Hotel is in a stunning and brilliant location, close to everything. Grounds are spacious and green, rooms inside are comfortable and clean. Very 70's style. Views of sea and surroundings are incredible. However is dated, shabby in public areas in particular and old fashioned. Like an old training centre, not maintained well. Breakfast is below standard and no air conditioning in breakfast room = v hot and not comfortable. Restaurant lunch was nice, but pricey and pool bar is limited. Pool nice and was lovely temperature, although not enough sunbeds or shade. Overall is good due to location, grounds and views - needs investment and work to make worthy of location. Not luxury. Also service very patchy, not high service standards, eg breakfast staff look unbothered and fed up. No smiles or warm service, doing minimum. This could be an amazing place with tidy up and staff investment.

We had a great time at this hotel - the kids loved the pool. Communal areas kept clean but quite basic. The buildings themselves are tired and outdated but our room had been recently refurbed so no complaints there. The breakfast was underwhelming and in a room with no air conditioning. The gym and spa were virtually nonexistent. The location was second to none and perfect for walking to nearby beaches, harbours, restaurants and the train station. Stunning views in all directions. Overall a great budget option for one of the most beautiful places we’ve been as a family.

There was very limited staff. Also no easy way for us to get our bags to the room. No refrigerator in the room although they did provide an electric cooler upon request. It seems there was an extra charge for items such as the pool towels. The pool was gorgeous. The area turned out to be good for neighborhood walks and restaurants. Also public transportation.

Ottima struttura nel verde con molte offerte ricreative: piscina, mare a pochi passi, campi Volley, bocce, Ping pong. Musica e bar la sera è ottima colazione Uniche note negative…wifi poco efficiente e babinetto chiuso in uno stanzino a parte rispetto al bagno ovviamente senza bidet( ma questa osservazione è perché siamo italiani e ovviamente per noi il bidet è essenziale)

Expérience extrêmement décevante. Dès que je me suis installé dans mon lit, j’ai été dérangé par un bruit et des vibrations. En ouvrant la fenêtre, j’ai découvert qu’une unité de climatisation située à quelques mètres s’activait toutes les 10 minutes, rendant la nuit insupportable. J’ai tenté de contacter la réception via le téléphone de la chambre, mais il ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai alors essayé avec mon téléphone portable, sans succès. Contraint de me rhabiller et de marcher quelques minutes jusqu’à l’accueil, j’ai découvert, à ma grande surprise, qu’il était fermé. Le personnel sur place, bien que très aimable, m’a informé qu’un changement de chambre ou un remboursement n’était pas possible. Après avoir insisté, il a finalement contacté son responsable, ce qui m’a permis d’obtenir une nouvelle chambre. Malheureusement, la propreté laissait également à désirer, aussi bien dans la première que dans la seconde chambre : des poils dans la douche et des résidus de serpillière traînaient au sol. Une expérience décevante du début à la fin. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et regrette de ne pas avoir réservé celui d’à côté.

Correct. Se trouve dans un magnifique endroit A améliorer: propreté (sanitaire à nôtre arrivée et vaisselle). Parc bien entretenu mais pas le parcours de golf. Globalement satisfait mais le prix nous semble trop élevé en tenant en compte en plus de la fin de saison.

Nice environment, perfect place for families with children. Very friendly personnel. The swimming pool was appreciated by our 9-year old daughter. Good connections to anywhere, e.g. Monaco 10 min by train. Many restaurants near. The only thing we didn't like was some ants in the hotel room.

Very unhygienic, with stains in the bathroom, a dead bug squished on the wall, furniture damaged and dirty, dirty towels, hairs on the bed sheets and hairs from previous customer on the floor. We had to pay to use a beach towel. Breakfast was below average and you can’t sit and eat in peace outside due to the pigeons who will swoop down and eat your breakfast if you move away from your table for 30 seconds. You cannot eat inside as there is no air conditioning. The receptionist didn’t seem too bothered about giving the customer a good experience. When I complained about the room I was told someone would clean the room, but we returned with the dead bug still on the wall and dirt all over the floors. I wouldn’t suggest anyone stay here. The hotel survives through the view and proximity to beach and that’s it. A good renovation is in need to bring this hotel up to the calibre that surrounds it.

On the positive side the location, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is spectactular with the sea, the mountain, and remarquable villas on the peninsula. The Hotel/Resort has some cool 60's brutalist architecture and nice sunset views from the terrace. That said, given the potential of profiting from and updating these resources the current management has not updated their vision. The buildings, despite cosmetic renovations in the rooms, need significant restoraton. Our suite had ants crawling all over it. The shower smelled of odor coming from the toilet. The breakfast room was sweltering and the food somewhat mediocre. We were supposed to have full room and board and could not add lunch and dinner after our arrival according to the staff. This was a blessing in disguise as the one dinner we had turned out to be more like cantine food than a restaurant. The staff could be rather rude at times. To sum up, with a little vision and money this could be a fantastic place. A sort of retro/hipster oasis like so many renovated hotels in Austin and New York. For the moment though it is just poorly managed and maintained.

A cool retro 70s commune like campus is an interesting throwback. Its very quiet and beautifully landscaped while on the water. The outdoor tables weren’t cleaned and I told staff about the broken blow drier and nothing was done about it. The hotel’s restaurant is mediocre but there are good restaurants in the area. Staff were very nice and ordered us a cab when we needed one. I’d recommend the place for retirees, young families and folks needing a rest.

There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.

A nice hotel that I would definitely stay at again. Breakfast was included and excellent. Grounds were clean and attractive, outdooor pool has fabulous views but did get busy. Our room had a double bed and two bunks beds in another room. Plenty of European plugs to charge things up. Lovely outdoor sitting area. A/c was fixed at 24 deg C however so opening the patio doors at night (which have a screen you can wheel closed) was required for nighttime comfort. Shower was small by North American standards - I could only just fit my elbows outstretched against bunched fists all around without hitting the sides but it was pretty snug. There was a tv but we didn’t use it, decent cell service and good WiFi in the room.

Only have 2 complaints. 1. When I booked the hotel, I was looking at specific dates initially at the same time I had looked for other dates on a diff location. When I finally decided to book, the app automatically set the date on my last date inquiry on the diff hotel location. My mistake? The apps? Sure it was likely mine for not paying attention. As soon as I paid, i realized it was the wrong date. I contacted expedia right away, not even 20mins. No refunds. Fml! I still booked on the dates I wanted since their hotel fit my budget. Just frustrated that even after 20mins of booking, they wouldnt give any type of credit. 2. My room had a shared room door access. When i checked in, i realized my side of the door was unlocked. Called front desk to lock it, they said they will send someone over. My entire stay it was never locked. I was too exhausted to follow up. Ps if youre a spoiled american like me who wants to sleep with ac on, dont book here in may. They told me their ac wont be on til summer. Had to crack open my window at night (ground floor room) and an unlocked door to the other room… oh well… i lived to tell the story. The area did feel safe and the hotel is fenced.

Very nice and unique property. Reading the descriptions of rooms, we wanted to make sure we got one with a balcony. The only one listed as available was a triple. We reserved that and even sent a message asking about if there were views with the balcony units. When we got to the hotel, we were told that the triples do NOT have balconies! We tried to switch but they wouldn’t let us switch to any balcony unit. I even had the confirmation letter that said a triple, balcony unit. Other than that disappointment, the rest of the stay was fine. The staff was nice and we really appreciated that most were able to speak English. (we hadn’t dreamed we would be able to visit France so hadn’t learned French). Overall nice place and great staff!

Långa avstånd från rum till huvudbyggnad med frukost och pool. AC var även trasig första natten och vi kunde inte få hjälp förrän dagen därpå. Annars ett helt ok ställe.

Hotellet ligger veldig fint til med nydelig utsikt. Veldig fint å gå langs stien langs cap Ferrat. Fint at man kan kombinere basseng og sjø. Vi hadde et stort og fint rom med plass for 6. Balkongen var veldig skjermet. Vi brukte også sandvolleyballbanen som med fordel kunne hatt mer sand. Barna likte noen av aktivitetene, men hadde satt pris på om det var mer på engelsk. Selve hotellet med resepsjon osv. hadde enkel standard. Frokosten var ok, men litt kjedelig. Litt langt til butikk og tog. Vi skulle ønske noen av de i resepsjonen var litt blidere. Det var så vidt de sa hei. Litt tidlig utsjekk med klokka 10, men veldig bra med fleksibel bruk av bassenget. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse og området er kjempefint 😊

There was very limited staff. Also no easy way for us to get our bags to the room. No refrigerator in the room although they did provide an electric cooler upon request. It seems there was an extra charge for items such as the pool towels. The pool was gorgeous. The area turned out to be good for neighborhood walks and restaurants. Also public transportation.

Expérience extrêmement décevante. Dès que je me suis installé dans mon lit, j’ai été dérangé par un bruit et des vibrations. En ouvrant la fenêtre, j’ai découvert qu’une unité de climatisation située à quelques mètres s’activait toutes les 10 minutes, rendant la nuit insupportable. J’ai tenté de contacter la réception via le téléphone de la chambre, mais il ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai alors essayé avec mon téléphone portable, sans succès. Contraint de me rhabiller et de marcher quelques minutes jusqu’à l’accueil, j’ai découvert, à ma grande surprise, qu’il était fermé. Le personnel sur place, bien que très aimable, m’a informé qu’un changement de chambre ou un remboursement n’était pas possible. Après avoir insisté, il a finalement contacté son responsable, ce qui m’a permis d’obtenir une nouvelle chambre. Malheureusement, la propreté laissait également à désirer, aussi bien dans la première que dans la seconde chambre : des poils dans la douche et des résidus de serpillière traînaient au sol. Une expérience décevante du début à la fin. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel et regrette de ne pas avoir réservé celui d’à côté.

Great service at reception, especially Nicolas and Amanda. Very good stay, facilities in good condition, excellent breakfast, top quality restaurant, perfect pool. The only thing missing was some sports/nautical recreation and the addition of Pao de Queijo for breakfast.

Very nice staff, beautiful green area right on the sea, very easy to reach on foot, beautiful view over the sea, nice restaurant. Reception staff and the menager Pieree were very accommodating and refunded the parking space and dinner to my Visa account, which I had previously booked and could not consume due to unfortunate circumstances, I would love to come back 😇👌 Price-performance ratio is excellent for this area. Sehr nettes personal , wunderschöne grüne anlage direct am meer, sehr gut erreichbar zu fuss , wunderschöne ausblick über den Meer , schönes restourant. Reception personal und der Menager Pieree waren sehr entgegen kommend und haben mir dene Parking Platz und Abendessen refundiert auf mein Visa konto die ich vorher gebucht habe und aus unglükliche umstende nicht konsumieren könnte , ich komme gerne wieder 😇👌Preis leistung ist ausgezeichnet für diese gegend

Poolen låg perfekt vid havet med bästa tänkbara utsikt i de finaste omgivningar man kan tänka sig. Receptionspersonalen gav 100%. Tre personer, alla lika proffsiga. Nicolas pratade vi mest med.sp trevlig, otroligt serviceinriktad.

View from pool overlooking ocean is beautiful. Amanda at reception fantastic, unfortunately the manager is very unprofessional. Luckily we didn’t take the meal plan, only had the breakfast which was a huge disappointment- soggy eggs, uncooked hash browns, hospital cafeteria feel- not sure why we saw ants playing on jam dish two days in a row? If you don’t mind pigeons on your table and no one there to help you…one poor woman with mobility issues became very upset when pigeon landed on her table while she was eating - A shame the hotel doesn’t put effort into better food service - spoke to several elderly couples which have been going here for years and it was sad to hear that they were very disappointed with food- menu was same and lacked flavour. We found a few great restaurants outside the hotel. This hotel would be fantastic if management made the effort to improve food, cleanliness and their overall guest relation services which was close to non existent. Grounds seemed to be maintained at the bare minimum… not appealing at all… not enough loungers at the pool … people waiting around for loungers to free up - good luck since some reserve them with their towels the entire day! Overall this place felt like a camp ground by the ocean… the ocean view and Cap Ferrat’s gorgeous flowers and tropical feel that we mainly experience and see outside of this hotel made up for all that was lacking at the delcloy hotel -

The Delcloy staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The team of animators has been exceptionally nice and inclusive to us and our daughter (despite us not speaking French) and provided great entertainment and shows.

We stayed here with our two kids, and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The pool is nice and the location cannot be beat. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and views are the main attraction of this hotel. There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.

We had a great time at this hotel - the kids loved the pool. Communal areas kept clean but quite basic. The buildings themselves are tired and outdated but our room had been recently refurbed so no complaints there. The breakfast was underwhelming and in a room with no air conditioning. The gym and spa were virtually nonexistent. The location was second to none and perfect for walking to nearby beaches, harbours, restaurants and the train station. Stunning views in all directions. Overall a great budget option for one of the most beautiful places we’ve been as a family.

Mycket fint hotell på extremt bra läge nära restranger, butiker, strand och tåg/kommunikationer. Mycket fint poolområde och trädgård med promenadsträk längs vattnet. Men lite lägre standrad på rummen. Rummen skulle behöva renoveras och fräschas upp lite. Men överlaget ett väldigt fint hotell med trevlig personal.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber top gepflegte Anlage. Parkähnlich angelegt, sehr ruhig und sauber, öffentlicher Strand gleich ums Eck. Schöner Pool, wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Toller Ausblick beim Frühstück aufs Meer. Süß sind die freilaufenden Hasen. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein kleineres mit Stockbett und ausreichend Platz, unsere Kleidung zu verstauen. Die kleine Terrasse ging direkt ins Grüne. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker, der Kaffee leider aus dem Automaten (aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau). Abendessen waren wir auswärts. Mit unserem Mietauto standen wir in der Tiefgarage, die relativ eng bemessen ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls genial, da es nahe der Corniche Intérieur liegt und am Eingang zum Villenviertel Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat liegt. Fazit: Faires Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, wir würden wieder buchen!

Situation exceptionnelle au dessus de la mer, la grande piscine circulaire et les terrasses dominent la baie des fourmis et offrent de très jolies vues. Cet emplacement mériterait un établissement de meilleur qualité. La qualité et la diversité des buffets du dîner et du petit déjeuner, est très moyenne. Le buffet est mal rempli quand vide ou presque. La cuisson des poissons n'est pas bonne, trop cuite ! Le barman ne daigne pas se déplacer pour amener une commnade d'apéritif sur la terrasse, il n'a pas de cacahuètes ou autres et dit qu'il en aura peut-être demain ! Nos verres et ceux de autres tables étaient toujours sur les tables en fin d'après midi ! Les chambres sont de bonne taille (la 103 pour 3 d'environ 30M2) avec une belle terrasse mais la salle de douche est indigne avec une douche en quart de cercle très petite ! La baie vitrée ne suffit pas à amener suffisament de clarté dans la chambre. Beau jardin bien entretenu et belle promenade qui va jusqu'à Saint Jean et Beaulieu, accessible par quelques marches depuis l'hôtel. Parking couvert sur place, mais à 14€ par jour ! Serviettes pour la piuscine payantes à 4€ pièce L'emplacement mérite 10 mais l'hôtel 6, d'ou ma note de 8 moyenne des deux !

I arrived at the property by taxi and was dropped at the front wooden barrier gate. Once you get the reception to open the sliding barrier you are confronted by an open parkway with no signs or directions to the reception. After a couple of hundred metres you are confronted with several diverse walkways again with no signs. I asked a staff member working on the grounds and he directed me (incorrectly) via the underground carpark. Not a good start in the Nice heat after an international flight.

Hotel is in a stunning and brilliant location, close to everything. Grounds are spacious and green, rooms inside are comfortable and clean. Very 70's style. Views of sea and surroundings are incredible. However is dated, shabby in public areas in particular and old fashioned. Like an old training centre, not maintained well. Breakfast is below standard and no air conditioning in breakfast room = v hot and not comfortable. Restaurant lunch was nice, but pricey and pool bar is limited. Pool nice and was lovely temperature, although not enough sunbeds or shade. Overall is good due to location, grounds and views - needs investment and work to make worthy of location. Not luxury. Also service very patchy, not high service standards, eg breakfast staff look unbothered and fed up. No smiles or warm service, doing minimum. This could be an amazing place with tidy up and staff investment.

Great location and views are the main attraction of this hotel. There is direct access to the promenade path that runs all round Cap Ferrat and which is ideal for early morning or evening walks and runs. The large six-bed family rooms are good value for families, with a pair of bunk beds in a separate room; although the accommodation blocks aren’t especially attractive and we had lots of ants in our ground floor room. The half board option worked well for us with a buffet that our kids likes. Food quality ok but range limited. The pool is very nice and the area for sunbeds and drinks offers great views.

Great service at reception, especially Nicolas and Amanda. Very good stay, facilities in good condition, excellent breakfast, top quality restaurant, perfect pool. The only thing missing was some sports/nautical recreation and the addition of Pao de Queijo for breakfast.

View from pool overlooking ocean is beautiful. Amanda at reception fantastic, unfortunately the manager is very unprofessional. Luckily we didn’t take the meal plan, only had the breakfast which was a huge disappointment- soggy eggs, uncooked hash browns, hospital cafeteria feel- not sure why we saw ants playing on jam dish two days in a row? If you don’t mind pigeons on your table and no one there to help you…one poor woman with mobility issues became very upset when pigeon landed on her table while she was eating - A shame the hotel doesn’t put effort into better food service - spoke to several elderly couples which have been going here for years and it was sad to hear that they were very disappointed with food- menu was same and lacked flavour. We found a few great restaurants outside the hotel. This hotel would be fantastic if management made the effort to improve food, cleanliness and their overall guest relation services which was close to non existent. Grounds seemed to be maintained at the bare minimum… not appealing at all… not enough loungers at the pool … people waiting around for loungers to free up - good luck since some reserve them with their towels the entire day! Overall this place felt like a camp ground by the ocean… the ocean view and Cap Ferrat’s gorgeous flowers and tropical feel that we mainly experience and see outside of this hotel made up for all that was lacking at the delcloy hotel -

Hemos ido en viaje familiar, desde el primer día nos hemos sentido muy agusto, el personal de recepción super amables, sonrientes y en todo momento pendientes de cualquier necesidad. The good pool makes up for a rather dated and worn hotel. Much of the common area indoors is very worn, while outdoors is very nice. The location is very good and a big plus. Recommend the hotel to keep the common areas and toilets by the pool cleaner. Some outdoor furniture was also broken and needs replacing. Small changes and costs would make this a better hotel.

Amazing location, could not fault that! Positives- location, outside bar area, nice clean rooms, comfy bed, room air con was good. Nice breakfast. Great swimming pool, lots of inflatables and balls. Laid back staffs Decent entertainment Negatives - terrible wifi. No air con in any other communal area which surprised us! Very little information about available food or snacks from the bar or restaurant, no idea how the restaurant worked, seemed to be just one main course on offer each evening which seemed strange for such a big restaurant.. we were under the impression that no food was available in the daytime until we happened to see people eating lunch from the bar on our final day, we had no idea they served food, no menus were obvious.. it’s a pain if you are using the pool area and want a drink or ice cream from the bar as you have to come all the way out of the pool area which is a bit of an effort. Drinks, especially soft drinks were expensive No fridge in bedrooms which was hard going when the weather was incredibly hot and humid. This would be a great addition. Planned, and prepaid, to stay 4 days, left after 2! Location and view is great, everything else is truly terrible! Ants invasion in the room at check in. Told the front desk who sent cleaners the next day to no avail. Heavy smell of mold in the room and visible fungus in shower. Ants also all over the breakfast buffé. Abundance of pigeons and associated feces inside and outside the dining area. One of em took a dump in our yoghurt while eating. A boy threw up violently on the door and floor of the breakfast diner; they wiped the floor, left the door. Dried vomit still on the door the next morning. No refund with the motivation that ”you live in nature”, accompanied with a shoulder shrug, with regards to the ants. Even though shown pictures and video of ants in bed, bathroom, towels, tables, floors. The whole resort is in a poor worn down state and hasen’t been cleaned since de Gaulle was president. The staff is about as freindly and forthcoming as an airport security line! Undoubtedly the worst Hotel experience of my life this far. Avoid at all cost for a good time, but a must stay if conducting a case study in Hotel and service mismanagement.
