Goed omgeving vlak voor de strand. Mooi en lang boulevard om vooral s'avonds te wandelen met horeca langs de yachthaven. Accommodatie kan een opknapbeurt krijgen. Garage onder het gebouw goed maar soms te krappe vanweg de liging van de pilaren.

The front desk is inside the building which is gated and need access code. Fortunately some guest opened the door for us as I tried to call the front desk and got no response. The room was clean but the dishwasher in the kitchen was a bit beat up. The neighbor is quiet and it is located closed to restaurants and bus stops. It felt safe to stay there though the basement and corridor leading to the laundry room is a bit creepy.

This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. Kind and helpful staff. Safe, quiet and lots of families. If you’re not high maintenance you will think it’s perfect.

Preisgünstig in super Lage mit Pool Tennis inklusive. Einen Top Service von den Mitarbeitern vor Ort. Waschen für 5 eur vor Ort möglich (alles inkl. Waschmittel). Unterkunft ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden was nötig ist und man kann auch Haustiere gegen Gebühr mitnehmen. Einziges Manko ist das Supermarkt 10-15 min zu Fuss entfernt ist und mal wieder renoviert werden könnte. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Our stay at Pierre residences was very nice. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. There was ample parking, and located very close to everything. Amazing restaurants and bars were a very short walk away. All the rooms had kitchens so you can cook for a family. The pool was very large and the tennis courts were kept very clean. This is a great place to stay, and I took my morning walks along the water. Great time had by all.

Hadde ikke fått kode til porten så vi kom ikke inn,da var kl 2200 og resepsjonen var stengt.så vi ble reddet av en jentegjeng som fikk oss inn etterhvert. Det var ikke tillatt med mat,drikke,eller noe ved bassengområde, og barna ble fratatt barnelekene sine, Veldig strengt! Anbefales derfor ikke for barnefamilier Veldig dårlig i engelsk,så ble ikke enkelt å kommunisere. Det var veldig slitt,bør pusses opp en del. Vi var der i 7 netter og fikk ikke byttet håndduker på rommet,reglene der var at de ble byttet vær 10ende dag. Det var veldig dyrt for taxi og velsig vanskelig å skaffe transport. Anbefales da å snakke med hotellet om de har egene sjåfører( ca halv pris)

Dear Management, We are writing to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience: • Guests were required to purchase their own toilet paper. • No soap was provided in the shower. • The awning over the balcony was broken. • The safe could not be locked. • The hallway lights were not functioning. • The bunk bed was unsuitable for an adult taller than 185 cm. • The sliding doors of the wardrobe did not work properly. • The hotel entrance code was changed, and we had to rely on another guest to let us in. • Parking facilities were inadequate, as our car could not fit properly between the posts in the underground garage. These conditions are far below the standard we expected and do not match the description provided when we booked the hotel. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, we find it only fair to request appropriate compensation for our stay. This is the most discusting place i have ever rented. The room was dirty and the smell in the room. The floor. The seiling. The horror. The horror. I imagine this is have it fells inside a dumpster. We were two adults and three kids. The to oldest, 10 and 14, couldnt sleep because of the smell. It was horrible. And what to do? We arrived 1845 and the staff split at 19. So there we were! All windows open all night. Baby half eaten by moscitos. The State of this hotel. My god. Lights out outsider the room. Hard to fit Keys in darkness. The floors, the doors. Well this was just adding to the horrible experience. Next morgning: confronting the staff with the smell! Which was still there….. “Well its all fixed by computers so no reduction in price, no nothing: good day. Godspeed!” This is just a discusting place. Keep away!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would… it didn’t even feel like a hotel experience, more like a run down hostel. We walk in and there isn’t even a bed, rather a bunk bed and old raggedy pull out couch. The absolute worst part was we saw 2 cockroaches in our room in the middle of the night our second night there!! Of course no one was working the concierge so we couldn’t request help, and in the morning still no one present at the hours they said they’d be. My boyfriend and I both had to climb up to top bunch and avoid the bugs. WiFi was incredibly spotty and didn’t work for majority of time. No one ever came to provide towels. We were told “one roll of toilet paper was a GIFT..and we had to go to supermarket to buy more of our own.” Oh and the cherry on top was “hotel” requesting we clean our room, specifically wash any dishes we used and empty our trash bin to avoid cleaning fee. It’s laughable that they have a cleaning fee with the dirty conditions we found ourselves in.

There is no working internet in the room I had to sit in the lobby to get a signal that worked which is not acceptable. The facility has lots of potential but it looks like it’s been neglected for some time. Location is excellent close to Nice but yet far enough to stay away from the traffic and noise. Could use more towels for guest.

WIFI as part of the amenities, however, they could not keep it working and only did the minimum to try. Also be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, you get one small roll. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall with a large grocery stall about a miles walk. Close enough to a bus stop to get to Old Nice easily.

Booking said no smoking but upon entering the room I noticed smoke smell. I asked the reception and they said the entire property is smoking. There are no non smoking rooms. Bring your own toilet paper. Property is run down and hallways and the rooms look like 1980’s dorm room in a poorer country. Cleanliness was questionable too. Wifi was not working. Overall I do not recommend. It’s not worth the money at all. The only good thing is it’s 5 mins from the airport so okay for a one night stay.

The overall experience was good at this property. It was very convenient having the use of a pool in the hotel but also an apartment of our own. The area of the hotel which our room was in was very quite which was lovely. Just the sinks in the bathroom were blocked so using the sinks was a bit difficult and the hot water for the shower ran out after a couple of us having showers. Most of the staff were very helpful when asking questions which was great, just check in was available 3 hours after the time they said it would be. We arrived with young children after a flight and we had to wait around for our room to be ready which was a big bother for us. The hotel did say someone would contact us for compensation for the late check in but we never heard anything from anyone.

We had a wonderful time, the reception staff was very helpful and friendly,the place gives a sense of community and togetherness but private nevertheless. Only downside was that some evenings if we wanted to have a late shower there wasn’t any hot water but as I understood from reception it was a malfunction of the heating boiler or something like that. We’ll come again, thanks for everything!

The staff at Heliotel are the best: helpful, informative, professional, brand loyal and discreet. Check in was seamless and staff dealt with a few room issues well and fairly. Customer service must be their goal which is superb. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, the staff are superb. Over a decade of coming here for often long periods, the staff and service at Heliotel make my decision to return easy. The apartment in November was warm. My Internet went down but within an hour was fixed by a competent wifi guy.. will return. Cons: older apt hotels need constant upgrading which Heliotel is doing

The location of the property was very good. A short walk across a main road to a pebble beach. It was easily accessible from Nice Airport. A train from Nice St Augustin to St Laurent du Var then a short 15 minute walk to the accomodation. St Laurent du Var has excellent restaurants and shopping including the Cap 3000 Centre. It also neighbours Cagnes Sur Mer. Due to the closeness of the SNCF station it makes it an ideal base for day trips.

Our accommodations were satisfying for our needs. The covered outdoor pool doesn’t open till mid April. We found the area a good central location to everything. We used the buses and trams to get around. Watch out where you walk on the side walk because dog poop is on it. They don’t pick it up.
