The accommodations were impeccable. Maya was very helpful with recommendations. The location is a couple of blocks from the center. Parking can be a bit challenging but again Maya was very helpful. The facility is located on a sloped street but the town has installed electric escalators which are located about 300’ from the property door as you exit left.

La verdad es una gran opción. El servicio y amabilidad, inmejorable. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que es un hotel de auto servicio en cuanto a check-in y check-out, y no tiene restaurante, ni cafetería, ni bar. Pero, aunque no parezca al principio, está muy bien ubicado. Y si uno se pone exigente, el baño podría estar un poquito más amplio. Por ejemplo, no hay pañuelos desechables. Pero es una estupenda opción. E insisto, el servicio, limpieza, cuarto en general, de 10!!!

Nos gustó mucho, instalaciones limpias, justo en el centro, con parking línea en azul pero después de las 8pm no se paga. Es auto check in, se hace fácil y rápido. Cuenta con horno microondas y un frigobar. Todo muy bien

Muito bem localizado, o hotel é uma boa escolha para Santander. Apesar de não oferecer café da manhã e estacionamento, ambas as necessidades era supridas a uma curta distância a pé. Fomos recebidos muito bem e com explicações e sugestões sobre a cidade. Recomendo para uma passagem por Santander e arredores.

Great location for exploring the city. Rooms were super clean & comfortable. Great shower and could not have asked for any more. Coffee machine & location to a supermarket was spot on and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Super clean, big room, nice staff. Residential neighborhood so a 10 minute walk to the center. Not in the heart of things and no lobby as it is kind of an "apart-hotel" but the size, cleanliness and price made it a pleasant, memorable stay. Staff was super kind and welcoming. Note that there is not a 24 hour front desk but access and check in was super easy.

Center Suites are located in an excellent central location and a small supermarket on the same street was very useful. The room was a good size with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge which was a bonus. The standard of cleaning was very high, and towels changed when requested. Information provided beforehand by Oskar was very helpful in getting to the property and also useful information on local restaurants. The team were also available to contact during our stay in person and via WhatsApp which was particularly helpful during a power outage. We would definitely return and recommend the property!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and a very short walk into Santander centre. The Center Suites have a multilingual self check in machine and lots of information was provided in advance. Upon arrival we were met by Mar and Irina; two wonderfully friendly ladies who assisted us and provided us with so much useful information about the city, recommending places to visit, how to get there by bus, boat, walking etc. and recommending places to eat and drink. They checked everything was in order with the room and just added a level of personal service that you don’t get in many places these days. Fabulous !

Oskar is the best. Super nice and very helpful. He shared about some of the highlights that we might like and we did. There are fruits and veggies stands just down the hill and a market with many different dining options. It’s an uphill climb but there’s an escalator coming up the hill that’s available. There’s a laundry mat that’s very clean just down the hill. Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever seen/used. Highly recommend this place.

This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am.

The room was very clean. Location perfect too. Loved the bed, really helped us have a wonderful sleep. Oskar was super helpful and the communication was great throughout. The suites are on a hill but it isnt too difficult to walk up, there is a good supermarket within 1 minute walk.

La habitación resultó muy cómoda y bien equipada, Queremos destacar especialmente la atención recibida por los gerentes: fueron amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable en Santander.

The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. It's not far away from nice places to eat and for a night drink too. Lovely helpful staff that helped us through the check-in process. An overall recommended stay experience.

If you want a place that is close enough to the bustling center (5-10 min walk), but tucked into a quintessential Santander neighborhood, has everything you need including a great bed and top notch pillows, coffee, microwave and mini fridge, this is it. The staff keep it impeccably clean, and are around and available when you need but also just do their thing. Super friendly communicative as well. You can find pinchos and cañas both down the block and around the corner. Don’t miss the fish market just two blocks away!

Had a great stay in Santander with Oskar and team, everybody was very helpful allowing us to leave bags before check in, making sure the bed configuration was comfortable for four friends and answering any questions we had. Great location near to the bus stop, supermarket next door and all of Santander a walkable distance away. Thanks!

The team was extremely communicative and helpful before and during our stay. They checked in a few days before our arrival. We got in ahead of schedule and the team had the room available. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and a very short walk into Santander centre. The Center Suites have a multilingual self check in machine and lots of information was provided in advance. Upon arrival we were met by Mar and Irina; two wonderfully friendly ladies who assisted us and provided us with so much useful information about the city, recommending places to visit, how to get there by bus, boat, walking etc. and recommending places to eat and drink. They checked everything was in order with the room and just added a level of personal service that you don’t get in many places these days. Fabulous !

Oskar is the best. Super nice and very helpful. He shared about some of the highlights that we might like and we did. There are fruits and veggies stands just down the hill and a market with many different dining options. It’s an uphill climb but there’s an escalator coming up the hill that’s available. There’s a laundry mat that’s very clean just down the hill. Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever seen/used. Highly recommend this place.

The room was very clean. Location perfect too. Loved the bed, really helped us have a wonderful sleep. Oskar was super helpful and the communication was great throughout. The suites are on a hill but it isnt too difficult to walk up, there is a good supermarket within 1 minute walk.

The accommodations were impeccable. Maya was very helpful with recommendations. The location is a couple of blocks from the center. Parking can be a bit challenging but again Maya was very helpful. The facility is located on a sloped street but the town has installed electric escalators which are located about 300’ from the property door as you exit left.

Excellent location. Walkable to very nice restaurants and tapas bars. Super helpful staff. It looks like the property was newly renovated so everything was in great condition. Super comfortable beds. Easy access. We would definitely stay there again!

La verdad es una gran opción. El servicio y amabilidad, inmejorable. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que es un hotel de auto servicio en cuanto a check-in y check-out, y no tiene restaurante, ni cafetería, ni bar. Pero, aunque no parezca al principio, está muy bien ubicado. Y si uno se pone exigente, el baño podría estar un poquito más amplio. Por ejemplo, no hay pañuelos desechables. Pero es una estupenda opción. E insisto, el servicio, limpieza, cuarto en general, de 10!!!

Nos gustó mucho, instalaciones limpias, justo en el centro, con parking línea en azul pero después de las 8pm no se paga. Es auto check in, se hace fácil y rápido. Cuenta con horno microondas y un frigobar. Todo muy bien

Muito bem localizado, o hotel é uma boa escolha para Santander. Apesar de não oferecer café da manhã e estacionamento, ambas as necessidades era supridas a uma curta distância a pé. Fomos recebidos muito bem e com explicações e sugestões sobre a cidade. Recomendo para uma passagem por Santander e arredores.

Center Suites are located in an excellent central location and a small supermarket on the same street was very useful. The room was a good size with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge which was a bonus. The standard of cleaning was very high, and towels changed when requested. Information provided beforehand by Oskar was very helpful in getting to the property and also useful information on local restaurants. The team were also available to contact during our stay in person and via WhatsApp which was particularly helpful during a power outage. We would definitely return and recommend the property!

If you want a place that is close enough to the bustling center (5-10 min walk), but tucked into a quintessential Santander neighborhood, has everything you need including a great bed and top notch pillows, coffee, microwave and mini fridge, this is it. The staff keep it impeccably clean, and are around and available when you need but also just do their thing. Super friendly communicative as well. You can find pinchos and cañas both down the block and around the corner. Don’t miss the fish market just two blocks away!
