliéster entso, em clima seco, a estática era terrível. Além disso, a comunicação não era boa. Eles precisam ser claros em qual número de whatsapp/telefone funciona e responderem de forma clara pelo chat do hotéis.com. De qualquer modo, a estada foi ótima e não tivemos nenhum problema. Outra questão é que eles pedem um depósito de segurança via um site chamado superhog, é um seguro para caso algo quebre no local. Entretanto, eles não falam nada sobre isso nos anúncios... Eles deveriam ser claros em relação a isso também.

The neighborhood is wonderful, and the apartments were nice. Front desk was helpful. Two problems: no AC (which was fine in March but wouldn't be in the summer) and the disco across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends. That plus the need for open windows because no AC made weekends difficult.

La experiencia no fue agradable. Dentro de la pared de la habitación está la tubería de todo el edificio. Cada vez que alguien cierra un grifo, se escuchaba un golpe en la pared muy fuerte que no dejaba dormir y era tan incómodo que se podía pasar la noche en vela. La habitación dice que tiene completa pero es imposible cocinar ya que no hay horno de microondas, no habían ollas ni ningún recipiente para calentar agua. Finalmente, la habitación del primer piso es demasiado fría. Hasta el segundo día nos dieron una cobija y un calentador porque era insoportable el frío. No recomiendo este lugar, tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, pero principalmente el ruido de la tubería

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, además hay un café en la entrada. Sin embargo no es tan nuevo como en la foto, la mesa del comedor es muy frágil y se mueve fácilmente. En cuestión de limpieza encontramos algunos cabellos en el sofá y el piso. Por las tardes puede ser muy caliente ya que el sol pega de frente. Una de las camas no tenía el duvet, solo el cover duvet, el cual no calentaba lo suficiente cuando por las noches hacía frío. Fui a recepción y pedí un duvet y me entregaron nuevamente el cover duvet. Si bien hay un calentador este no caliente lo suficiente y emana una luz que no se puede apagar. Si tienes el sueño ligera considera que se escucha el ruido del tráfico y en frente hay un bar, el cual puede ser ruidoso en las noches.

On a positive note, the wonderful front desk and head office staff responded quickly to the issues we experienced. Very nice people which makes the next part of the review somewhat difficult to write but I feel the realities of the building itself must be stated. To call the area Condesa is misleading – this building is not on the quiet tree lined streets you are likely thinking of but rather it is located at the intersection of two major, multi lane streets. Traffic noise / truck brakes / near constant car horns kept us awake most nights until 2-3am (surprising considering we stayed on the 7th floor). There is also a club across the street that play VERY loud music until 3-4am on weekends. The apartment smelled of mold / sewage due to backed up shower drain. Two minutes into your shower you find yourself standing in waste water. Once the water level went down, we covered the drain with a towel to minimize the odour but couldn't eliminate it no matter what we tried. The rooms really do need attention - dirty walls, broken baseboards, flimsy laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, several light fixtures not working, etc...

Very please with my stay here. Staff was welcoming, we had the two bedroom two bathroom suits with separate rooms so we had our own privacy. We loved the area, very close to some nice Latin bars, restaurants , markets, the airport....

The neighborhood is wonderful, and the apartments were nice. Front desk was helpful. Two problems: no AC (which was fine in March but wouldn't be in the summer) and the disco across the street that was extremely loud on the weekends. La experiencia no fue agradable. Dentro de la pared de la habitación está la tubería de todo el edificio. Cada vez que alguien cierra un grifo, se escuchaba un golpe en la pared muy fuerte que no dejaba dormir y era tan incómodo que se podía pasar la noche en vela. La habitación dice que tiene completa pero es imposible cocinar ya que no hay horno de microondas, no habían ollas ni ningún recipiente para calentar agua. Finalmente, la habitación del primer piso es demasiado fría. Hasta el segundo día nos dieron una cobija y un calentador porque era insoportable el frío. No recomiendo este lugar, tiene muchas cosas que mejorar, pero principalmente el ruido de la tubería

On a positive note, the wonderful front desk and head office staff responded quickly to the issues we experienced. Very nice people which makes the next part of the review somewhat difficult to write but I feel the realities of the building itself must be stated. To call the area Condesa is misleading – this building is not on the quiet tree lined streets you are likely thinking of but rather it is located at the intersection of two major, multi lane streets. Traffic noise / truck brakes / near constant car horns kept us awake most nights until 2-3am (surprising considering we stayed on the 7th floor). There is also a club across the street that play VERY loud music until 3-4am on weekends. The apartment smelled of mold / sewage due to backed up shower drain. Two minutes into your shower you find yourself standing in waste water. Once the water level went down, we covered the drain with a towel to minimize the odour but couldn't eliminate it no matter what we tried. The rooms really do need attention - dirty walls, broken baseboards, flimsy laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, several light fixtures not working, etc...

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, además hay un café en la entrada. Sin embargo no es tan nuevo como en la foto, la mesa del comedor es muy frágil y se mueve fácilmente. En cuestión de limpieza encontramos algunos cabellos en el sofá y el piso. Por las tardes puede ser muy caliente ya que el sol pega de frente. Una de las camas no tenía el duvet, solo el cover duvet, el cual no calentaba lo suficiente cuando por las noches hacía frío. Le confort est limite, 1 serviette de bain pour tout le séjour, pas de grille-pain peu de rangement dans la salle de bain, l’évacuation de l’eau de la douche n’etait pas correcte, nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires que nous n’avons jamais eues. Chambre coté rue très bruyante.

Was here for a week. Staff was helpful and friendly. Requests for coffee machine and supplies answered promptly. Especially appreciated the extra touch of a yoga mat in the room to stretch out those tired travel muscles. I was on the first floor one flight up so the photo here is a little different than the room actually looked so you might want to check. Highly recommend.

O local é excelente! A localização é perfeita! A organização, o espaço, a limpeza, tudo isso é ótimo. Falta apenas um ar condicionado e lençóis melhores. A roupa de cama era de poliéster entso, em clima seco, a estática era terrível. Além disso, a comunicação não era boa. Eles precisam ser claros em qual número de whatsapp/telefone funciona e responderem de forma clara pelo chat do hotéis.com. De qualquer modo, a estada foi ótima e não tivemos nenhum problema. Outra questão é que eles pedem um depósito de segurança via um site chamado superhog, é um seguro para caso algo quebre no local. Entretanto, eles não falam nada sobre isso nos anúncios... Eles deveriam ser claros em relação a isso também.

I will think twice before booking through Hotels.com again. My room was so loud, I complained to the desk within hours of check in. There was a nightclub or party next door. I tried to change my reservation in the Hotels.com app but it said contact the hotel. I gave the desk 2-days notice that I wanted to shorten my stay from 4-nights to 2-nights. The hotel desk and the in-app messaging to the hotel said I had to make the change via Hotels.com. Hotels.com said you have to do it through the hotel. Eventually I spoke with a hotels.com support agent who tried to contact the hotel but their published phone number wasn't working, The agent assured me that was unacceptable and Hotels.com would take care of it from there. I checked out and booked a room at another hotel for 2 nights. I just received an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel declined my request to shorten my stay and they would not refund my money for the 2 nights. Pretty sucky, right?

Very please with my stay here. Staff was welcoming, we had the two bedroom two bathroom suits with separate rooms so we had our own privacy. We loved the area, very close to some nice Latin bars, restaurants , markets, the airport....

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Located in the best neighborhood of Mexico City, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—they kindly stored my luggage before check-in and made a late holiday check-in incredibly smooth and welcoming. The area is unbeatable, with amazing restaurants, 24/7 minimarkets, and everything you need just steps away. The room was comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the overall experience was outstanding. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable, además hay un café en la entrada. Sin embargo no es tan nuevo como en la foto, la mesa del comedor es muy frágil y se mueve fácilmente. En cuestión de limpieza encontramos algunos cabellos en el sofá y el piso. Por las tardes puede ser muy caliente ya que el sol pega de frente. Una de las camas no tenía el duvet, solo el cover duvet, el cual no calentaba lo suficiente cuando por las noches hacía frío. Fui a recepción y pedí un duvet y me entregaron nuevamente el cover duvet. Si bien hay un calentador este no caliente lo suficiente y emana una luz que no se puede apagar. Si tienes el sueño ligera considera que se escucha el ruido del tráfico y en frente hay un bar, el cual puede ser ruidoso en las noches.

El lugar se veía mucho más viejo y descuidado de lo que esperábamos según las fotos. Había detalles de limpieza, suciedad y manchas, y tanto la cama como las almohadas nos parecieron incómodas y de una calidad inferior a la esperada. Además, el ruido del tráfico era muy fuerte, al grado de que consideramos que sería muy difícil descansar por la noche. También tuvimos inconvenientes que afectaban nuestra estancia y nuestros alimentos. En general, el alojamiento no correspondió con nuestras expectativas ni con lo que percibimos al momento de hacer la reservación. Debido a todo esto, preferimos buscar otra opción y mudarnos a un Airbnb. Creo que hay varios aspectos de mantenimiento, comodidad y limpieza que deberían mejorarse para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a futuros huéspedes.

The room we got really needed to be sweeped since the moment we got there. The shampoo and conditioner were mislabeled and of the cheapest quality. The bed only had 2 sheets and a thin blanket. Everything was very basic.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The accommodations were clean and the property was well maintained. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. The biggest problem was parking. We arrived around 10:00 PM on a Monday and discovered there was no onsite parking available. There were no warnings before arrival that parking was essentially nonexistent or that overnight street parking was strictly enforced. The nearby community parking lot had already closed at 9:00 PM, leaving us no choice but to park on the street. The next morning, our rental vehicle had been immobilized with a wheel boot. Before realizing it was there, I attempted to move the vehicle and damaged it. I then had to pay over $100 in parking fines and wait about an hour for the boot to be removed. This stressful and expensive situation could have been avoided had we been transparently informed before check in. Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our 4 day stay, our room was never serviced. Towels were never replaced, beds were never made, the mattresses had only a thin flat sheet which didn’t even fit and didn’t even have a fitted sheet or mattress protector, and the towels were extremely worn. We were also given only one roll of toilet paper for four people and were to told to buy more ourselves. With better communication about parking, regular housekeeping, and basic amenities, this property would provide a much better guest experience.
