A very pleasant stay at the Grand Hotel and especially due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They truly make you feel at home in the beautifully refurbished hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but would be even better if a little fridge was added because with the recent heatwave, you need to have fresh water in the room. Another improvement would be in the restaurant. Although the quality of the food on offer is absolutely excellent, the choice is limited and the same every night. If a few simple dishes were added to the menu, it would help people who are staying more than one night as the town of Evaux-les-Bains does not offer a lot of places to eat at. Still an excellent choice of hotel with a lovely pool and spa.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and the free parking was very good. We only stayed 1 night as the hotel was fully booked the day after.

I’ve never been to this part of France before. I was driving to Bordeaux from Bourgogne and this place was in the middle. I was intrigued by the “thermal “ pools advertised. This hotel also boosts the original “Relias” brand of hotels. When I arrived, the spa amenities were not included in my stay. I was able to access one outdoor pool that was 33 degrees Celsius I already have a spa membership at home that include all the other features such as hot tub, sauna, steam room so I did not pay extra for these things. My room was small. This hotel was a good value and had a king size bed, but the room was so small that I had to scoot sideways between the desk and the bed. The breakfast was definitely continental. Not exceptional
