El hotel dsta nuevo e impecable. Sines cierro que entre las habitaciones se oye. Pero eso es habitual en la.mayoria de hiteles Me sorprendio gratamente la cama amplia y comoda. La tele de 55 pulgadas . La ducha grande y con todo tipo de amenities ( para afeitarse, dientes, gorro, jabones incluso leche corporal). Ha sido un descubrimiento ESPECTACULAR. Estoy muy contenta con todo lo referente a este hotel. Se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Madrid, un barrio modesto y poco, o nada, ruidoso. Impoluto, cama gigante, baño con toallas limpias y productos para el aseo personal cada día, tele enorme con totas las apps de contenido digital para que puedas entrar con tu cuenta. Tienen servicio de parking a muy buen precio, 18 euros por noche, los trabajadores muy amables. Sin ninguna duda, volveré en el próximo viaje a Madrid. Estoy realmente contenta y agradecida por haber encontrado este hotel. Relación calidad/precio buenísima. Enhorabuena Hotel UVE Marcenado.

The place was very clean and quiet, with an excellent location. Although it’s slightly outside downtown Madrid, it’s conveniently close to a subway and bus stop—just 20 minutes from the city center. Komfortable, saubere und ruhige Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Betten super bequem. Kurze Wege zur Metro und Bus Richtung Innenstadt. Frühstück war bei uns inkludiert, war okay, extra gebucht hätten wir es nicht, weil wir sonst außerhalb des Hotels frühstücken. Trotzdem ist das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Soy una persona bastante maniática con la limpieza y algo exigente con los hoteles. Sorprendentemente estaba todo genial, las sabanas súper limpias, las toallas también y la ducha impecable. En cuanto a confort también estaba muy bien, la cama era enorme, pero para mi gusto algo blanda, aunque eso depende de cada persona. Los dos recepcionistas muy simpáticos, tuvimos más oportunidad de hablar con el chico y le verdad que súper contentas con la atención. La localización está súper bien, a 3 min andando de una estación de metro, cerca de una buena churrería y varios supermercados y tiendas al rededor. En conclusión: Pensaba que el precio era bastante elevado y que no iba a merecer la pena, pero de verdad que no me arrepiento para nada de haber pasado tres noches en este hotel. Y ya sé que cuando vuelva a Madrid, sin duda repetiré la experiencia.

Overall a very nice stay. The hotel is modern and spotless clean. All staff were very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Decent breakfast though the quality of the coffee and the eggs could be improved. A bit out of the touristy area but the metro is nearby and the value for money was excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We came from BC, Canada for our honeymoon with our plan to stay in Madrid for a few days near the end of August 2024 and we had the best experience we could have asked for at this hotel! They were welcoming right off the bat as we don’t speak the best Spanish and made us feel at home right away. The hotel room we got was stunning with a 4th floor room which had a balcony overlooking the city around us. We were blown away by how comfortable the unit was as it was incredibly hot outside doing our walking tours that it was so nice to come back to a nicely cooled room. The a/c worked so well, the TV was huge and had amazing quality and they had so many little things that made the experience the best we ever had. They even had toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, disposable shavers, beers, water and so on. It’s all the little touches that made it so worthwhile. Not to mention the complimentary breakfast was delicious with so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Madrid as it’s close to everything and very new looking on the outside and inside for a great price!

The hotel was great! Cynthia was friendly and helpful. Super clean and Beds super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was worth the cost (for us 7€ ea). I only wished it was in the center of Madrid, but if so it would had been sold out, and we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy a good night sleep.

Small room, big bed, good breakfast, decent fridge, air-con, location near metro and ice-cream shop. No tea making facilities and 12 inch wide balcony had very bright lights beaming into room that could not be switched off so had to use black-out curtains that ruined the sun rise etc - in fscr made room feel like it was underground. I complained and the lady shrugged _ For 130 euros a night I’d have expected more.

The hotel is located on a quiet street and the beds are very comfortable - we had great sleep. On the other hand, the room was quite small. Not a problem since we spent most of the time outside, but you better be prepared that there is not much space. Location is good with several bakeries, tapas restaurants, and famous churros in the immediate vicinity. Metro station only 5 mins away. However note that it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the Madrid city center. Also, currently due to some upgrade works on the metro network, Atocha station is not connected by metro so easiest to get there from the hotel is by Uber or taxi, else you need to take a bus. The property is new so everything is well maintained.

Just two very small observations: 1. the glass bathroom door which does not close lets the light pass to whoever is in the room 2. the bathroom radiator switch placed next to the light one and it is not clear when it is on or off

Hotel is away from city centre so it’s less busy and crowded. Walking distance to city buses and metro. Hotel front desk staff is friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious however it can be stuffy as their air conditioning/fan is controlled centrally and was turned off during our stay in April. Anyway we just opened the patio door to air out the room.

I lived the power outage on Monday, April 28 that lasted 10 hours. The hotel had no fault in this. It was a nationwide problem. The staff was always on hand to answer questions and provide any assistance they could. I witnessed they providing sandwiches to hungry clients.

The location wasn’t very central and outside of the main areas in Madrid. Shower pressure was so hot and powerful that it was really difficult to have a shower. Air conditioning was set at 19 and not able to make the room cooler. Key card didn’t work properly on first evening and no water in the room. Would not recommend at all.

Hotel was clean, in a good part of town and has metro and food options easily walkable distance. The only complaint I have is I asked them to change the reservation taking off a day at the beginning of the trip and adding to the end... so same number of days. It was the day after the cutoff to cancel so they refused.
