The laundry + kitchen floor is not available until mid July, and the elevator is wrapped for construction purposes, and also the construction noise. Overall no clue why they still operating the hotel even under construction.

Loved it! Location worked well for us- close to shinbashi station which got us everywhere. About. 13 min walk. Close to kombini stores. Short walk to Shimbashi station. Hotel is very clean, staff are super nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable with good linens. Room is small, our room has no closet. It has a shelf and 3 hooks on the wall to hang clothes. We really like the common living room on the top floor with microwave, complimentary coffee, tea, cold and hot water, tables and chairs. It also has coin laundry room too. Convenience stores are nearby. Over all it is good for short stay. We stayed there 4 nights.

Nice hotel with structural nuisances. Guest policy makes the hotel feel much more like a hostel vs. a hotel. Guest policy is very strict and it's not clearly explained on hotels.com, so if this matters to you, stay somewhere else. We have family and friends in the area so we intentionally booked a larger room so people can come over and hang out (to eat and hang out away from indoor crowds, where possible, since we have a baby). This goes against hotel policy and the general staff could not clearly explain the reasoning for this policy in English. While I understand the policy from a general safety perspective (prostitution, parties, etc.), it says a lot about the expected clientele if they don't even allow daytime guests to come over. Room cleaning is sporadic (once every 3-4 days) which means you need to take out your own trash and get your own towels if needed. Filtered water and coffee in the mornings is nice. On-site laundry is also very convenient. Location is far from Shimbashi station if you have a lot of luggage. There's construction across the street right now (October 2023), which is quite loud in the daytime if you need a nap. Overall, I would not stay again knowing everything I know now, but it could be nice for the right person or group.

My room is nice and the view is unique. The Tokyo Tower is right in front of me when laying on my bed. Though the ambient lighting in the room looks ok its brightness is beyond desirable. The hotel staff, particularly Ms Wong, was very helpful by providing 2 additional table and stand lamps to intensify the overall illumination. This made the room even better. Thank you.

The staff was incredibly helpful with everything, including arranging luggage delivery. The location is great—close to convenience stores and the train station, and just a walk away from Ginza. It’s in a nice, quiet area, which makes for a relaxing stay. The hotel is super clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend!

Very quiet area in Shimbashi. Great local food nearby and walkable. About a 15 minutes to Shimbashi station and can go to places like Shibuya,Akihabara,Shinjuku, and other popular spots in Tokyo. Check-in was very smooth and the room was small(Knowing Tokyo,i was expecting it). I did have a leak in my room and the staff was able to accommodate me to a different room and were very apologetic.

인터넷 속도도 빠르고 난방도 따뜻 했고, 청소 상태도 꽤 좋았어요. 창문이 어느 정도 환기가 돼서 기분 좋게 이틀 보냈습니다 다만 신바시텩에서 600 미터보다 멀어서 캐리어 갖고 이동하기 쉽진 않았어요. 동네가 유흥가 입니다. 인근에 편의점이 정말 많아요

We stay at Lof hotel for 4 days and we had the most grateful stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming. You hardly notice the construction happening next to door. The location si convenient to various metro stations, convince stores and restaurants.

The hotel was in a quiet location, but still within walking distance of a lot of bars and restaurants in Shinbashi. The only downside was it was a 10-15 minute walk to the train stations, two close by making the accessibility really good, but at the end of a long day of walking, this last walk home felt tough lol. Not the fault of the hotel - it is actually well connected - just the fault of the average 10,000-15,000 steps a day we were doing.

일단 조용하고 깨끗하고 일본인 스텝은 친절합니다. 다만 수건교체등 직접해야하고.. 가까운 거리에 식사할 장소가 많지 않아서 아쉽네요. 편의점과 my basket등은 가깝네요. 신바시역 12-15분. 긴자 돈키호테가 걸어서는 20여분. 일본 호텔은 처음이라 다른 곳과 비교는 어렵네요.
