This boutique hotel was stunning! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The restaurant was exceptional, the cocktails at the bar were spot on. The setting for the bar and restaurant was lush, moody and luxe. We loved our room and also enjoyed the rooftop pool space. We would stay here again!

Great, stylish boutique hotel with exceptional service. Shower pressure and quality was high! We had five rooms between us and all guests were happy. Hotel restaurant, Contraban, best meal we had not just in Barcelona but consensus was best meal for all in a long while. We were a party of 9 with a combination of vegetarian and pescatarians.

Nice staff, great restaurant good ambiance. The gothic area dirty, graffiti right by the front of entrance,garbage in the corner. For a 5 star rating, need attention to detail such as lots of stains on the carpet my room, the lock on door in my room got stuck numerous times.

We loved everything about this cozy boutique hotel. The hotel was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and clean room with plenty of space. Rooms were a bit dark…they could benefit for additional optional lighting.

The beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud and the room was very clean and looked like it was newly renovated. The restaurant was very good and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue was the rooms are very dark. Nice ambience but hard to do makeup in the dark bathroom. I would stay here again.

5 star service. Great boutique hotel in the gothic quarter. The top shelf mini bar refilled daily and free of charge, the coffee machine and room coffee options was a lovely bonus, great roof top, breakfast was amazing and the service. The gift at the end of our trip icing on the cake. My only feedback would be how dark the rooms are which I get is the vibe but it would nice for a brighter light option.

This is a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet side street with a lovely staff and a great restaurant on site near lots of cafes and restaurants. My only complaints were that our room was dark and I missed the sunlight in the morning and breakfast was quite expensive (and added to the room charge). Otherwise this place is a find.

The Best part about the Wittmore hotel is the staff The Front desk were incredibly kind and helpful arranging tours, transportation, directions and recommendations . The restaurant, Contrabond\'s menu was creative.and well presented. The adjoining bar and restaurant was very lively and busy with local residence and tourists (unfortunately the "hip music" could be heard until 2 in my room The only room available was listed as "Small " and was almost uninhabitable. The room are very dark, indesign and colors , with little natural light .The lighting fixtures ,which can only assume was meant to be "romantic" ? were so dim it made it impossible to read or work on the computer I was bumping into walls and had to use a flashlight to see or read . The only place for my clothes was literally on the floor in the very narrow hallway next to a very small closet The refrigerator was generously supplied with water, beer ,olives , chocolate , chips , all free of charge as well as expresso machine, kettle and coffee/teas The toiletry items were lovely as were the linen and pillows.so soft and comfy . I was unable to see the other rooms as the hotel was fully booked. Perhaps the other rooms are more comfortable and inhabitable. Mine was not ,nor as presented on the website .The hotel is in a great location, Bari Gothic neighborhood, a little hard to find in a quiet in a winding pedestrian only street. I found it very expensive comparatively to other hotels in area

Great little boutique hotel, but don’t let the boutique part fool you. The standard rooms are nice size, bathroom is large, well equipped and the shower is spacious. I highly recommend eating breakfast at the hotel, the salmon Benedict is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond! Wonderful team; helpful and friendly. Service was impeccable. A lovely boutique hotel nestled into a quiet corner of the gothic quarter. We’ve always stayed at bigger hotel properties while on vacation. This time, we wanted to try a smaller, boutique style hotel. We’re so happy we did. The Wittmore is a charming and beautiful place, but it’s the staff that makes it shine. They went out of their way to be helpful, but not overbearing. From placing dinner reservations, to reserving cabs, to helping us locate, and then retrieve a missing credit card; we couldn’t have been more pleased. Dinner at the property was delicious, but again, the staff made the night. Thank you staff at the Wittmore. You made our short stay so memorable.

Great stay at what initially looks like an oddly placed hotel. But you step out the door and you are in the heart of old town. Great experience, and after my taxi didn't arrive ontime, the front desk person personally walked me to a major taxi area and flagged down a taxi for me. Awesome of her!

I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout the world, but the Wettmore was the quietest hotel I’ve ever experienced. Importantly, the staff were fantastic! We had issues with our travel and they worked tirelessly to solve our problems. Absolutely an A++ effort!

The Hotel is great but the area is VERY UNSAFE. THERE ARE THEIFS WATCHING EVERYBODY COMING AND GOING AND UNFORTUNELY STOLE MY WATCH. This Gothic Quarter is notorious for its thieves. DO NOT WEAR OR CARRY VALUABLES. BETTER YET DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We loved this hotel! The service was fantastic and made our stay as weary travelers so nice. At first I thought the pool would be too small but after I got in with a fantastic cocktail I realized this was the perfect hotel. Really good water pressure and toiletries. So many little details. Would love to come back here next time. My fav part was the bar.

This is a great boutique hotel , and with in walking distance of everything in old Barcelona. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. Property is beautiful , and food at the hotel is very good , they have the Michelin sign on display .

We loved our stay!!! Service was impeccable. All of the hotels workers were amazing. Beautiful hotel and restaurant/terrace. Rooftop so peaceful. The only change I’d make is the lighting. Rooms/bathroom very dark. Loved the moodiness but could’ve used brighter lighting. Would highly recommend. Great location.
